Discovered Ruby on Rails by accident and almost immediately fell in love with it. Created and hosted the Ode to RailsConf podcast in the year leading up to the final RailsConf. Also served on the Program Committee and as Speaker Liaison for the final RailsConf.
Marty Haught leads Ruby Central’s Open Source Program as the Director of Open Source. He’s an avid community builder near Boulder, Colorado where he founded the Boulder Ruby group and has stayed active in the Ruby community since 2005. Outside of tech, he spends a lot of creative energy baking and cooking yummy dishes that his family is all too happy to eat.
