In this Season One finale of The Leadership Telos, we step back to reflect on the journey we’ve taken together, one rooted in virtue, purpose, and the formation of character. This episode brings together psychology, philosophy, and theology to explore how leadership is ultimately measured not by achievement or visibility, but by the patterns, people, and cultures we leave behind.
