Bob Boyle is a coach, guitarist, and sustainability advocate based in Denver. He leads SOCCER ELECTRIC and Y ZERO, working at the intersection of energy, infrastructure, and community. A systems thinker and adventure sports enthusiast, he’s also an active dad of three who learns best through music, coaching, conversation and play.

Doug Hovland is a Colorado native from southeast Denver. He grew up listening to Burt Bacharach and playing drums and guitar with his musical family. He is a songwriter, drummer, guitarist, vocalist and keyboardist for Denver’s own indie rock band SideCarX. Doug takes tremendous joy in all things music and spending time with family and friends. He has a wonderful daughter and a fantastic son, and he works as an IT project manager for renewable energy.

Nick Schmoke is a fifth-year surgical resident at the University of Colorado, where he also met his wife and co-resident, Maddy. He completed a pediatric ECMO fellowship at Columbia University and will begin his fellowship in pediatric surgery at Johns Hopkins next year. Outside the hospital, he’s a new father and enjoys exploring Colorado’s mountains with his family.
