In this mini season finale episode, I’m wrapping up season one of Found at 40 with a little gratitude, a little reflection, and a very real acknowledgment that summer with kids at home is not for the faint of heart. I’m looking back on how this podcast started, what this first season has taught me, and why conversations about midlife, identity, friendship, marriage, parenting, work, hormones, and reinvention still feel so needed.

This episode is a pause, not a goodbye — a chance to close out season one, regroup for summer, and look ahead to the conversations coming in season two. More than anything, it’s a reminder that life really can begin at 40, and everything before this might just have been research.
