Allard de Jong

Allard de Jong began his career with a decade in advertising and marketing, managing global campaigns for major clients including Ford, Holiday Inn, and Jeep. Over time, he discovered his true passion lay not in promoting products, but in helping people reach their full potential. This realization led to a transition into professional coaching, marked by a period of intensive study and leadership as Director of Training for CoachVille in Spain.

Since 2001, Allard has accumulated thousands of hours in coaching and training, working with executives across a wide range of organizations such as McDonald’s, Philip Morris, Airbus, Warner Brothers, and Procter & Gamble, among many others. He is currently a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Georgina Woudstra

Georgina has been a leader in Team Coaching since the 2010s. As an executive coach in the ’90s, she recognised that real change comes from teams, not just individuals. Yet most teams still underperform, costing organisations talent and value.

She found that traditional facilitation rarely delivers lasting impact. Real transformation happens when coaches work emergently—responding to team dynamics in real time. This approach shaped her work from 2012 and led to the founding of Team Coaching Studio in 2017. In 2022, she was among the first to earn the ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching.

A former entrepreneur, Georgina understands the demands of running a practice. She created Mastering the Art of Team Coaching, innovative programmes, a global community, and an annual Summit—all to support coaches shaping this fast-growing field.

Seb has worked with teams in Asia, Europe and the UK and is Lead for the EMCC UK Team Coaching Special Interest Group and Head of Research at Team Coaching Studio. With 40 years of business experience across corporates and running his own business, he brings both credibility and real-world understanding to team coaching, bridging the gap between academic rigour and practical application.
