Caroline has worked with teams throughout the entirety of her career as a facilitator, evolving in recent years to work as an emergent team coach. She works with senior leaders and leadership teams to deepen connection, sharpen dialogue, and build the collective capacity to lead through complexity, creating spaces where real, lasting change can emerge.

With over 15 years’ experience in people, management and innovation, Caroline holds more than 300 hours in Executive and Team Coaching Training, including the TCS Diploma in Team Coaching. In 2025, she completed her certification as a coach supervisor. Her work already impacted people in 14 countries.
 
She has undertaken professional development in Leadership and Digital Transformation at MIT and Strategic Design at IDEOU. She served as president of ICF-RS (Brazil) for the 2019–2020 term. She lectures on postgraduate courses at various universities in southern Brazil, teaching subjects including leadership and team management, strategy and innovation. 
 
 Caroline is part of TCS Faculty member and also works as TCS Global Partner in Brazil and she is the founder of Ecossistema Angatu.

Dr Sebastian Fox ACTC is a practising team coach and researcher. His thesis, "How Teams Find Their Coaching to Be Productive," demonstrates how emergent team coaching generates the greatest impact for teams. It provides the first rigorous academic evidence for what experienced coaches have long known intuitively but not always been able to clearly explain to clients. Seb has worked with teams in Asia, Europe and the UK and is Lead for the EMCC UK Team Coaching Special Interest Group and Head of Research at Team Coaching Studio. With 40 years of business experience across corporates and running his own business, he brings both credibility and real-world understanding to team coaching, bridging the gap between academic rigour and practical application. Seb has published several articles on team coaching.

Emily has been working with senior teams for over a decade and loves the messiness and unpredictability that comes from working emergently. She trained with The Team Coaching Studio and works with teams from a number of sectors. One of her core beliefs is that work should be fulfilling, and she is on a mission to support leaders to find the joy in their work.

Emma supports leadership teams who can’t unsee the impact their organisation has on people and the planet to develop the awareness, relationships, and ways of working needed to respond to complex, systemic challenges that don’t have simple solutions, so meaningful change becomes possible and lasts. She does this through team coaching and designing and facilitating development programmes.

Outside of this work Emma teaches yoga, loves nature and spending time with friends and exploring new places. She is based in South Wales, U.K. Her mother tongue is English and she speaks French and basic German. 

Jason began his career in tech working for a VC-backed startup, then held consultant roles for multiple firms including EY, working with bootstrapped founders to Fortune 10 leaders and teams. After leading Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) globally for Starbucks where he was recognized for his coaching and leadership development, he founded Kinkou to focus on coaching leaders and teams, a work he loves.

Matthew is a coaching psychologist with RocheMartin. He is passionate about helping leaders and teams experience their true potential through harnessing the power of Emotional Intelligence. He is a senior practitioner of the EMCC and a graduate member of the Psychological Society of Ireland.
