Andrea Coggins, CCM, CCUFC, is the Vice President of Consumer Lending at Financial Plus Credit Union, where she brings nearly a decade of experience in branch operations, leadership development, and consumer lending strategy. Andrea’s career journey reflects a strong commitment to member experience, team growth, and delivering impactful financial solutions. 

She is a graduate of the CUES Emerge Leadership Program, earning her Certified Credit Union Manager (CCM) designation, and is also a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC). In addition to her credit union leadership role, Andrea serves as President of GRO Networking – Grand Blanc, supporting professional development and community connection across Southeast Michigan. Her passion for mentorship, continuous learning, and community impact embodies the credit union philosophy of people helping people. 

Ann Ditlow is the Finance and Analytics Manager at 4Front Credit Union in Traverse City, Michigan. She began her career in genetic testing, where she developed a strong foundation in data analysis and precision. But it was her grit that carried her through a career pivot into the credit union industry, where she discovered purpose and community. In credit unions, Ann found not just a job, but her people. Today, she combines analytical expertise with a passion for advocacy and connection, helping drive meaningful change from the inside out. 

Aria is an event planner for the Michigan Credit Union League’s education and events team. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Eastern Michigan University and previously spent a year as a traveling leadership consultant for Sigma Delta Tau. She started at the League in 2023 working with the MCUL’s government affairs team before transitioning to the education department. Aria now works with her fellow team mates to plan excellent training events for Michigan credit unions and oversees initiatives like CU Social Club and the @MCULevents Instagram.

Chelsea McKenzie is a passionate credit union leader and community advocate serving as Community Impact Leader at Members First Credit Union. With over six years in the credit union industry, Chelsea is known for her heart‑centered approach to connection, financial empowerment, and meaningful community engagement. Chelsea is a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) and has been recognized for her innovative thinking, earning a chapter‑level win in the CU Spark Tank competition for her student‑focused small‑dollar loan concept designed to support college and trade school learners. Her work reflects a deep commitment to accessible financial solutions and the future of the credit union movement.

DaeSean Ashby is the Director of State Advocacy at the Michigan Credit Union League (MCUL), where he leads efforts to advance policy priorities and represent credit unions at the state level. He joined MCUL in July 2023 following his work as a contract lobbyist beginning in 2022. Prior to that, DaeSean served as a policy advisor assigned to the Financial Services Committee in 2020, where he gained firsthand experience shaping legislation and navigating the policymaking process.

Eloisa Medina‑Britten is a credit union professional currently serving as a Compliance Specialist at West Michigan Credit Union (WMCU). Originally from San Francisco and now based in Grand Rapids, Eloisa is known for her commitment to growth, compliance excellence, and advancing the credit union movement. She is an active FUELmi young professional and was the runner‑up in MCUL’s 2025 Spark Tank Competition, where she showcased her innovative thinking and passion for impact. Outside of work, Eloisa remains deeply engaged in community and environmental volunteer efforts. Her journey reflects a growth mindset rooted in curiosity, service, and a genuine passion for making a positive impact—both in the credit union movement and beyond.

Ginger Weeks is the Vice President of Operations at Community West Credit Union, where she brings a strong focus on leadership and member service. A lifelong learner, Ginger earned her CUCE certification through America’s Credit Unions while simultaneously working full-time and pursuing her bachelor’s degree. She’s been a driving force in FUELmi since its inception and currently serves as the Young Professional Liaison for the CUES Michigan Council, advocating for growth and connection among emerging leaders. Ginger is passionate about credit union advocacy, staying ahead of fraud trends, and creating meaningful member experiences—all while continuing to learn and lead with purpose. 

Joey G. is a credit union professional with over a decade of experience supporting members through relationship‑driven service and digital solutions. He currently serves as a Consultant in Member Relations at Alloya Corporate FCU and has spent more than 11 years growing his career at Adventure Credit Union across multiple frontline and operational roles. A recognized young professional in the Michigan credit union community, Joey is a FUEL scholarship recipient for both the MCUL AC&E Conference and the CUES Leadership Summit. 

Raelyn Szatkowski is a passionate community advocate and former credit union professional who began her career in the Michigan credit union movement driven by the “people helping people” philosophy. At the time of recording, Raelyn was serving at Wolverine State Credit Union, where she built a reputation for empathy‑centered service, leadership, and deep commitment to member impact. 

A former FUELmi member, Raelyn gained lasting friendships and mentorship through the program. Her time in FUELmi and the broader credit union industry helped shape her leadership style and reinforced her dedication to serving others. While Raelyn has since stepped into a new chapter outside of the credit union industry, she continues to carry those values forward in everything she does and remains a passionate supporter of the movement that helped shape her professional journey. 

Sydney Tennant is a dedicated credit union professional serving at Michigan Legacy Credit Union, where she brings a strong passion for community impact and member‑focused service. Her career path has been anything but traditional—transitioning from studying architecture to working in currency exchange before ultimately finding her home in the credit union movement. With a growth‑oriented mindset and a heart for people, Sydney is known for embracing unexpected career paths, building meaningful connections, and contributing to the communities she serves. Her journey reflects the power of curiosity, adaptability, and staying true to the “people helping people” philosophy that defines credit unions.

Whitney Sode is the Chief Financial Officer at Sunrise Family Credit Union, where she combines strategic financial leadership with a passion for member-focused service. With years of experience in the banking and credit union industries, Whitney is dedicated to driving innovation and fostering growth. A strong advocate for continuous professional development, she embraces technology and the evolving role of AI to enhance operations and member experiences. Outside of work, Whitney credits her husband as her biggest supporter, helping her balance career ambitions with personal life.
