Andrea Coggins, CCM, CCUFC

Andrea Coggins, CCM, CCUFC, is the Vice President of Consumer Lending at Financial Plus Credit Union, where she brings nearly a decade of experience in branch operations, leadership development, and consumer lending strategy. Andrea’s career journey reflects a strong commitment to member experience, team growth, and delivering impactful financial solutions. 

She is a graduate of the CUES Emerge Leadership Program, earning her Certified Credit Union Manager (CCM) designation, and is also a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC). In addition to her credit union leadership role, Andrea serves as President of GRO Networking – Grand Blanc, supporting professional development and community connection across Southeast Michigan. Her passion for mentorship, continuous learning, and community impact embodies the credit union philosophy of people helping people.

Ann Ditlow

Ann Ditlow is the Finance and Analytics Manager at 4Front Credit Union in Traverse City, Michigan. She began her career in genetic testing, where she developed a strong foundation in data analysis and precision. But it was her grit that carried her through a career pivot into the credit union industry, where she discovered purpose and community. In credit unions, Ann found not just a job, but her people. Today, she combines analytical expertise with a passion for advocacy and connection, helping drive meaningful change from the inside out.

Aria Ottenbreit

Aria is an event planner for the Michigan Credit Union League’s education and events team. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Eastern Michigan University and previously spent a year as a traveling leadership consultant for Sigma Delta Tau. She started at the League in 2023 working with the MCUL’s government affairs team before transitioning to the education department. Aria now works with her fellow team mates to plan excellent training events for Michigan credit unions and oversees initiatives like CU Social Club and the @MCULevents Instagram.

Chelsea McKenzie is a passionate credit union leader and community advocate serving as Community Impact Leader at Members First Credit Union. DeaSean Ashby

DaeSean Ashby is the Director of State Advocacy at the Michigan Credit Union League (MCUL), where he leads efforts to advance policy priorities and represent credit unions at the state level. He joined MCUL in July 2023 following his work as a contract lobbyist beginning in 2022. Prior to that, DaeSean served as a policy advisor assigned to the Financial Services Committee in 2020, where he gained firsthand experience shaping legislation and navigating the policymaking process.
