Before the podcast, Bill was the inaugural Executive Director of the ASTM Exo Technology Center of Excellence, growing it into a leading exoskeleton industry voice. Over 17 years he advised federal agencies, first responders, and global groups on exoskeletons, CBRNE detection, and infrastructure protection.
A US Department of Commerce Gold Medal for Heroism recipient, Bill holds a Ph.D. in Biology, an M.S. in Engineering, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He translates complex science and entrepreneurship into accessible narratives with real-world impact locally and beyond.
