Bill Billotte

Dr. William “Bill” Billotte is the Founder and Principal Consultant for Billotte Consulting And Coaching LLC. Bill has over 20 years of experience providing scientific and technical advice to federal agencies, first responders, and international organizations on topics including standards, exoskeletons, critical infrastructure protection, CBRNE detection, and first responder equipment. He has held leadership and science positions at ASTM International, the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), U.S. Navy, and Booz Allen Hamilton.

Bill holds a Ph.D. in Biology from the University of Dayton, a Master of Science in Engineering from Wright State University, and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from The Georgia Institute of Technology.
