Bland! Average! That’s what I’d have to say my life was before Jesus. I was responsible,
worked hard, and earned my way. But, I didn’t have any sense of purpose or direction. I knew
from my religious upbringing that I was a sinner but the rituals I had learned did little to help
me find my way.
When I met Jesus, life changed. I found forgiveness, direction, and purpose. Life took on a
joyful, exciting dimension. As the Bible states, “And he died for all, that those who live should
no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again.”
Life isn’t always easy but it’s always worth it. And will be more so in eternity.
