Season 4 of the Come and See Podcast begins by reflecting on a powerful truth found throughout Scripture—God works through imperfect people.
In this episode, we look at the moment when Thomas doubted the resurrection of Jesus and how Christ met him in that doubt with grace and truth. Thomas’ story reminds us that faith is not always easy and that even devoted followers of Jesus can struggle with uncertainty.
But Thomas is not the only one. Throughout the Bible we see faithful people who had moments of weakness. Noah, a righteous man, later struggled with drunkenness. Moses doubted his ability and questioned whether he was capable of leading God’s people. Abraham, the father of faith, lied out of fear to protect himself.
Yet God still used each of them.
Their stories remind us that God’s plan has never depended on human perfection. Instead, He works through people who struggle, doubt, and sometimes fail—but who ultimately turn back to Him in faith.
