The mechanics of fullness are a combination of stomach stretch receptors, gut hormone's and brain circuit feedback.
Stomach stretch is the first and most obvious because of the sensation physically . Use the right foods to create this sensation and feel full on lower energy foods. Great tool for weight loss if that’s your goal. Not to mention all of the antioxidants from vast loads of fruit and veg 🙂
