Hello, my little bad asses. This is your host Caressa Dunphy, and I am so excited to kick off what I hope to be. A really amazing experience. I have been kicking around the idea of starting a podcast where I just have a lot of things to say about a lot of different topics, including, but not limited to, nutrition, exercise, fitness, gluten-free, celiac, lactose issues, as well as all the messy healing work. You know, we're all humans on our very. Personal human journeys, and I just think that there's so much beauty in sort of unpacking that very experience because we are all truly little bad asses deep inside of us, and we don't give ourselves enough credit for what we're going through. Like oftentimes we just sort of go, oh yeah, I did the thing and now I gotta go and do the next. Thing, you know? Stop, celebrate that we just did this damn thing and you know, we need to sit here and clap for ourselves and clap for the people around us. And I just want to build this community that we do just that, where we get into the nutrition, the exercise, the lifestyle things, the healing work. You know, we talk about this and that and the other thing. And you know, it's gonna be a little bit messy. It's. Gonna be genuine, it's gonna be authentic, it's gonna be fucked up. It's gonna be a shit show, and I'm here for it. So I hope that if you feel like you can get on board with this, that if you are excited to learn about some of these different things, that you will subscribe to the podcast and if you get something out of it that you can share and tell all of the folks in your life so that we can build a big community that is sitting here and clapping for each other and supporting each other, you know, really celebrate the people that we are, the little bad asses that we are deep inside.
