Hi, I'm back. These are actually becoming quite fun. yeah, anyway, I'm super quick today because I have a meeting with a potential new client in approximately eight minutes. So yeah, super quick with you today. Today I want to talk to you about nervous system regulation.
So many people get into patterns of going into the same sort of relationships with the same sort of people and it is simply because of their nervous system. And most people don't realise that. They tend to start believing that the problem is them. When bad things happen to us, we start to create beliefs about ourselves. It's kind of the natural...
way of doing things but actually it's just a nervous system dysregulation problem. So I've done a whole really long podcast episode on this which is out where it talks to you, well it's me not it, I talk to you about the signs of nervous system dysregulation in day 10.
So go and check out the long episode and see if you're in that state. But what I wanted to do today was just jump on really quickly and talk to you about a simple kind of first step, different things I want to give you a tip because if you go and listen to that episode and you're like, yeah, I am in nervous system dysregulation, here is.
one very simple, non-expensive, non-difficult tip of how to start re-regulating your nervous system if you are in that state and it is as simple as doing something to activate the vagus nerve. So, if you're feeling sad, for example, if you're feeling...

Very, very simple activation technique.
Goggling. Yeah, I'm serious. So it works in the same way as you you'll have people that tell you to go and it's the vibrations and those vibrations going through your body actually start to re-regulate your nervous system. So this one, if you today you're feeling a bit out of sorts, get your glass of water.

keep doing it for about five minutes you'll feel better. That's it. Super simple. Starting with the first steps because when you realize that you've got a nervous system dysregulation problem in dating it is small steps. It took a long time for you to kind of start feeling this way. It took a lot of her and build up.
and you have got to start breaking those barriers down and it's not an instant thing and I wish it was but simple simple daily things that you can just incorporate a minute of doing gargling it'll also make you drink more water which also helps with all kinds of mental health things makes you feel happier, makes your body better go and do some gargling today that is my simple tip for the day
