I want you to imagine with me for this moment what it would be like if your body wasn't in pain, wasn't dealing with the symptoms that you've been having to experience for quite some time. What would your body be like? What would your life be like if you didn't have that happening to you right now? Well, in this video, we're going to walk you through the process that I did to speak to myself, to heal my body, and what I've done for many, many clients over the years that it's also helped them. First, we have to get into relationship to our body. We have to listen and understand that there are messages that have been there, whether we're conscious or unconscious, and then begin the process of unburdening them by changing them. Once they are changed, then the healing process starts to happen. So this reminds me of a story of a client actually a few years ago that was experiencing tremendous pain, uh autoimmune condition, you could label it, Macron's disease, ulcerated colitis, but basically they couldn't stop themselves from bleeding. They had gone to the doctor, they'd gone to the hospital, nothing was working. Everything that Western medicine had, they threw at it, and still she was bleeding. That's kind of typically when people come to me, is in those moments. So they somehow heard about me and they were like, Can you help me? And I said, I don't know, we'll let's give it a shot. So after our first couple sessions, we were able to identify what actually was there. Yes, there was pain, but more importantly, she was not in relationship to the pain. And this is what a lot of us do when we are experiencing some type of symptom or pain, is we unconsciously want to push away from it. We don't want to look at it, we don't want to deal with it, we want it to go away. But in this type of medicine, this mind-body medicine, the first thing you have to do, guys, is get in relationship to the pain, to the hurt. And so immediately when you bring your attention there, you start to create a field of energy that is greater than what the symptom is doing to you. And so, in this particular case with this client, I was just asking questions. What's there? How does it feel? What do you notice? Do you ex how do you experience it, right? And I remember, I think she said, Well, there I feel like a big heavy, like black ball in my intestines. It's like, well, that's interesting. Tell me more, what else are you aware of, right? So she's slowly bringing in interoception where she is conscious and aware of what's happening, not from up here, but somatically in the body, giving space, becoming to get in communication with what is there. As that started happening, immediately memory started to come. Emotions started to flood up to the surface, and what we found was a whole bunch of uh grief, and then there was actually some guilt and shame about not being able to be a certain way, having to be a certain way, right? Which a lot of us do because we feel what unworthy. So once we were able to again be in relationship to that, bring our heart to that, then more emotion came, more memories came, and then some longings in the heart. All of this was the messaging that she had been stored over decades and decades, and really never had a space or an opportunity to explore that. So just by me holding that space and bringing that kind of inquiry, interception into her body, she was able to actually begin the process of healing that. Once she was able to process the guilt, the shame that was there, the bleeding stopped, guys. Mind you, Western medicine threw all of its pharmacological, pharmacological, is that a word? All of its uh Western medicine at it, and nothing actually touched it. It was actually the power of her heart, her mind, presencing the space, making space for it, being in relationship to it that stopped the actual bleeding. I have seen this process happen many, many times with all kinds of conditions: breast cancer, uh Hodgkin lymphoma, um, heart disease, a lot of autoimmune conditions, even infertility. This has worked so well. And if I can just share, like really the first hurdle that most people come up against, as I already stated, is they don't allow space for themselves to feel what is here. So maybe it's as simple as I have a lower back pain, I hurt myself, I don't like the pain, so instead I'm gonna pop the pill to subdued my nervous system from activating those nerves. Or maybe who knows, maybe I rest, maybe I do something that uh is therapeutic, but the pain's still there. So the process that I would encourage you is to get into a comfortable place where you're not going to be interrupted for at least 20-30 minutes. And in that place you relax yourself down. Maybe you listen to something relaxing, like I have a deep relaxation meditation down below in the description. You can grab that. Something that gets you in your body in a relaxed state. Now, once you've are there, then you can be in the process of starting to listen. And what I mean by listening, it's not just with your ear, it's it's like you're touching, you're reaching out to the pain, reaching out to the lower back, and you're inquiring what's there. Now, at first, it's not going to speak to you like I'm speaking to you now. It's going to speak to you kind of like my client through images, through visuals, through memories, through colors, through sounds, and even words. And it's going to be real subtle at first, but as you begin the process of listening to it, you start to process that. And sometimes just doing this alone will reduce your pain or symptom significantly. If it doesn't, then you have to go to the next step, which is start. There's still some hook there that's keeping that energy, that field of energy in play. So you have to get into a deeper layer of what is the unconscious emotional content that's there that you're holding. Meaning, like, what is the limited belief that that part of you is carrying? Maybe it's something as simple as like, I can't be who I really want to be, or I feel broken. These are very common limited beliefs that come up repeatedly in folks that are suffering and pain. So when we come to that, then we have to welcome that into the heart and be like, wow, I wasn't aware that I had been believing this. Tell me more, let me make space for this more. And then typically that comes with motions, releasing. Sometimes somatically in the body, you will move or yawn a lot. These are very common releases that happen. Still, there may be more work. You might be able to uh allow a lot of that pain to disperse here. But if you have some significant uh chronic pain that is still persisting, then you have to go another layer, right? So it's not to say you don't get benefit, you will get benefit through these steps. I want you to know that. And that for some of us, like me, being one, I had to go all the way through this process for the pain to completely resolve. So after I had identified all those unconscious limited beliefs I had been carrying, then I moved into the last step, which is who would you be? Who is the person you would be? What would your back be like if it didn't have to carry that pain? What would you do? Maybe you would you would jump around, you'd run again, you'd hike a mountain, you'd go to that swimming class, or you'd pick up your grandkid. I don't know. Like, there's so many things here that you have in your heart that often we don't make space for because of the pain, because of the symptom, or because we've been put into a box. Like you're not supposed to do that, because if you do that, it's going to irritate your bladder, or if you do this, you're going to hurt your shoulder, or if you do that, you're going to trigger, you know, your symptoms. And so we we limit the playing field. But my suggestion is you want to expand it in your consciousness. You want to feel into what it would be like if you didn't have that pain? Who would you be? What is the emotional content that arises? And as you feel that more and more, you are literally stretching energetically, not just your heart center, but the energy field that wherever that is, your lower back, pain in your shoulder, your autoimmune condition, and over time, the body, again, you're in relationship to it, starts to hear that, starts to listen to that, starts to absorb that message deeper and deeper until finally that healing moment happens for you and the pain goes away. So, this is how I would do it if I were you, if you were wanting to do this work, speaking to your body in this loving relationship. To do that requires a lot of containment, a lot of patience, and truthfully, a lot of heart. And of course, you know, like for me when I first started this, I needed some support. And through that process, I'm able to help in the first few weeks identify what are the big unconscious things you're holding on to. And then through this process, just like I'm telling you how to do, I walk you through not only how to unburden those, but also how to welcome these powerful heart passions you have, these secrets that have been in your heart of what you want to do in your life. And we engender them into your field of energy through meditation, through daily remembrance, and bringing that forward, it changes you, it heals you, it uplifts your energy, uplifts your mind, and of course your heart. And it is very, very hard, guys, for pain or any symptom to linger when the frequency of energy of vibration is higher. Higher meaning peace, higher meaning happiness, higher meaning excitement and love and freedom. These higher vibrational frequencies are not just words that you say, they are felt sense experiences that somatically you are training yourself each and every day.
