Nathan Palmer

Nathan Palmer is an educator, mentor, and advocate with a passion for helping students discover their purpose and potential. As a leader at Polaris Academy, Nathan brings energy, empathy, and vision to every classroom and conversation. His work focuses on creating environments where every learner feels seen, supported, and challenged to grow — both academically and personally.

Nathan believes education is more than textbooks and tests; it’s about guiding students to find their “true north.” Whether he’s inspiring teachers, collaborating with families, or helping students navigate life’s challenges, Nathan’s heart for education shines through in everything he does.

At Polaris Academy, Nathan continues to shape a culture of belonging, resilience, and possibility — reminding everyone that when you aim high and stay connected, there’s no limit to what you can achieve.

Rachel Crupi

Originally from Highland, Indiana, Rachel Crupi brings heart, experience, and passion to her work at Polaris. With a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Psychology from Kaplan University, she’s spent over a decade helping children and families thrive through behavioral therapy. As a mom of a young adult with autism, Rachel’s mission to give back to the autism community is personal and lifelong.

Starting as a Behavior Technician, she quickly advanced to RBT, BCBA, and Clinical Director, supporting families across Arizona through early intervention and Telehealth. Now as Director of Behavior Services, Rachel blends data-driven care with compassion—empowering students, families, and educators alike.

Outside of work, she loves baseball, camping, jeep’n, and exploring the beauty of Arizona with her family. 🌟
