Season 2, Episode 20

We bounce from pop culture to real life, using humour and friendship to make sense of memory lapses, big feelings, and the messy middle of everyday coping. We recap Toy Story, spiral a little on Taylor and Travis wedding rumours, and end with a simple reminder to listen less to fear and more to dreams.
• picking a song that feels like our friendship
• forgetting details but still feeling understood
• Toy Story thoughts on devices and imagination
• surviving a packed day-session cinema with kids
• scepticism about AI leaks and celebrity wedding photos
• knee recovery, eye infection, and adjusting to multifocals
• debating a careful return to pickleball
• planning a listener questions takeover with rapid-fire answers
• practising happiness with “toodaloo” and a smile
• thought of the week from The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse

Welcome And What This Show Is

SPEAKER_00

Hey there, welcome to Mad Mel's Mike. Thanks for joining me. My name is Melissa and this is a podcast all about me. About my life. About my life with PTSD. About my life with the husband and kids and friends and everything in between. Thanks for tuning in. Hey everybody, and welcome to Mad Mel's Mike, season two, episode 20. Thanks for tuning in. I have a special guest today, but before we get into chatting with her, let's get this episode started. So welcome again, everybody. Thanks for tuning in. I have a special guest here today. Everybody, this is Mel. Hi, everybody. I'm Mel. So a long time ago, a few moons. I can't remember if we spoke about it. I think we did. Did we do our introduction though? I don't know. Okay, so let's do so. Okay. We did one podcast a long time ago. This was, or before I did my knee the first time, I think it was, wasn't it? Yeah. Because we're training for the marathon. Oh, that's right. Yeah, the Gold Coast Marathon. So we thought we'd start our own podcast, and we had this really cool intro. And it went like, hi, I'm Mel. And I'm Mel. And together we're two mics.

SPEAKER_01

Can't even remember. Two males and one mic. I forgot. All right. I went two mics and one male.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, two males and one mic. Anyway, that went better the first time we did it in the one and only episode we had with two males, one mic. So maybe people should go back and have a listen to it.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, and we can bring it back like in a new version of yeah. You don't want to do it. No, I know. Well, maybe I can change. Like the last time I did the podcast, I felt really good after it.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, you're quite inspired. Yeah, I was like ready to take over Mad Mel. I was. I was gonna interview Carl. Yeah, and that's that's her plan is to take over Mad Mel's for an episode. Um, which is a good lead-in. Oh, we'll come back to that.

SPEAKER_01

We'll circle back.

SPEAKER_00

We'll circle back. Yeah.

Song Pick And Best-Friend Logic

SPEAKER_00

Um, so I have actually picked the song of the week this week. And which I was most upset about. I know because Mel thought she was picking it. Yes. But when we get to what we're going to talk about, you can pick the song for that. Okay. Yeah. Um I can't oh, that's right, I do remember the song you literally just told me. It has no PTSD relevance at all. Anyway, so my song of the week is Your Nonsense Makes Sense by the 502. So let's have a listen. So that was your nonsense makes sense by the 502s. And what I like about it is that Mel's nonsense makes total sense to me. And we'll just she'll just go to me. So, you know, that thing that we did on that day, and I'll just go, Oh yeah, I know exactly what you're talking about. And that for me, that just sums it up in the whole thing.

SPEAKER_01

Even just listening to that bit, I got a tear in my eye because it's so true. And even I think the times that we don't remember things, we both know, but that's just how we are. Like it's like, oh yeah, you you told me that yesterday, but I forgot.

SPEAKER_00

Where are you going again? And we'll tell each other the same story like 40 times and pretend it's the first time we've heard it because nonsense makes forget. Yeah, your nonsense, and your weirdness matches mine. There's actually a um in the second chorus, there's a line that says something along the lines of um people tell me you're a strange bird, but all my favorite folks in the world are a little absurd. Yeah, that's true. I'm absurd, male's more absurd, and together we're absurd.

Toy Story Night Out Recap

SPEAKER_00

We're two males. Um, I know you were pretty upset with me for last week. We're not really upset because we don't really get upset with one another, but I didn't mention on my episode last week that we went and saw Toy Story. I was so upset at you. Yeah, you were.

SPEAKER_01

Like, if anyone can remember the episode I did last time, it was um the song. Oh my god, I was like, I can't think of it. You've got a friend in me. You got a friend in me. And so then we went with the children all together to watch it, and I was like, she'd have to mention it. Like it's pretty pivotal, like in our friendship, and nope, no mention at all.

SPEAKER_00

No, but what's funny, that as soon as I finished recording, I went, Oh shit, I forgot to mention Toy Story. Yeah. Like I just because I don't write notes, I don't, and you forget, I forget, and that's just me. But and it's funny because last time I recorded and we interviewed, I had questions written down already. In this one, you go to me, what are we talking about? So I don't know. That's how I've been doing the last sort of six, eight months of this podcast is just making shit up, and it seems to work. But anyway, tell us about Toy Story.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, it was really good. I mean, I think one of my problems was that you when you watch so many reviews and they talk about how fantastic it is, um, you go in with even higher expectations, I think. And then also the cinema was full of children. It was awful. It wasn't great. I can't wait to watch it again at home with popcorn. I mean, the popcorn was good.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, my popcorn was disappointing because I had all the little shit, and then I couldn't get a chock top. And that's all I want at the cinema is popcorn and a chock top and a good coke.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, and your Maltesas, though, because she poured some Maltesers into my um popcorn box, it was so good.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, that was good. And then Rory cracked the shits because we'd eaten most of the Maltesers before the movie actually started. And then she had the shits because she wanted to sit in a certain spot, but Mel and her family were already there and had seats, and so she wanted to put her feet up in front of her. And then when that lady came and sat down in front of her, the look on her face was funny. Oh my gosh, if looks good, Kiel, we'd all be bloody dead with Rory. But Rory said to me after she goes, I'm never seeing a kid's movie on a day session.

SPEAKER_01

So we went to a 245 and I know, and I thought maybe, and this was wrong as well. Obviously, I don't know. But if I was taking the kids, I probably would have gone to the morning one, you know, got them out of the house. But it seemed that everyone went to the 245 one.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, and it was packed. It was so packed. Like there were families having to separate each other. And we saw it like three weeks after it came out, so I can I'm glad we waited.

SPEAKER_01

I know, could you imagine if we went earlier?

SPEAKER_00

Would have been awful. Well, what'd you like about the movie though?

SPEAKER_01

Um, I really like that there was a focus on Jesse. Um, I really like the um context around devices. I think it was a wonderful message, and I think it was really good how Toy Stories evolved into the time, like they did it so well that now devices are this problem, yeah, and it is a huge problem, and you know, kids aren't playing with their imagination and toys anymore. Yeah, and it was so sweet, and I really liked that.

SPEAKER_00

I I liked it. I liked as well like how the toys evolved and how the new Buzz Light years came out and they're all digital and stuff like that.

SPEAKER_01

And spoiler alert, they become drones, and it's so it was pretty cool, and how they all talk to each other, yeah, and the horse. I love when they turned up on the pink horse.

SPEAKER_00

I just don't know why. Yeah, Buzz turns up on this pink unicorn. I really like that. But did it annoy you when like the movie started? Because I don't think I've seen the fourth Toy Story. I started watching the first one and then got distracted by the song Strange Things and then didn't finish watching it because that was oh such a good soundtrack. The first one track, but that was the episode, no, the song of the week two weeks ago. But then I'm sitting there next to Mel and I went, Where's Woody? Yeah. She goes, He's not here. I was like, What? He doesn't come back? Yes, he comes back.

SPEAKER_01

It's like he's married to Bo. He went on the adventures with Bo.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, see, I didn't know that he married Bo Peep and they were on adventure saving toys together. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Yeah, no, so watch Toy Story 4, otherwise you're gonna be that annoying friend.

SPEAKER_01

I know, and Oscar said something in the car as well on the way home, which I totally forgot about. But he was like, Oh, I remember in um Toy Story 2 when that guy paints Woody's head and things, and I was like, What, Andy? And he's like, No, no, that guy, the guy that got him and wanted to sell him. I'm like, Oh yeah, yeah, maybe we spray paint that guy, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Redoes like his hair issues, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I was like, Yeah, I do remember it, but I didn't know what he was talking about because you know, in Woody this time he's gained a little weight and oh he did gain a little weight. He's got a bit of a ball patch that shines off people.

SPEAKER_00

Reminds me of my other half. He's got his hair's thinning and he doesn't want to admit it.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, what did they one of the toys caught him something about the shine patch? It was quite funny.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, it was funny, and all the adults in the yeah. But you had a kid near you, and like I mind you, I was sitting next to Mel, but I couldn't hear this kid, like kept on.

SPEAKER_01

Kept saying to dad, like, what are they laughing at now? Yeah, why do they laugh at that? I'm like, well shot ask at the end.

SPEAKER_00

Shut the fuck up, kids. But I guess that's the we can't really crack the shit. So we didn't crack the ships, like we all enjoyed it. Like we went and saw a kid's movie during the day on a weekend. Yeah, like it's gonna happen. Yeah, but anyway, it was fun.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. I mean, in saying that too, like it's very rare that you go to the cinemas in orange and it's full. Like, yeah, no, that's exactly right.

SPEAKER_00

I've never seen it that full mind you haven't seen a movie in years at the cinema. I did want to see Devil Wears Prada too, but we didn't know. I'm not interested in it. I don't like Meryl Streep. All right, fair. She annoys me, Mama Mia and has ruined me for life.

SPEAKER_01

Oh okay, so you won't go back and try to mend the relationship?

unknown

No.

SPEAKER_00

I I would go watch it just for Anne Hathaway.

SPEAKER_01

Okay. But that's it. Ah, see, you're probably like on the opposite. Most people hate Anne Hathaway and love Meryl Streep. No, she's pregnant. Who? Anne.

SPEAKER_00

Oh. So this is where I get all my pop culture from.

SPEAKER_01

I think she is.

SPEAKER_00

I think she is.

SPEAKER_01

Here we go.

SPEAKER_00

Fun facts.

SPEAKER_01

I think she well, she oh I yeah, and it can't be a fake pregnancy. How old is she, I wonder? I don't know.

SPEAKER_00

She's got to be our age, isn't she?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, and it's a first, isn't it? Fucked if I know. I don't know. Maybe we could do now. I'm right into my podcast era, um, like pop culture facts with Mel and Mel.

SPEAKER_00

We don't know. None of them are gonna be true. Well, talking about pop culture, what's your views on their Taylor and Travis marriage?

Taylor And Travis Wedding Speculation

SPEAKER_01

I know. Look, I'm a huge lover of um weddings. Yeah. Like, no, oh actually, that's a bit of a lie. Like royal weddings. Yeah, I'm not married, I'm not a huge lover of weddings themselves, but so I thought I would be more excited, and I certainly didn't get on the excited train about it. I don't know why. Um, I think also too because with Taylor, which she does so incredibly, like everything's sort of quite secret and things. I was like, we're never gonna see anything or know anything. Um, and then you know, I did go down a little bit of a side path of like, you know, was it just a bit too extra? But then I've watched some videos today that was like made me feel a lot better about it. It's like she's getting married, she can do what she wants, and like she did it at a place that was able to take over 30,000 people and she only had a thousand, so it wasn't like that much of an impact. So yeah, I feel much better about it now. Yeah, good. I was feeling a bit, you know, that's quite extravagant. But if she wants to be extravagant, so be it. Yeah, like let her.

SPEAKER_00

But the thing is, it just it astounds me that it's been what five days since she got married, and there has been no leaks of her wedding dress.

SPEAKER_01

But is it so they the ones that are out are AI ones?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Where she's sitting in the dress.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, so and because um Dior released a statement to say that all the official um photos from her wedding will be released by Taylor on Instagram and only Taylor.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, so I that's my problem, I think, is why I can't get into it. Because I seen some like two different dresses, yeah, and I was like, So people are all just putting shit into AI and making it. Like on the ground, I'm like, she wouldn't wear that dress. That's not what I'm predicting. Yeah, if she wears that dress, I will die.

SPEAKER_00

So not. So, yeah, because the Kelsey brothers shared um the post from Christian Dior saying that um no no photos have been released and will only be released by Taylor on Insta.

SPEAKER_01

Imagine the NDA you would have had to somehow go to that wedding.

SPEAKER_00

I know, but that's what baffles me. Like, how has nobody leaked anything? But I guess they're all such high profile people that at the wedding and they can understand and respect. And like maybe you weren't allowed to have your phone. Yeah, that might have been.

SPEAKER_01

Like you might have had to put it into a bucket.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

A bucket, I'm sure that's a real fancy than a bucket.

SPEAKER_00

Like at Cliff School, you have to put it into a little pouch, your phone, and you can't get it out.

SPEAKER_01

I mean, but then also too, like you I mean, I don't think you need to be on the phones, but if something happened, how do you get in contact? Like, was there an emergency number that you had to share with your contacts? You know, if you need to contact me when I'm at the wedding call, this number 1-800 Taylor for Travis.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, too funny. Um, so we've done a lot of pop culture.

Knee Updates, Eye Drama, Pickleball Return

SPEAKER_00

Let's talk about me for a minute. Are you sick of hearing about my knee? Oh no. Oh no, she says I'm convincing.

SPEAKER_01

No, I know it was so funny. Yesterday I was like, Oh, how's your knee feeling? She was like, Yeah, feeling okay. I was like, Oh, yeah, because you haven't really been complaining about it lately. And I was like, I didn't mean that in a bad way, it's just that you haven't like really talked about it too much because it mustn't be hurting is what it was.

SPEAKER_00

I've done nothing.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, but like two weeks ago, every time you got in and out of the car, it hurt you. Yeah, and we walked anywhere, you're like, oh, this is killing me. Um, this is killing me. It's not what you would say either. Oh, this is killing me. But you must get sigma though. Well, no, because this week it's been your eye.

SPEAKER_00

So I don't think I've actually mentioned it. I've had an eye infection, and so not now I'm not complaining about my knee. I'm complaining about my eye. I can't see. And I got new glasses as well, yeah, which are multifocal, and so they're taking a little while for me to get used to, but it's hard because my right eye is feeling oh look, it's it's better. It looks good today. Um, but yeah. Yeah, Mel had to put eye drops, but I can do the eye drops by myself now. Can you? Yeah, I've grown up. Oh, that's not fair. You don't need me anymore. No, I still need you. Who am I going to complain to? We haven't heard about your knee because your eyes been around. Everyone in my house is sick of it. I'd say it makes me sound like that's all I do is just complain. I don't think you do at all.

SPEAKER_01

I mean, I think that's why I mentioned about your knee. It wasn't that but be when we were doing little walks or getting into the car, you're really uncomfortable where you haven't been that for the last week in a bit. So I've thought it must be feeling better.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, it is feeling better, and I think that is because I've been doing nothing.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, which we've got exciting news to announce. We're going to pickleball. Don't tell the physio though. Oh shit, don't listen. Just clip this out. No, no, she's not going to do anything. I'm she's gonna stand there and hit the ball.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, well, so I said to Mel yesterday, like we obviously we do everything basically together. Yeah. Like pickleball and stuff like that. And so we haven't been going to our Friday night socials at Pickleball. But I said to Mel, was it yesterday or the day before, anyway, regardless of when it was, let's go to pickleball and you play a couple of games and I'll just sit there. And then I sort of went, Well, maybe I could just stand there and hold it.

SPEAKER_01

Well, because I know because I did ask the physio at book club when I was. Oh, did you? Yeah, and I said, like, and she's like, Yeah, that would be fine. I said, but she's not allowed to run for the ball because that's the problem. Is that what she said? No, yeah, well, yeah. And I said, Well, we can never not do that, and especially if we you're competitive, yeah, that like it's so hard the ball goes past you that you can be like, I could just get it. I could just get it, yeah. But I said, like, we just lose and you just really can't move. Yeah, no. You can't put a you can't do those, that's not like the podcast.

SPEAKER_00

Mel's dancing around on the lounge here.

SPEAKER_01

You really just gotta be able to take little normal walk steps to get a ball. If you can't do that, then you don't let it go. And I might try and run behind you and get it. I doubt I will. No.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. But we'll have fun. And if you play, even if I'm on the court for one game and Mel has a couple more, and then we'll go have dinner and because everybody at pickleball will be wondering where you are.

SPEAKER_01

Like you went so many times more than me. Yeah. Even when I saw someone today, they'll be like, But nobody messages me.

SPEAKER_00

Nobody goes email, haven't seen pickleball. Yeah, one person, a few people do. Actually, no, Michael, Susan, Pete, it's three. Well, maybe they haven't been there either. No, it doesn't matter.

SPEAKER_01

They should still message me and say, Well, I haven't seen you, Mel. Does Michael go the week that Aiden's at work or the week that he does? Oh, how would we know? How would we? Oh, like as I looked at you, I was like, Oh, that's never gonna tell the truth.

SPEAKER_00

Um, all right, so Mel's got a plan for one of our episodes.

Listener Q&A Takeover Plan

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, so it's very exciting because I'm taking over from now on, so it'll be a new intro next week. Um, no, um, originally back then and when Mel came to us, and I think a lot of people's experiences of when you know she didn't let us see any of the questions and just delivered it to us on the spot. Um, it's really hard to just think of an answer. So I thought that we can do that with Mel. So um I've created an email where I want all the listeners to write in questions, burning questions they want to know, and it can be anything. It can be about the PTSD, it could be about pickleball, it could be about how she can't remember anything or how her knee is. Um but I've could be about my bestie Taylor.

SPEAKER_00

Oh yeah, it could be in pop culture. You should have seen the look on Mel's face then.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I know. I thought it was me. But you chin on me. And it could be that like Anne Hathaway is pregnant. So you could send any sort of question in. And so I've created an email that Mel can't access. And so then when I start my podcast, I'll be delivering all your questions to her. And I had a thought last night, like, and you're not very good again, pop culture to talk to about this because you're not really in the Bravo sphere and you don't watch any of the real housewives or Yeah, I had to then go bravo.

SPEAKER_00

What's bravo? Yeah, yes, no, I don't know.

SPEAKER_01

So, like Andy, when he does the reunions, I love when he has questions from the audience because he'll be like, you know, um, this is Susan from Penrith. And she asked. So if you want to, and you don't want to know, like you don't want Mel to know, it's you, you can just make up a name like it's Rhonda from Wagga. And I want to ask Mel and I'll be delivering it. I'll be living my Andy. What's Andy's last name?

SPEAKER_00

Well, I've got no idea.

SPEAKER_01

Why are you asking Andy? It is Andy. Oh my gosh, I've just panicked about how many times I've said Andy.

SPEAKER_00

I'll think of Andy Toy Story.

SPEAKER_01

And I'll have my little cardboards. I just want to be living that. Yeah. So I'm really excited to see what questions everyone sends in, and then you'll be in the hot seat. You won't see them, and I'm gonna be rapid firing them at you. Yeah, rapid firing. I've got to have time to think. No, I'll allow you to think, but um, it can be anything, and I'm really even tricky questions, things that you think might, you know, you've been listening to her podcast, you know what she's been saying, things that might trick her up, or yeah, it'd be just anything you want to know from her. I know that she's an open book and we get most things, but I think it's nice to ask those questions and have you think it and reflect.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

I think that's what's really been good about you also being doing um the coaching things as well, you having to reflect on yourself. Yeah, like it's been really good that process of going, yeah, like why did I do this or why did I? Why did I start the podcast?

SPEAKER_00

That was a tough question when I was asked that. Yeah. Actually, I don't remember, I just did it. Yeah. But then looking back on it, it's like, oh no, there were purposes for it. There was reasons. Um, but yeah, so when everybody's listened to this, it will be um bear with me the 15th. So maybe if we have questions in by the 24th. Yep.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I think if we have an end date, that gives us a week and a half before we have to um and we will share like the email, but also do some um social posts to remind you all as well. Yeah. I might even steal her TikTok and do a TikTok, a TikTok dance. We should do a TikTok dance together. Yeah, and then I could be like, if you got questions for her. Oh, we just would be seeing me.

SPEAKER_00

Just doing my hand movements. She's yeah, it'll be funny if it actually happens. No, it will happen. We'll make it happen. Because I have been quite present on TikTok lately.

SPEAKER_01

Well, we could do it in our pickleball outfit. Oh, yeah, matchy matchy. Yeah, oh well, no, I'm not wearing that tonight. It's too cold.

SPEAKER_00

Oh no, I'm not wearing it tonight.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, okay. I just meant tonight.

SPEAKER_00

Like, oh, you meant tonight? Oh no, we can do something tonight. I thought you like we were going to dress up for this. I could be Trump again. Oh, too funny. Um, is there anything else you want to add?

Toodaloo, Practising Happy, Weekly Thought

SPEAKER_01

No, I just wanted to make a note um because um most of you would have listened to um Mel's mum and dad talk. And Linda, it just makes me so happy. So when we signed off today, I was gonna say toodaloo.

SPEAKER_00

Okay, but we we need to do the thought of the week first.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, okay. Well, hang on, I just gotta give con Oh, did you stop? No. Oh I gotta give context because um whenever you hear Linda speak on the phone, she's just so bright and bubbly and so happy uh and it's adorable. And this week I think when we hung up the phone from her, she was like to-loo! And I was like, oh gosh, that is the best. So we need to bring too back. Like I'm sure people say it, but I've been really trying to give you 75. I've really been trying to when I say hang up from people instead of buy, I say too. It just sounds happy. I smile when I say it. Yeah, and we know how important smiling is, like it just makes you feel better.

SPEAKER_00

So I'm like toodaloo. Actually, we can do a TikTok about because in one of my coaching sessions, I was asked and told that I had to practice being happy. Yeah. And so on one of our TikToks, we can show everybody how I practice being happy. And I do it by to-do and smiling at the same time.

SPEAKER_01

That's a good idea. Because it is so important to act happy. Like we believe the thoughts that we say. So if we're happy, we smile. Yeah. That's exactly right. Okay, the thought of the week before I interrupt again.

SPEAKER_00

So Mel didn't, like this was a very last minute. So no no, you don't have to do it. Um so we'll just go back to The Boy with the Mole, The Fox and the Horse by Charlie Maxie, and I'll just open it up to a random page. And it is. Most of the old moles I know wish they had listened. The old moles.

SPEAKER_01

Most of the old moles actually looking at me.

SPEAKER_00

Should I try again? I don't think I could listen. Go ahead, go ahead. Most of the old moles. Most of the old moles, I I wish they had listened less to their fears and more to their dreams. Okay, so let me read that again without using old moles. Most of the oldies know. Oh fuck. Most of the oldies I know wish they had listened to less to their fears and more to their dreams. That is the hardest I have ever struggled with reading one of these. And that still didn't even make sense. I'm going to try it one more time. Most of the oldies I know wish they had listened less to their fears and more to their dreams. Yes. And isn't that so true? Like if I listened to the fear of going, oh shit, what are people going to think about this podcast? I would never have done it.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, well, that's why I couldn't continue to meld in a mic because it was really confronting for me being the person that I am. And it's much easier for you. Um and we're both old moles. I'm going to put that up on my wall because it is so true. There's so many things that I think that I should do and I don't you listen to feeling because you fear of everybody else and what everybody else thinks of you. Um it is a very good one, especially because it's the old moles. Most of the old moles.

SPEAKER_00

Oh my gosh.

Oh, Sass from Yas? Yeah. I was thinking about when I said Wagga before, why don't they call it Wagga Wagga?

SPEAKER_00

I don't know.

SPEAKER_01

Okay. And they call Woei Woey Woei Woey.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, but you can't call Woi Wooey Woy.

SPEAKER_01

SPEAKER_00

SPEAKER_01

I know, I do, I know it. I just like um it's kind of like Rove's sort of and Ellen's sign-off, isn't it? Be kind to yourself. Yeah. Yeah. Does is that what Ellen does on? Well, Ellen's like, be kind to your mother, is it? I don't know. I don't just watch Ellen. And then no, maybe Rove was be kind to your mother, and Ellen said something like that. Be kind to you I don't know, but yeah, be kind to yourself, which I really like.

SPEAKER_00

Okay, well let's finish it off. Ellen said.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I will find out for our next episode what Rove and what Ellen said. Okay. Yeah. Um pop culture's back.
