Chris Harp is the COO and a Partner at Matson & Isom Technology Consulting, where he focuses on building high-performing teams and streamlining operations to deliver world-class technology services. Since joining M&I in 2009 as an Associate Consultant, Chris has held roles across the company before stepping into leadership. Today, he oversees operations with an emphasis on service delivery, internal alignment, and scalable systems.

Chris earned his degree in Computer Science from Herzing University in Wisconsin, completing his studies by attending school year-round in order to accelerate his education. His journey is rooted in hard work, determination, and an unwavering belief in the power of people.

Chris is passionate about growing people, strengthening teams, and executing with operational precision. He is driven by M&I’s mission to help clients be more successful through the effective use of technology.

Tyler Smith is the CEO and a Partner at Matson & Isom Technology Consulting, where he has spent over 20 years helping businesses leverage technology to drive growth. Tyler began his career with M&I as an intern in 2002 and has become a leader in delivering innovative solutions that enhance productivity and improve cybersecurity. 

A graduate of California State University, Chico, Tyler holds a degree in Communication Design with a focus on Information Systems and Computer Science. He is a Ford Scholar and recipient of the Gerald E. Bruce Community Service Award from The Ford Family Foundation. Tyler has delivered hundreds of hours of training and created ClearIT Academy, M&I’s on-demand learning platform, to help organizations maximize their technology investments.
