Colter Folk is a rising star from Swift Current, Saskatchewan. He recently won gold at the Saskatchewan High School Cross Country Championship and competed in the Canadian Mountain Running Championship in Quebec where he had some outstanding results. He has some big goals for the future and we discuss that and much more in this episode.
