The Man Identity is the podcast dedicated to calling up young men into purposeful manhood which is ultimately found in Jesus Christ and being the Man God created us to be. While much of our present world sets itself against them, our goal is not to merely point a finger at all the problems, but rather to build hope, clarity, and strength into young men today who are desperately searching for purpose.

Robert Tippett
Robert has been married to his bride, Beth, for 36 years. He currently serves as the Global Director of Training and Member Engagement with Marked Men For Christ, where he helps lead men to Build Stronger Men for Jesus Christ.
He earned his Bachelor of Theology from Ozark Christian College in 1991, and has served as a church planter, ministry leader, and global trainer. Before joining MMFC full-time, Robert spent more than two decades at Dell, where he developed expertise in leadership, training, and organizational development.
