The Man Identity is the podcast dedicated to calling up young men into purposeful manhood which is ultimately found in Jesus Christ and being the Man God created us to be. While much of our present world sets itself against them, our goal is not to merely point a finger at all the problems, but rather to build hope, clarity, and strength into young men today who are desperately searching for purpose.
Host, Pastor and Author, Steve Hinton, along with Co-Host Matthias Tinnin, Personal Trainer, Youtuber, and church volunteer, offer a clear voice of hope by facing tough issues head on, throwing down weekly challenges, and having some fun along the way.

Rick Grover became our Executive Director in July 2025 after the death of our founder, Alan Ahlgrim. Alan had picked Rick to be our next CEO, never expecting it to happen so suddenly! Rick has served as the Lead Pastor at East 91st Street Christian Church in Indianapolis for the past thirteen years. He’s been in our ministry with our founder, Alan Ahlgrim, from the beginning—an early adopter of the Covenant Connections vision and our most committed and productive group leader over the years. Rick is married to Laura, and they have three grown children.
