When we lose someone to suicide we have an overwhelming flood of emotions. One of the emotions we may feel is guilt and regret. We want to discuss the difference between the two, and help you to understand that many times in the loss of suicide our feelings of guilt are truly feelings of regret. We hope to give you some insight into the difference between the two and how we both dealt with guilt and regret after our losses.
