Supports to Consider after Loss
When we lose our loved one we have so many emotions running through our body and we just don’t know which way to turn. Sometimes just remembering how to breathe is the best we can do in the days and weeks following our loss. In this podcast we talk about the different supports levels (outside supports, external supports and internal supports). Many times we don’t know if we are coming or going so it can become difficult to figure out who to reach out to for support and which people we might need to take a break from and set up boundaries.
