My youngest daughter joins me to chat about the impact that having a hobby has on our mental state. We both tend to have hobbies that involve animals. Our discussion leads to talking about our love of horses and how the hobby has evolved from wanting to compete with horses to the realization that having a bond with our horses is more important.
