In this episode I share something I wrote about the hidden link between perfectionism, nervous system overload, and chronic fatigue.
Perfectionism often doesn’t look extreme. It feels normal and even necessary. But beneath it lies a deep attachment to worth, safety and belonging that it supposedly brings
