SPEAKER_00

Hello again and welcome back to the round table of Creator Putty. My name is Chloe, and I'm so glad to see you here again this week. I have an exciting announcement before we get into the episode today, and I will be sharing the story of my trip out to Wisconsin to see my friends specifically uh tornadoes and metaphysical stores. Oh my. But before we do that, I'll share with you an exciting announcement. So let's get into it. Welcome to Creator Putty, a space where the invitation is always open to call upon the higher power that breathes you and remember that there is strength in surrender. Now let's go explore the expanses of consciousness. Okay, it is announcement time, and I am so thrilled to let you know that I have decided to host a free one-hour masterclass called Brainwaves Biofields and Boundaries on Saturday, August 8th. It'll be a Zoom event and it is completely free to you. If you follow me over on Instagram at Chloe.being.human, then you have already gotten the memo on this. But if you are interested in attending, hop on over to Instagram. Again, that's at Chloe.being.human. Send me a direct message with your email. And I have made a post that is pinned on my page currently with all of the details. But to give you a quick breakdown on some of the things that we will be covering, my plan is to kind of help you get to know yourself from a top-down and bottom-up approach. So we'll start with the brainwave states. I've broken those down over on Instagram, but we'll talk a little bit more about what each one is responsible for, how to access and work with those so that you can operate using your whole brain in unison. We'll also talk about the right brain versus the left brain, what each hemisphere is responsible for, and again, how to bring those into balance. Then we're gonna go the bottom up, right? So brain down now, bottom up, we'll go over the chakra system. I have broken that down here on the podcast, but we'll go a little bit more in depth on what the chakras are: root, sacral, solar, plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown so that you know exactly what each one governs and how to work with those. I'll help you become familiar with your unique energy so that you can decipher what's yours and what's theirs. Because if you are anything like me and tend to be a sponge and absorb other people's emotions because you are highly empathetic or highly sensitive, this information can change your life. I know it changed mine. Finally, we'll go over your energy field, which is kind of um it's your aura, right? Like, and this is a blend of your brain and your energy. And we'll talk about how to clear that energy field and also identify where boundaries need to be placed and how to start placing them in a way that feels aligned with your specific values. So it is again completely free. I would love for you to come and learn with us. I have, I believe, eight or nine people signed up already. And this might be something that I offer as a paid master class in the future, but you would be part of the first round if you come and hang out with us on Saturday, August 8th. So come ready with a notebook and take some notes. I would love to hear any and all feedback on that. And I hope to see you there. Whew, okay. It's out there, it's real, it's official, and I am so excited to do this. You know, uh, when I went through my own psycho-spiritual awakening, and that is a really fancy way of saying completely crashing out and having to reconfigure and figure myself out from the ground level up. Um, you know, I talk about that in the first couple episodes. So if you don't know what I'm talking about, take a quick pause and go listen. But I knew from that moment in time that I was going to get better. I was determined to get better. I didn't even know what neuroplasticity was yet. And I knew that I was someday going to take that experience, find the power in it, reconnect with that, and use what I learned to help teach other people that are going through something similar. And I feel like now is the most ripe time to be teaching this kind of thing because everywhere that I look on the internet and in the real world, I see people going through absolutely devastating things right now. Um, and just on a large scale too. So I want to just help people feel more at home with themselves. I believe that when you know your energy, you know yourself, and you can stop absorbing everything as your own and really stop feeling helpless because you stand on your own authority, you trust yourself, and you know that everything will work out in the end. So that all said, I want to share about my recent trip to Wisconsin. I actually just got back today, is Thursday. I got home Sunday. I got to go and spend the 4th of July weekend with one of my best friends and her two kiddos in Wisconsin. And the whole trip was really nice. We actually were supposed to run a 5K, which I had mentioned on here before. And unfortunately, my friend ended up ended up having an injury on her leg, and we weren't able to complete the run. But the weekend itself was just so relaxing, and it was a completely different climate than what I'm used to in Arizona here. So we got to spend time at the lake and we got to walk around downtown without completely melting because the weather was nice uh for the most part. I will say there was this one blip where there was a tornado warning. Um, and this little desert rat girly has never experienced anything like that. In fact, they've had a couple recently, and before my trip, my friend was telling me that this was happening, and I told her, like, that better not happen while I'm there. I don't know how I'm gonna react if that happens, and it happened, which ended up actually being cool. So I'll tell the story from the beginning, and then I'll tell you about how I thought it was cool after. It was not cool when it was happening. We were getting ready to go, I think we were gonna go bowling or something, and I'm standing in the bathroom, blow-drying my hair, lights are flickering, things are happening, and her kids are standing right outside just playing when all of a sudden the wind starts blowing, the sky goes dark, and it starts pouring down rain. They come inside, they're freaking out, and then the sirens started going off. Like, you know, the tornado sirens that happen in the Midwest. Um, I'd never experienced that. So we all get into the bathroom, the small little bathroom, all four of us with the animals, and we just have to sit and wait. And for those of you that have lived through tornado warnings, this you're probably like, yeah, whatever, this happens all the time. Not me. I was freaking out, and so were kiddos. So I actually sat on the side of the bathtub with her daughter, and I put into practice the same practices that I recommend to people all the time, and we started tapping. So I began by tapping the top of my head and having her daughter do the same. And I just had her repeat after me. We said, Right now, I am safe. Right now, I am calm. And then we tap next to our eye, same statements. Under our eye, same statements, under the nose, same statements, chin, same statements. And as I was helping her through that, I actually felt this sense of calm come over my body as well, because it just somatically kind of through the sensation of my body, tricked my mind into staying completely present instead of spiraling out of control with all of this worry. And I saw that it was effective for her daughter as well. She actually caught the moment on camera and it was really sweet. So thankfully the moment passed. We get out of the bathroom, and I just realized, you know what? I this was like my biggest fear coming out here, and it happened, and I was able to have the opportunity to put my practices into use and share them with someone else. Uh, and they worked. So, you know, it's little things like this that does tapping seem like it could be life-changing? No. But then you're actually facing a scary situation and you pull these regulation tools out of your back pocket and apply them, and they really are. They really are life-changing. So that ended up being really cool because it just showed me how far I have personally come in the past. I honestly probably would have been crying and freaking out, texting my husband. Um, you know, I did text him and let him know what was going on, but like I was okay overall. I lived to tell the story. So um, for you Midwesterners rolling your eyes at me right now and laughing, enjoy the joke at my expense. But um, yeah, I just thought that that was really cool. So, the other one of the other, there were so many good moments during that trip. But one of my other favorite experiences was that she took me to her favorite metaphysical store. And if you ever find yourself in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, go to a little place called Sacred Sisters. The shop owner there is absolutely delightful. We spent an entire hour in this shop. It was me and my friend and her daughter. So we go in and we're just kind of browsing. There are other people in this store, and it's in this like indoor kind of strip mall. So there are multiple businesses through this little hallway corridor type thing, and she's kind of tucked away in the back left corner. So we get in there and there are other people browsing. The shop owner is busy doing things. She greets us and we're just walking around. So I do a lap around the whole store. I'm like looking at the different stones that she has, the different bracelets. There was one that caught my eye that was really colorful. And I came back to that after having done my whole entire lap. And I was going back and forth, like, do I get this? Do I not? And I ultimately decided, yeah, I'm gonna go ahead and get this bracelet. So I go up to the front and I get the bracelet. And my friend and her daughter are still kind of browsing, so I go back to do a second lap. And I go up by the front and there's this display case with all these different crystals and such. And there's one that really stood out to me. It was like a pretty cloudy blue stone. Um, and I thought to myself, man, that is so pretty. I wonder what that is. And I saw the name of it, and I just kind of kept moving on. Um, and then I got over to where the bracelets were again, and I noticed that there was a bracelet of that same stone, but I didn't really feel as called to the bracelet. I really like the stone itself, but I had already purchased my bracelet. I had made my choice, and my friend is now checking out with her daughter. So I'm like, okay, we're good to go. So she ends up checking out, and the shop owner is listening to my friend talk about her recent life experiences, and she's like, hey, can I gift you a bracelet? And so my friend says yes. She closes her eyes, the shop owner puts it in her hand and asks her, you know, what do you feel when I put this in your hand? And she explained it. And it was just a really, really beautiful moment. And then she pulls the stones out of her pocket that she normally carries, my friend, and the shop owner takes them and she begins to cleanse them using my favorite wood to burn for like smoke cleansing, which is called Palo Santo. So she's cleansing these stones, and then she asks, Do you want to use this? And I was like, actually, yeah, that would be really great because I've had this travel. So uh, you know, being on an airplane is kind of disruptive just as it is. So I go ahead and clear my own energy. And then her, my friend's daughter, she asked if I would do it for her as well. And my friend was consenting to that too. So I begin to do that. And again, my friend gets video footage, and I'm so glad she did. She's so good at that kind of thing. And I get to help clear this girl's energy and just help her feel calm after the storm experience as well. And then I got to do my friends, and that was so emotional and beautiful to be able to do that for her. So I hand the Palo Santo back over to the shop owner, and we continue our conversation. And as we get ready to leave, she uh was so sweet. She's like, Can I actually gift you something as well? And I said, You know what? Yeah, if you feel compelled to do that, she said, That's the only time I ever do. I said, Okay. So she goes into the back of the store and I hear her rummaging around for a minute. And she comes back up and she does the same thing she did with my friend. She said, Close your eyes and hold out your receiving hand. This is something you'll learn in the masterclass, but the left side of your body, controlled by the right side of your brain, carries your feminine or receptive energy. So I hand, I hold out my left hand and she places a stone in my hand. I can immediately feel as if um, I don't even know how to explain it, other than like if somebody were to open the windows of my mind and like a breeze blew through, or like this just great expansion happened. And it was so cool immediately. I'm like, whoa! And I gesture to my upper, you know, like neck and head area, said, I feel that right here. It just feels expansive and free. So she says, open your eyes whenever you're ready. And I opened my hand, and lo and behold, guess what stone she put in my hand? It was the blue lace agate, the stone that I had been admiring after I had purchased my bracelet. And I was like, Wow, you know, like she's got this whole store full of so many different stones. And I said, I was just looking at this one. It, you know, I caught my eye. I thought it was so pretty, like, thank you so much. And she said, Oh, really? I didn't even see that you were looking at it. Because again, at the time that I was admiring that, she was helping my friend at the checkout counter. And so she did not even notice that I had been looking at that stone. And it was just one of those moments, again, that felt like affirmation. It felt like alignment, it felt like validation. Um, you know, I if I had heard stories like this a couple of years ago before I had gotten onto this path myself, I would have been like, yeah, okay, whatever. And I honestly would have uh stuck my nose up at the idea of crystals and pretty much anything metaphysical because that did not fit within the framework of the religious structure that I was raised in. And again, while I have maintained my faith in a higher power, I am so much more open-minded now. And it has allowed me these wonderful and beautiful experiences to connect with other people that are on similar wavelengths and to hear their heart and have people open up to me and for me to feel safe and comfortable opening up to them. And it just goes to show um, you know, you hear growing up in the church that we are all brothers and sisters in Christ, so to speak, right? And I never necessarily felt that because I also grew up hearing that you would be persecuted for your faith. And so it kind of created this like um guardedness in me that I felt very uncomfortable talking about my faith. And so now to be in a place where my spirituality feels very open and connected, and I'm able to do just that, like connect with other people and have these kind of experiences felt absolutely amazing. So I hope that this, just like my last episode, just inspires you to pause and to slow down and really connect with your inner world as much as you do your outer world. And I know that can be really difficult if you're not already in the practice of doing that, but it is worth taking the time because when you can blend your inner world with your outer world and you can become familiar with yourself, not placing your needs above anyone else's, but taking care of yourself so that you know, like you know, like you know, that you can handle anything that comes your way, like a tornado warning when you're from the desert, and that you have the capability of holding the space to hear the heart of someone that is a complete stranger to you and having them do the same, even if you may never see them again. It's I I there there aren't words for that feeling. It is like transcendent. And I know that sounds cliche, but it is what it is. So yeah, I mean, all in all, it was just such a lovely weekend to be able to go and have that time. Um, it's I'm not accustomed to traveling myself. This is actually only like maybe the third time in my life that I have traveled by myself and I'm 29. Um, so it also just shows me that I am capable and able to go out and to do these things. And it does give me these opportunities to repattern my own nervous system because again, I was very anxious uh just in my day-to-day life a couple of years back, and I wish that that girl could see me now because I look back at her and I'm like, you're gonna be fine. It is gonna be a-okay, you're gonna learn so much, you're gonna connect with so many amazing people. And this is kind of a sidebar to everything that I've shared today, but I could almost get choked up just thinking about it. Um, I I have met so many beautiful women in the last couple of years, and opportunities have begun opening up for me that I only dreamed of when this all started. You know, if you listened to what I went through, there was a time when I genuinely thought that I might not even be able to raise my own child. Um and so to be in this place where my life is so rich and so full of love and connection, and I am seeing doors open for me that allow me to connect with other entrepreneurs, other women entrepreneurs, and to make these friends um that just show me how good life can be, the more excited I become because it just goes to show me life really is Hannah Monsana said it the best. Life's what you make it. And there is enough doom and gloom out there to last a lifetime. And I'm not saying to live in a toxic positive state where we ignore all of that, but I am saying that the more that you train your mind to look for the good, to see the good, to be the good, the more that that is reflected back to you. And it gives you the opportunity to ride those more turbulent waves with so much more grace and confidence so that you do not become burnt out and sick. So, anyway, thank you for letting me share that story with you today. Again, if you are interested in coming and partying with us at the masterclass of brainwaves, biofields and boundaries, that is Saturday, August 8th on Zoom. All you've got to do is hop over to Instagram at Chloe.being.human. Send me a message with your email address and come ready to take notes, walk away a different person than you were before, feeling more confident in your ability to face your outer world because you are making your inner world rich. So that is all I have for you today. I hope you have a fantastic rest of your day, and I will see you next time. Until then, see good, be good.
