With an impressive resume that includes prestigious brands like Casa Dragones, Don Julio, and El Tesoro, Carla’s passion for agave has now led her to the world of Sotol. In this episode, she shares her insights, experiences, and the lessons learned along the way—from making mistakes behind the bar to shaping brand narratives in the competitive spirits market.
