In this episode of The Happy Cycle Show, we explore the beautiful concept of the Inner Seasons. A framework that explains the menstrual cycle using the four seasons: spring, summer, autumn, and winter. Together, we break down what each “season” represents and explain the changes in our mood, energy and body.
We chat about the unique strengths and challenges within each phase, starting from the fresh energy and creativity of Inner Spring, to the confidence and magnetism of Inner Summer, the reflective and intuitive nature of Inner Autumn, and the deep rest and renewal of Inner Winter. We also dive into how these shifts show up in real life, both personally and in the experiences of our clients.
We also discuss how embracing your inner seasons can improve relationships, reduce burnout, enhance productivity, and create more self-compassion throughout the month.
