Christina Greenberg, co-founder and managing partner of Edgility Consulting, has nearly 20 years of experience recruiting and placing teachers, principals, and executives in education and social justice organizations. Her work with New Leaders for New Schools shaped her expertise in leadership development. She founded Redwood Circle Consulting in 2010, serving education nonprofits, before co-founding Edgility in 2016 to support mission-driven groups. Passionate about equity, Christina leads Edgility’s Executive Search Team to build diverse workforces that reflect the communities they serve.

Josh Czupryk is the Founder of Josh’s K12 Jobs Blast where he helps transitioning teachers and transitioning leaders find meaningful work each and every day.

In 2022, seeing a need to better connect talented K12 individuals with opportunities that would keep them in the field, Josh launched Josh’s K12 Jobs Blast. The jobs blast now serves over 12,500+ subscribers and indexes 185+ job sites weekly. 

The mission of the job’s blast is to provide high-quality educational leadership opportunities for talented professionals to find their next, right job. 

He has served in public schools as a senior leader, school leader, and teacher. 

Josh is an alum of Teach For America, the University of Florida, the Broad Residency, and (soon) the University of Memphis. Josh is a Florida native and now lives in Memphis, TN with his partner Bailey and their two sons, Grayson and Jack.
