Tom Ruff is Yacht Registration Manager and Head of Port Agency at Oceanskies, where he oversees yacht registration and port agency services from the company's Guernsey headquarters.
With more than five years at Oceanskies, Tom specialises in helping yacht owners, brokers and industry professionals navigate the complexities of international yacht registration. An approved Red Ensign tonnage surveyor for yachts under 24 metres, he also advises clients on choosing the most suitable flag state based on their ownership structure, cruising plans and commercial requirements. Tom is currently studying towards a Diploma in Maritime Law, further strengthening his expertise in the ever-evolving world of maritime regulation.
