H.E. Ambassador Philip Thigo, MBS, is a prominent expert in technology and public policy. He gained international recognition for his contributions to digital governance, being named one of the World’s 100 most influential figures in digital government by Apolitical in 2018 and among Africa's Top 100 Technology Leaders in 2023. In the same year, he was appointed to the UN Secretary-General's High-Level Advisory Board on Artificial Intelligence.
