Serge Blockmans

I’ve spent 30+ years inside SAP, ERP, analytics, cloud and now AI programs across Europe and Africa. Different sectors. Same dysfunctions. Repeated with conviction.

My job is not to be liked.

My job is to:
• surface what’s being avoided
• name risks before they become write-offs
• reconnect technology choices to power, incentives and outcomes
• reintroduce accountability where it was politely removed

Sometimes I use short stories. Sometimes blunt analogies. Sometimes comic strips.

Not to entertain. To expose.

Because once you "see" the problem clearly, you can no longer hide behind process, tooling or vendor language.

If you want validation, optimism or buzzwords — scroll on.

If you’re accountable for outcomes, budgets and credibility — stay.

Agree. Disagree.
Either way, engage.
