What is up guys? It's your girl Marielle. Welcome back to the Innerlift Podcast. If you're wondering, who the heck are you, Marielle? What's your deal? I'm a fitness professional. I have my own fitness and coaching business that's all online called Motion Mentality, where I primarily work with women, getting better in their strength, their nutrition, and their mindset. I'm also a fitness host on QVC slash HSN. That is so much fun. I love to perform. It's fun to be on TV, to say the least. And I am someone that has probably been in your shoes when it comes to mental health or the journey of life, guys. Okay. And that's what the Interleft is all about. This is a fitness and overall health podcast based about uh based in mental health and fitness practices. So if you're someone that is trying to get healthier in your physical body or in your mind, you're in the right place. Or if you're looking for a little laugh or motivation, that is always embedded in the podcast. So, guys, today what we're going to be talking about is we're going to be talking about taking action in your life and what that looks like. And this is going to relate to all of us, every single human being, no matter who you are. I'm sure you're somebody that has procrastinated in the past, maybe struggle with taking action. Maybe you have a vision for what you want in your life. Maybe you're trying to switch jobs. Maybe you're trying to figure out something in your life, but you're procrastinating, you're stalling, and you're not taking action. So this is all gonna be about how to take action and the motivation behind it. Okay, so first off, what we're gonna talk about, and I'm gonna go through the talking points here and the pillars. We're gonna be talking about motivation and what that actually is. We're gonna be talking about what a system is, we're gonna be talking about how to build a system, we're gonna be talking about the boring middle and becoming the person, and then we're gonna kind of wrap on up, guys. So this is a 30-minute episode like usual. So we're just gonna get right into it. So, how many times, if anyone wants to raise their hand here by themselves, if you're listening to this, if you're on a walk right now, if you're in the shower, raise your hand, literally, raise your hand. I don't care where you are. If you have wanted to do something and you've wanted to change something in your life, but you just didn't do it, okay. I'm gonna raise my hand. That is so many people out there, so many women that I coach online, they've had this issue, and it really is getting people to understand how to actually take the action. And before we fully dive in, I want you guys to know that this is something that I've struggled with so much in my life. Like, don't even get me started. So I'm not sitting here saying that I'm like this absolute expert on taking action. Uh, I am I'm not, you know, like there, I have just understood recently within my business and within my own goals in my life that there is so there are so many things to make it easier when it comes to taking action. And I want you to know that it's not like a you problem. It's it usually lies in your identity or the system you have in place or just starting and facing yourself. So let's talk about motivation. Okay, so I just want you guys to know that motivation is a complete lie. Motivation is not reliable. I'm sure you've seen this on so many Instagram reels. Um, it burns off fast, and a lot of people wait until they feel ready for something. And guys, listen, you're never gonna feel ready. Okay. Like if you're someone that's on a fitness journey right now, you're definitely never gonna feel ready. Okay, and I can promise you that. I mean, there have been so many times in my life that I've not felt ready. And to tell you a personal story, I mean, I would have never probably started my own business if I felt ready. I mean, I didn't even know all the shit, pardon my language, that starting a business entails. But all I knew is that I had something inside of myself that felt like I need to work for myself, I need to figure this out. Like I have such a deep purpose of helping people. And how do I get this out? How do I do this? And let me tell you right now, I was not ready. I was actually so nervous. I was like crying my eyes out. I will never forget when I was in California. And uh, shout out Wyatt, if you're watching this or anybody from California. He talked me into being a trainer at this facility called Self Made in California. And I always did fitness on the side, and I was so nervous. But I drove cross-country to California and I had a dream, and I was like, if I don't do this now, I don't know if I'm ever gonna do it. And I stepped into fear. I totally stepped into fear. So, coming from someone that's done that, I want you all to know that if you're nervous about something, it's usually a sign. It's a sign that this means something to you more often than not, okay? And I just don't want you guys to wait until you feel ready. Like people that are successful in whatever that is, and uh whatever they want to do that they've accomplished in their life, or somebody that you're looking up to and you're like, oh, I want to be them. And hopefully you're not comparing yourself to people, but I know a lot of people do that. Then that person has put habits in place in their life to get to that point. Okay, so I want you to understand that that there's usually a system. And for somebody that has struggled with systems, trust me, I have struggled with systems when it comes to my business and actioning on these things that I know I have to do. God, that that's where the that's where the gold lies. That's where the result lies. So motivation is something that happens in waves, and that's beautiful if you find the motive motivation to do something. Act on that. When you feel that sense of urgency and that motivation, that's something that I want you to act on. Like use that to your advantage and to your abilities. Um, motivation, it's just, it's such a beautiful thing. Like I can name on, oh my God, like so many times this week where I've gotten a spark of motivation. Use that energy to do something about it. I mean, motivation is something that is fleeting, but when it comes, use that. Use that emotion and use that drive to your advantage. But just know that motivation is fleeting and you should never be relying on motivation solely to do something. It's beautiful when it comes and we should catch it and we should act with urgency when we feel that uh motivation, but it's not something that we can rely on, meaning it dies down super quick. And then when you don't have that motivation, then it's like, okay, guys, what are you relying on? Which brings me to the most beautiful second point, which is what is a system? And and listen, I had to learn this the hard way so many times in my business. Um, a system, guys, is a repeatable action regardless of how you feel. A system is a repeatable action, okay? Regardless of how you feel. So it's something that you build in place, okay? And this is if listen, let me speak to um let me speak to you guys right now. Um, what's your goal? What is the goal you have right now? Do this with me, okay? Think about what your goal is. Think about what the result that you want. This could be fitness, this could be career, this could be love, this could be for yourself. Uh think of what your goal is, okay? If you're trying to conceive, if you're trying to, I don't care what it is, everybody has a goal in their head. First thing that pops in your head, okay? Think of that goal. Okay. Now, how are you gonna get there? What can you do to get there? Give me three things. First three things that pop in your head. And let me give you an example for a fitness journey, someone that's on their fitness and health journey. It's most most of my listeners are okay. You wanna build muscle, you wanna have the most rockin' body ever. Maybe you just want longevity in your life, you want to finally feel good, you want quality of life in your health. Great. Okay, what are you gonna do about that? Because so many people might have the knowledge on what it is they want to do, but what are you doing about it in your life? And then that brings me into the system. So you have to have a system in place. So are you, do you have a gym membership? Are you strength training? Like what does your training regimen look like? Okay, great. Now, what does your nutrition look like? And what are you doing in your weekly day-to-day to get there? Are you meal prepping? Do you understand what your macros are? Okay, well, if you don't, listen, you should because when it comes to weight loss, yeah, sure. You can just move more, eat a little bit less, great. And that's very generic advice, by the way. Um, but like what are you doing? What is in place? What's your recovery look like? What's your sleep look like? Okay, what are you doing to move the needle in your nutrition and in your training program? Okay, and and then we just dial that back even more. What type of workouts are you doing? What days a week are you working out? Break this into microhabits. What is your day-to-day look like? What are you eating every day? What is your fitness routine? What sort of movement are you doing in that day to get to your goal? And then we can break that down even more, right? So these are the systems that we have to build in place and we have to take action on them over and over and over again. So you really have to obsess, you have to obsess over the inputs, not the result. The result is the action. The result is the action. Think about all the actions that you have to take every single day. Think about those actions. That's the result. That's what gets you to the result. And it's what so many people don't want to hear. And I hear you guys like, oh, there's so many times where I'm like, this work is boring. It's boring, it's not the sexy thing. I don't want to do this. But how do you get there? Systems remove the daily decision that you have to make. So you really have to obsess over the inputs and the habits that you're putting in place, and you have to make them accessible. You have to make it something that is uh attainable. You can't just all of a sudden start from zero to a hundred. And that's what so many people do with so many things, guys, not even fitness and business with love, honestly. Like, listen, if you're someone that's single right now, what are you doing in your dating life to move you forward? You can't just be sitting in your room and expecting a guy to just come out of nowhere and pop out of nowhere. I mean, listen, I kind of have a story where I felt like Anthony, my boyfriend, now popped out of nowhere. Um, but he totally didn't. I was putting actions in place to put myself out there again. And I knew what I wanted. And when I saw it, I was like, that's what I want. Shout out Anthony if he's listening to this right now. Um, but you hear me, right? I'm going into so many different categories right now. But we really have to focus on the daily behavior. And I'm sure you guys have heard this before. We have to focus on the daily behaviors to get us to the goal that we have in place. So, my question to you is what are the microhabits that you're doing every day? And how are you staying consistent in those habits? We have to make the habits small sometimes to be able to be consistent along the way. So if you're starting off really strong and really hot in your fitness journey or in your health journey or whatever it is that you're trying to action on to get a result towards, you can't just all of a sudden start working out seven days a week. First off, nobody should be doing that anyway. But you can't just go from zero to a hundred because the goal is to make it something that you're consistent with, that you ingrain into your day-to-day life. That right there is going to bring you success, my friend. So systems are very important. And again, the repeatable actions, regardless of how you feel. Listen, I have had so many times in my life where I let my emotions override my daily actions. And let me tell you right now, it's never worked out in my favor. You can't rely on your emotions. Your emotions are always gonna talk you out of something. Oh, I don't really feel like it today. Listen, it doesn't matter. If you have these systems in place, then you'll be able to action on them regardless of what your emotions and what your brain's telling you. Because your brain's a liar, your brain can lie to you. So, what do you have in place that you can still action on in your day-to-day that will hold you accountable and get you to where you want to be, guys? And that brings me to ooh, how to build one that sticks. So, kind of like what we were just saying, you can't you have to start really, really small, like micro, micro, micro, and you have to pair it with something that you might already do. And if you guys don't know what the book Atomic Habits is, oh my God, here it is right behind me. Atomic Habits, this book changed my life. I bought this book at an airport, and oh my god, I was like so drawn to it when I was moving to California. And this book became my Bible, and I actually did what it said. You can't just read Atomic Habits and then expect to not get a result. Like you have to actually do what he's saying. But he makes habits so simple, and that's the point here, guys. It's making it and ingraining it into your daily life. And something that I took out of Atomic Habits that was so beautiful was habit stacking. So something that you're already doing. So if you are brushing your teeth in the morning, maybe that's when you say your daily affirmations. If you're focused on more of a mental health result, daily affirmations are a beautiful way to kind of like brainwash yourself. I'm not gonna lie. Brainwashing sounds kind of crazy, but I mean, listen, that is how you get to and achieve better mental health. So maybe when you're brushing your teeth, that's where you say nice things to yourself in the morning. So a great thing also is making the habit sexy. So when I first started going to the gym, I started to like, I'm like, listen, I kind of want to dress cute. There's so many cute little outfits out there, and it's worth it. It's worth it to buy yourself a couple cute sets. So you at least feel confident going into the gym if you have gym anxiety, right? So it's kind of like bringing in another habit that's a little bit sexier with someone that's kind of boring. Like in the morning when you drink your coffee. Maybe that's where you put in your supplement. Like if you're drinking collagen or if you've protein powder that you need to start to stack into your day-to-day, maybe you put your protein powder in your coffee, make it a protein coffee. Like stack your habits together in the morning, and then it's gonna be a lot easier sticking with that habit. That is something that helped me so much with atomic habits when I was doing it. Just ingraining two things into one another. Like if you're going on your daily morning walk in the morning, maybe that's where you listen to your business podcast or you seek knowledge, right? So just kind of stack the habits together and it's going to really, really help you. Let me put this book back. Love that book. Oh my God, so much. I have given that book to so many people because it's such a good book. Okay, so make it easy, okay, and make it hard to skip. So if you're someone that's trying to go to the gym, again, we're gonna always use the gym as an example, or you're trying to start a healthy habit, then you really have to schedule these things in your schedule. Like if you're going to the gym and you're saying you're gonna go three days a week, I wanna see that in your work calendar, girl. Put it in your work calendar, put it in your little written calendar. Like you have to like put it in, and then it's up to you to show up, regardless of how you feel. Okay. So, and then you can reward yourself. If you went to the gym three days a week, give yourself a little bit of a reward and whatever that is. It doesn't have to be like 10 pounds of cake, but give yourself a reward for that. Okay, so you really want to ingrain these habits in. So, you know, track it. Tracking is so important. So track it so you can see it in front of your face, and then just protect that streak. So um just try not to miss, just try to keep actioning on that and just know that when you do skip something, like when you have something written in and ingrained and you skip it, it's only going to hurt you. It's not gonna hurt anybody else. It's just not gonna get you to your goal, and you should know that. So if you're trying to lose weight or you're trying to get a little bit more fit or you're trying to invest in your health, then when you skip, it's only gonna affect you. It's not gonna affect me, it's not gonna affect anybody else. It's only gonna affect you. Okay, and you know that when you go to the gym, you always feel 10 times better when um it's done. So this is leads me into my next point. And oh God, man. All right, this is gonna be where we really get into it because this is what I really want to talk about. I want to talk about how unsexy it is to do the work. There are so much, there are so many people in our feed right now that are feeding us this like magic pill. Like there, you gotta be careful, guys. When you're on social media, just remember that people are marketing to you. When you look at billboards down the beach, when you look at billboards on the highway, when you're consuming content, a lot of those people are trying to market to you. So you have to be careful what you're consuming and what you're taking in because you might learn to believe and think that you know the the path to fitness is easy and losing weight is easy, and you know, gaining muscle is easy, and you know, becoming this successful business owner is easy, and um, you know, finding love is easy and nothing's easy. Nothing's worth not nothing worth it is easy. Nothing worth it is easy. Nothing. There's always a path. And listen, I had to hear this a month ago from my business coach. Like he has really been helping me. Shout out to Sky Michaels. But I listen, I need a coach. Like we all need coaches in life. Uh, or we need mentors or people to help us move the needle forward in our lives because it's hard to do on your own sometimes. And I know I needed to hear this a month ago. It's it's like the the boring middle, the boring middle, the actions that we have to take, the unsexy actions we have to take to get to a result. And oh god, people really quit in the middle, people really plateau in the middle, and it's because it gets boring, it's because it gets monotonous, it's because it's not sexy. But these are this is why we have a system in place, guys. This is why we have a system. And something that I'm really, really bothered by in society right now is the fact that people really think that instant gratification is life. No, delayed gratification is what we should be focused on. Delayed gratification is what gets people the result. Delayed gratification. And this high dopamine culture we're in right now is leading us to believe that we need to be like accomplishing things really quickly. It doesn't work that way. Anything that's worth it takes work. Anything that's worth it takes work. And trust me, I have tried so much in my career and in my business specifically to avoid work, to avoid certain things. I'm like, I don't like it. Like it's not fun. Like I just like coaching people, like I don't want to do these daily tasks, you know, with marketing or with um, you know, sales and all of that. But listen, like if people don't know who I am and what I do, then I'm gonna have a small business, right? So it took me a long time for that to click in my business. Um, and on year two, two and a half, finally I started to understand that. But listen, like it's things are delayed that will mean a lot to us in life. And that is what delayed gratification is. I mean, ask any athlete, ask any successful business owner, ask a famous person if you're friends with one. I don't know why you would be, but hey, maybe you are. Uh, like ask those people, like the people that you want. Like, they're gonna tell you that it took work. And listen, there are gonna be like certain instances where someone's presented an opportunity and they they hop on that opportunity, and that happens to all of us in life. We all will have opportunities presented to us, but then when we get in that opportunity or we get in our dream job or whatever, then what does that take? It takes work. We can't just be lazy and expect these things to pop up in our life. So just understand and and romanticize the fact that there are gonna be boring days, and listen, like you're not perfect, like you're just you just need to keep showing up. And I just trust me, I needed to hear that so many times in my fitness journey, when I first started my business, in any goal that I've had. There have been so many times I'm like, why is this result not here? And it's like, because you're avoiding the work. You're avoiding the work. The work, oh god, man, this is my favorite quote. The result lies in the work that you're avoiding. The result lies in the work that you're avoiding. Let that sink in. Because we all procrastinate and shy away from things that we know that we be we should be doing that move us towards our goal and our result. So listen, how then how what is the system in place? You're getting it right. What is the system that you have in your daily life and in your weeks on weeks on weeks during those months in place that move you towards what you want? And listen, if you have nothing in place and you're scattered, you're all over the place, it's gonna take a long time. It's gonna take a long time. And again, anything that's worth it, it takes some time. And I know people don't want to hear that. Trust me, I did not want to hear that until I started doing the work on things I needed to, and then finally I'm like, oh look, the results coming. Like it's it's like humans, we don't wanna, we don't want that. We want the magic pill, we want the instant gratification, we want we want it and we want it now. But I needed you to think about delayed gratification. And that is where you hear people say, appreciate the journey, appreciate the path, the process is the result. The action is the result. Trust me, trust me, I have tried so many times in my life to avoid the work and to avoid the daily actions, and it it led me nowhere. So take it from me, take it from someone with experience. I have tried this with fitness, I have tried this with my business, I have tried this with love, I have tried this with so many things, guys. Even great friendships. They take a good amount of time to nurture everything. And I'm sure, like, when I'm saying this to you guys right now, you're probably like, oh, okay, like that definitely makes sense. But listen, don't believe the Illusion of what you see out there. Don't believe the illusion. There are so many illusions to lead you to believe that you should have something and you should have it now. And I feel like it's getting worse and worse. So I need you to know that you need to figure out the systems in place to be able to plug into your life that will make it easy and not stressful for you, that you can plug into your life and get organized on and then just be like, all right, this is what I'm doing, regardless of how I feel. Okay. So really, really, really let that sink in because that is the message that I want you guys all to hear today. That it's there's no magic pill, the work is not sexy. It's developing the right system for you that you can action on. And everyone's systems are gonna look a little bit different. My systems might be way different than another fitness business owner because I am someone that like is more of a creative person and I get a little bit jumpy. So I can't be staring at my computer for like four hours straight. And nobody should be doing that anyway, by the way. So I have designed my life to be like I have little breaks, I have a ton of breaks in between. I have, you know, my my routines down and my systems down to that. This is what works for me. So we need to figure out what works for you. And if you're someone that's in your fitness and health journey and you're listening right now and you don't have a coach, then please go to my show notes and fill out the application. It's worth a conversation with me because listen, it is tough in these streets trying to lose weight and build muscle and get to where you want to be. Okay. I know it is. I've I've lived that. I have the muscle now, I have the abs. I have it all when it comes to the body that I personally want. Like I'm very strong, I'm capable, and I love it. And I love that it got me to this point. But listen, it took me like, oh my God. When I got serious about it, it took me like a couple years. Oh yeah. Oh, totally. Yes. And it depends where your body's at. But I just got really into the gym for mental health reasons. You guys, if if you're a frequent podcast listener or you've followed my story, you know that it's it's all mental health-based for me. And that's what really helped me in the gym. It's like I I just felt good. Like that's why I kept showing up because I like to feel good. I hated feeling bad. So my why was really deep and like my mental health journey. So that's what kept me on it. And that's what kept me so into the gym and wanting, you know, to learn about like the vessel that I'm in to make myself feel better. Like, how can I make myself better? Like, who wants to be feeling like shit? Who wants to be feeling bad every single day? I didn't. I felt horrible. I was depressed, I was anxious, and every single doctor I saw was telling me that like I had to be medicated. And I knew and I even did it. I fell for it. I became medicated and it didn't do anything. It band-aided it. It came with a whole line laundry list of symptoms. Okay, and it numbed me out, and I felt so detached from myself until I came off and I finally figured out the reasons why I was depressed and anxious. We all have reasons. Anxiety and depression is a smoke alarm. I'll say that to anybody. I don't care who it is that's watching that disagrees with me. Anxiety and depression is a smoke alarm. I want anyone to sound off in the comments if you disagree because I was there and I have lived that experience of depression and anxiety until I got to the root issue. And I could go on and on in that subject. I've talked about that. That is my story. That's my testimony. I have talked about that to so many people. In no way has it completely vanished. I manage it very well. Okay. I'm living out my purpose, so I'm not as depressed. I'm not I'm not depressed anymore. Um I have my moments where I had my lows. But anxiety, it's it's a smoke alarm. It's a total smoke alarm. And anyone that tells you that there's something wrong with your brain, fuck them, honestly. And honestly, this is a very big opinion of mine, but like big pharma man, not a fan. Not a fan of big pharma. I think big pharma is the enemy in so many ways. So many ways, and I have my reasons why. Um it's just a neck up approach. And so much of our anxiety and depression and mental health issues lie in what we don't choose to look at in our lives. Okay. And anyone that disagrees, please let me know because I have lived that in my life and I've been through so much with big pharma. And listen, they they have a place for sure with a lot of things, and they really help with sickness. But the whole like giving a pill for mental health, I hate it. I absolutely hate it. I'm never gonna like it because I'm always gonna tell you there's a holistic way to help treat it. And nine times out of ten, if I look at a person and hear the things they're going through in life or the habits they have in place, like there are things that they're doing that are not helping their anxiety at all. It's making it worse. And they're not getting to the real issue. There's always a root issue, there's always a root cause. And if big pharma wants to come in and tell us that we need pills, then it's because they're a billion-dollar industry. All right. We went off there for a little bit, but it's it's important, guys. So, guys, fall in love. I don't know how we got there. Fall in love with the boring parts. Fall in love with that, okay? Becoming the person. Oh my God. Identity work is huge. Oh my God. Confidence. If you're someone that is not confident, listen up. I'll tell you how to be confident right now. It's in the daily actions of your life. It's in showing up for yourself. If you're insecure about your body, if you don't feel good mentally, if you don't like your job, if you don't like where you're at in life, you need to be taking the actions that get you to where you want to be. You need to believe in yourself and you need to keep taking action. Because every time we take action and we accomplish something, we gain confidence. And that, my friend, is what confidence is. That is my own personal definition of what confidence is. And every single rep counts on who you want to become. And I'm sure we can all sit here and we can visualize. We all know we have a deep, a deep, higher version inside of ourselves. I'm sure you've visualized it, visualized it. I'm sure visualized it. I'm sure you know who you really are inside. But what is that gap in the middle? What's the gap? The action. We need to be taking the actions to finally wake up one day and be like, oh my God, I'm the one that made myself into this person. And it's all thanks to the daily actions that I took and the systems that I had in place. I'm telling you guys, everything is a root cause of what are the actions you're taking. If we're not taking action, if we're not putting work, yes, the word work, into it, then what are we really doing? What are we doing? We're not doing anything. We're procrastinating, we're shoving it aside, and then we feel horrible about ourselves. Show up for yourself. It always starts with believing. It always starts in believing, and it also usually starts with a rock bottom. Everybody has a rock bottom or a time where they've where they've had enough. And then they're like, all right, I'm gonna go take action now. Like sometimes it really takes somebody to have a rock bottom moment to be able to finally start or to finally take the action. Look fear in the face and step into the action. Look fear in the face and do it anyway. And then create a system and take action and take action and take action. I promise you, the higher version of yourself, it lies in your daily systems and actions, my friend. Yes, it does. And if you're on a fitness journey, I'm always gonna tell you you do need to be on a program, absolutely, and you need to dial in the macros more, or else it's gonna take you a very long time. If you're okay with it taking, you know, five, seven years, fine. But you can definitely fast track it with the type of program and with the type of nutrition regimen and mindset habits that you have in place, of course. Always gonna say that. I'm a coach, you know that. Okay, then we get to the proof. Once we have that proof, we're like, we are ready to cook, baby. We have the proof. All we need to do is just keep actioning and actioning and actioning. So here is, I hate the word homework because it brings me back to like school days and I hated school, but homework, here's your task. Let's say task. I hate homework. Pick one thing. Pick one goal you have in your life. Make it really small. Or sorry, pick the goal. Now we're gonna pick three daily uh actions that we can take towards that goal. Let's do one. One one action that we can do a day. One. I'm just gonna see, I'm making it really small for you. One action that we can take daily towards that goal, and let's do three times a week. What's one action that you can do to that goal? Three times a week. Okay, do you have it in your head? The days that you don't feel like it, you're still gonna do this action. Okay. Write it down, please. And that is where you're gonna start. Simple. Take the goal that you want. I'm sure you've looked up a ton of knowledge. I feel like we all do that now on like Instagram, whatever, social media. Make sure you're getting uh your facts from the right places, please. Especially if you follow fitness influencers. There's so many crappy ones out there. Okay? And then what can you do? What daily action can you take three days a week? Think about it. If it's your going to the gym, you better make that small. You better not go for like, you know, get get a gym membership 30 minutes away. Make it easy for yourself, okay? Work out at home. Start with walking, start with a 10-minute walk. Easy. Alright. Now that you have that and wrote it down, we're gonna close on out, guys. So many people will tell you that there is this mysterious way to get somewhere. But if you're doing zero work to get there, it's not gonna happen for you. It's gonna be really hard. So romanticize the action, stop procrastinating and just do it. Just like Nike says, just do it. Stop, stop, stop the noise in your head, get out of your head, and just take the action. Take the action, write it down, make the system. Write the system down, put it in your calendar, obsess over it, put it on a sticky note, make it somewhere visible that you can see it, and go, go, go, go, go. That is it, guys. Thank you so much for listening. I really hope this lit a fire into your ass and go take action. Love you.
