hey! Farm wife from Ohio listening for the first time. I am on the part where you are talking about what if your children don’t want to farm and why are you putting in all this effort. We do not plan on having children so we do have an idea of what will happen to our farm when we can no longer take care of it our selves. It was how my grandpa got the farm. My great grandparents didn’t have biological children and he grew up across the road in a poor family. They basically adopted him without the paperwork and he worked for the farm . There’s a lot more to the story. But anyways love the podcast so far. If you’d ever like to hear our farm story I’d be glad to share! My name is Savannah .
