Hello, beautiful soul.
What if love never truly ends... but simply changes form?
This poem was born during one of the most tender seasons of my life.
As I turned fifty, I was grieving the transition of both my mother and my beloved heart dog, Pixie Babu, while also raising my young son. It was a season that broke my heart open... and slowly began teaching me that love can continue in ways we don't always expect.
Earth School is a spoken-word reflection on grief, healing, remembrance, and the mystery of being a soul having a human experience.
Inspired by the lullaby my mother used to sing—Row, Row, Row Your Boat—and woven with my love of yoga, meditation, and spiritual exploration, this offering is for anyone who has ever loved deeply enough to grieve.
May these words gently remind you:
✨ Love is never wasted.
✨ We are shaped by those we love.
✨ Even through loss, connection can continue.
✨ We are all learning together in this beautiful Earth School.
