A 3-part journey exploring:
 ✨ Truth & personal alignment
 ✨ Intuition and inner knowing
✨ The deeper nature of reality, time, and the field

For the full experience, begin here and continue through Parts 2 and 3.

We explore the powerful energies of this moment through astrology, numerology, and spiritual reflection, accompanied by 432 Hz cosmic frequency music that creates a soothing energetic backdrop, supporting a deeper connection to the themes we explore.

We begin with a grounding connection into the field.   A reminder that we are not separate from life, but deeply interconnected with it. This short meditation gives us the chance to interact with it so that we can empower ourselves.

From there, we move into:
✨ The meaning of Numerology 5:  change, freedom, sensuality, and soul expansion
Aries energy: courage, beginnings, leadership, and transformation
Taurus energy: grounding, beauty, stability, and building something lasting

This is a time of:

  • New beginnings and bold action
  • Heightened intuition and spiritual connection
  • Letting go of what no longer aligns
  • Opening the heart to love, forgiveness, and deeper purpose

We also weave in insights inspired by my favorites astrologers, exploring this moment as a collective turning point, a time of awakening, healing, and stepping into a new paradigm.

 Begin again.
 Trust your intuition.
 Balance expansion with grounding.

Welcome to the Empowered Soul Podcast, a cozy audio list of soulful musies and heart-made creations. If you're a mystical soul craving connection and inspiration, you've found your flop. Hi, I am Emsy Mumbird, a mama artist, soul refreshing therapist, and trainee, a longtime yoga and meditation guide, sharing stories, conversations, and everyday magic for your soul and your family. Now take a deep breath. And stretch your wings wide to enjoy the ride. I'm so grateful that you're here. This episode, just so you know, is releasing a little earlier than our date of April 14th. I really want these Aries and Taurus and five numerology insights to meet you right on time while the energy is alive, unfolding, and this way you can be ready to experience it all. A few little updates here from the pod. This space has been quietly evolving over the past few weeks. You may have noticed there's new cover art and there's even a short trailer now live on the show page. Check it out in case you haven't heard it still. And it's been really special to witness everything unfolding super magically. If you're new here, this podcast is a space where we explore the inner landscapes of life, spirituality, healing, motherhood, and the soul's journey too as we move through this experience called a human life. And we do so together. It's less of a broadcast. Think of it more of like a fireside conversation, a place to reflect on the beauty, the mystery, and sometimes the rugged terrain of being alive. In thinking years down the road and wonder, what could these heart nudgets transform into? Can we grow together through this journey of life? Can we ripen together and share stories about the experiences that challenge us, stretch us, and inspire our dreams and achievements? Can we be there for each other when life needs a little extra support, a prayer, or a gust of wind under our wings? I see us coming together in person, having conversations that we can then share on the show, or your show too, doing live streams, video casts, and simply having fun together. And to everyone listening from wherever you are in the world, whether you're walking, driving, folding laundry, or taking a quiet moment for yourself, I'm really glad that you're here. I want to give a short shout out also to our recent new listeners in South Africa, Namibia, Indonesia, Japan, the Philippines, Ireland, Cameroon, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and the Czech Republic. Thank you for tuning in. We love your presence here. I also want to share something small but special and meaningful. This podcast has recently crossed over 1,500 downloads with listeners across the world. And I just want to say thank you truly. So to celebrate, I'm gifting a few of you some of our new podcast stickers. Just a little love note from me to you. If you'd like to enter this little giveaway, simply share your favorite moment from the podcast. You can do so on your social media or leave us a review and send me a screenshot. All the details are on my support page. HealTruve.com forward slash support. And I'll link that below in the show notes. Thank you for being here, for listening, for sharing, and for growing together. And stay with me because a little later in this episode, I'm going to guide you through a short field meditation. Yeah? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I'm going to guide you through a short field meditation. Something simple.

SPEAKER_01

That you can return to anytime. That you need to come back to yourself. Yourself. Good one. Alrighty then. Now let's flow into today's episode. It's early April. In fact, today is my son's birthday. And this time of the year always feels so meaningful to me. Aries carries a lot of celebration in our home. My birthday, and some of my most precious souls on earth, like my son and also my sweet dog Pixie in heaven, are Aries as well. Even our wedding anniversary and the birthday of our home. The day we moved into this little nest that has held so many memories already. Aries arrives with a whole constellation of celebrations for our family. Birthdays, milestones, little markers of time, they all invite us to pause and reflect on this journey of life. And of course, Aries season is all about beginnings and moving forward energy. A very synchronized theme in our family. Because when my husband and I started to create a life together, it was all about a brand new, fresh start at life. A new opportunity that Creator gifted me. After many years of rocky road traveling, I knew it was the partnership that I wanted for creating a family, something I had longed for years, but just hadn't found the proper conditions for it. Aries is the first spark of the zodiac. The energy of initiation, courage, identity, and birth. It's the moment when something new decides to exist. Fire energy, that first flame of life that says, I am here, and I am is one of the memes for Aries. No coincidence there. And I think of that for myself at least, you know. I I feel that propelling energy as part of my identity. It was that way for our home as well, because it was a brand new beginning somewhere completely new. It was that way for our anniversary when we chose to get married. Now, Pixie, yeah, actually, yes, for Pixie too, because when she came into my life, and her being an Aries, she started to open my heart to responsibility and down to earth and grounding in order to take care of another life. So, yeah, all these celebrations really sync up to this brand new beginning theme. There's also innocence to Aries energy. It doesn't wait for perfection, it just begins. It steps forward, it learns by doing, and sometimes it just lunges forward. Sharing the season with my son has given me an entirely new perspective on birthdays. Because when I was younger, birthdays felt like an externalized celebration and a marker of age with big ideas, but now they feel more like a moment of recalibration with more depth and value, a quiet opportunity to reflect on another year of becoming, transformation, and yeah, a year closer to heaven since time gets closer to the later stages of life. Time then becomes more precious with the maturity and ripening of our time here incarnate, and just letting this settle in. Aries, in this time of spring in the northern hemisphere, and we just cross the equinox, asks us a few questions. What has grown to completion? What has softened and moved more deeply in the heart? What is ready to begin anew from the spaciousness that has been created by having let go of what has expired, or from soul contracts, having achieved what they needed to do. That is gone. There's more space now for something new. And that invitation to begin again seems to echo across many traditions this time of the year. And it is known as the month of redemption or the month of spring. Its primary focus is Pesach, Passover, marking the exodus from Egypt. This season also carries themes of renewal and liberation in Christianity. It's a time associated with spiritual reset and the movement from old limitations into greater freedom. Some of my teachers speak about this as a moment of stepping into spiritual adulthood, a time when we take responsibility for our inner lives and the choices we make moving forward. So there is something in the air during this season that's whispering, begin again or begin entirely anew. So where in your life might you be asked to begin again? Where are you being asked to be a little braver? Not ten steps braver, but maybe just one step forward. One of the ways I've been reflecting on birthdays lately comes from a perspective I've explored through physics and consciousness teachings, especially ideas that look at reality as a unified field of intelligence. The field isn't empty. Everything is information, and everything is connected. In that view, the soul could be imagined almost like a musical note within a vast symphone of existence, not separate from the field, just a distinct expression within it, with its own specific frequency, its own unique pattern, a personalized tone in the great orchestra of life that is connected to our specific soul. Like Einstein says, matter and the physical existence we see is an extension from space. And now I'm paraphrasing, but it's somewhere along those lines. We're not separate from it, it emerges from it. Reality, matter is an extension from space, with each of us having a unique blueprint and frequency that resonates with our soul's song and rhythm. And I'm going to pause there and remember a while back when my mom went to heaven, I had this intuitive hit that that is how, or one way, that our spirit family in heaven can find us. Because not only is everything interconnected, but they can tune in to the specific frequency blueprint of our soul within the vastness of the universe and universes and know that that is us because our soul carries that vibration. And I've also heard the same for everything else. The difference between one material existence and another, their difference is geometric pattern and frequency, which is basically one and the same. They mirror each other. The geometry is unique, the configuration of the molecules and the atoms is unique to that element, and therefore it's frequency too. It's just the angle through which we want to see that distinct quality. It's all resonating in its own unique way, its own unique little language, for example. Anyways, when we celebrate a birthday, or even when we do inventory and our healing work, we are recalibrating our note in that field. Or we are fine-tuning our gifts to the world, our presence, the way we show up, how we move through time and space. There's a refinement to our frequency. There's a flavor and a taste and an expression to our ripening and our maturing in life. Perhaps even a renewal to our soul agreements. With added investigations, explorations, and purposes for this lifetime, often called addendums. And with my son now growing up, I reflect on what it means to race a little soul, to guide him for a time, to help create a loving environment where that soul can discover its own unique note in the symphony of life? Where can I help him establish himself in health and self-love in order for him to live his life in joy and satisfaction, contentment? So, what is your note in the field? Where might you feel a little out of tune with your deeper truth? And where are you fine-tuning? What would it mean to play your note more fully? There's a beautiful line from the poet Rumi that comes to mind that recently caught my attention in one of my beautiful friends' post. On bound by name and fame, he is free from sorrow from the world, and mostly from himself. There is something about remembering who we truly are at a soul level, loosening our identification with this incarnation as something fixed, or the ego and the 3D reality with its outer identities. And perhaps that is part of what this airy season invites us to explore. The courage to exist authentically from our soul's purpose, the courage to begin again, or begin entirely anew, or go deeper from a more refreshed standpoint, offered by this freshness and renewal in the season. They're doing this uh back and forth. It's called a contact call. Since both partners are nesting and they're out foraging, creating a nest, creating a family, the contact call becomes really strong, and their spring song is so cute. So adorable. One of my favorite little springtime tunes. Another reflection that comes alive more for me now is the importance of sacred places and its shared intentions. Throughout many cultures, sacred sites were places where communities gathered not only to pray, but to heal, exchange wisdom, offer prayers and support to one another in difficult times, and to remember their relationship with the earth and with one another, and with the galactic relationships, planetary, and with cosmic guidance and beings. Sacred sites are magical. I've always loved traveling to them over the years, and they bring the miracle down, like one of my teachers says, the whole earth is sacred. Some places more than others just have a stronger ley line, vortex, and concentration of spin and energy. So, where are your sacred sites in where you live? Where are the closest ones to you? And do you visit them? And how do you feel when you go? What has your experience been like? And we have felt it so powerfully too. For example, prayers for health, prayers for fertility, and for the vitality to bring the rains down that we have requested through our prayers as the landscapes are thirsty. We have felt a lot of our prayers answered that way. Now, our big request is for the world peace to exist. But it has to start from within. Because how can we ask externally for it to exist if we ourselves inside aren't at peace? I guess it's just asking us to pause and look within. And where are the places? Where do the mental loops go to that sometimes don't let us live in freedom and in peace? What are they? Can we surrender them? And can we utilize the power of these sacred sites and points to help us? Transform these mental loops into threads that have shaped us but no longer bind us so that we can be free. Where are the places in our lives where we still feel constriction? And how can we loosen that up? We want peace outside. We find peace within first. In many Native American traditions, prayer was not something separate from daily life. The day started with prayer and is seen as daily nourishment, as important or more important than food and hydration. It is woven into the land, the seasons, and the relationships between people and the cosmos. I often think about how beautiful it would be to create more conversations in exchange with one another around wisdom and the sacred ancient teachings that heal and amplify peace, and having them on the podcast in the future, such as exploring sacred lands throughout the world, listening and activating from indigenous voices, and creating an exchange with one another, learning from each other, for living in deeper harmony with the earth and with each other. These and many more visions I've begun sharing actually, and giving them some form on the podcast page for future intentions and conversations with local artists, local creators, native voices, and spiritual teachers from different traditions and places that can help us remember the deeper story of being human so that we can live with daily peace and joy in our hearts. I feel that that is something that I learned from one of my mentors many years ago in Mexico when I was doing my detox and purification. And she always said to me, if you have a dream, talk about it, enunciate it. It gives it form, it gives it wings so that it can fly and so that it can become true. And I know how sometimes we want to keep it secret and hidden because we're afraid that we're gonna jinx it or we're gonna be held accountable if it doesn't happen. There's also an aspect of keeping things um close to your heart, but there are times when giving it some flight, it can really help for it to become true and manifest. I started doing that on the podcast page and creating different playlists that I think would be beautiful to have and a different series, and that way, whenever we meet others on the path that can align to that, they can share their wisdom on the show. I will leave our podcast page in the description below in case you're interested in these unfolding dreams, in case you also wish to participate with us, sharing your wisdom with our community. And that page is heal truelove.com forward slash podcast. Before we move into the deep dive of astrology and numerology for this month and all that is unfolding, I want to begin from a grounded place, a place of connection. Because everything we're talking about, all these shifts, these cycles, these patterns, they're not happening separate from us. We are a part of it. We are moving with it. We are all gear spinning in the grand tapestry of the universe. We are co-creating together. So let's take a moment to tune in to something deeper, something that's always here, something that holds all of it together, and that is the field. Just a gentle moment to reconnect with it, to arrive, and to remember. This is a little prayer to the field. This episode is 432 hertz, which is cosmic harmony, and it's often called the natural tuning of the universe. Many people feel it has a grounded and celestial quality. It'll work very beautiful for the cosmic themes like astrology, planetary cycles, and the universe's order. And we will use this hertz and frequency for our meditation this episode. I hope you enjoy it. Close your eyes if you can, and if it's safe to do so. We are on this tiny grain of sand spinning through the cosmos at unimaginable speed. Yet all of us, every being is united in this journey. May we bring our hearts, our hands, and our minds together with hope, with intention, and with joy. Each action matters, each presence matters, each one of us matters, and each one of us is making a difference. I awake to the field that connects all life, the source from which biology, nature, and all of reality itself emerge. I am bathing in this energy. I am interacting with every atom, every vibration, every unseen thread, participating in a deeper dimension of reality. And now that we remember this, we can begin to consciously interact with it. A field that ancient civilizations and masters have always spoken about. So take a moment now and simply say, hello, field, I am here, I am listening, I am co-creating with you. I give you messages, you respond back, I listen, I give you back again, more messages, and we align in this divine flow of reciprocity, of forward and backward feedback loops. I let you guide me, inspire me, awaken me. I listen to what you respond back to me. And here in this moment, I remember we are part of the great wheel of nature, co-creators in a universe of infinite energy and possibility. Let this awareness guide you today, because even in a few seconds you can return to this connection, to this coherence. Set a gentle reminder, morning, afternoon, and evening, to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the field. This simple act can recalibrate your entire day, bringing you back into alignment with your soul, your path, and the greater flow of life. And so it is. And from this place, connected to the field, I want to share what's been coming through. I always like to say that I'm not a professional astrologer or numerologer. I gather ideas from teachers, books, and my own reflections and downloads and messages that I hear from the cosmos. They come in like little downloads through contemplation, journaling, studying, and quiet listening. So today we're going to move through a little bit of everything that's been pouring in. As always, take what resonates and truly leave the rest. And towards the end, I'll bring everything together into a few simple takeaways that you can carry with you, something to anchor all of this energy into your everyday life. So stick with us. Continue the journey. Don't leave us ever fun. Okay, numerology. The five rules April. Four plus one from this year's universal vibrations brings us to five. The five is all about change, sensuality, freedom, and passion. Let's look at its shape. It certainly embodies change from the bottom part being curvy in the shape of a bowl to then a straight line with a 90-degree angle at the top, forming another line. The sensuality is visible in the soft curvy shape on the bottom. It also looks like a ladle or a big spoon with a handle, as if it is scooping us up out of our binding existence and situation. It's lifting us towards an uplifted experience, towards freedom. The passion part I feel is reflected in this curvy bottom too. Curves and softness are usually associated with passionate emotions, where straight lines, pointy edges, the ninety degrees formations feel more stabilizing, hardworking, grounding, foundational building, energies like that of the four. Refer to the episodes thirty-five and thirty-six if you want to go deeper into the symbology of the four. The five will pair beautifully with Taurus when they merge on April 19th. This could be a month for romance, leveraging the qualities of the five. Attractive, charismatic, and charming. The five is able to light up any room. The five does this naturally and on purpose. So take advantage of this if finding love is one of your priorities in life. The five is magnetic and there is much beauty it can hold in that cup-like physical shape. Utilize this time to attract unlimited opportunities, whether for love, your life purposes, or the evolution of your soul's journey. This could also be a month for forgiveness, shortening the distances between those you care about where there has been rift or separation. You can lean into the compassionate and sweet nature of the five, which holds almost angel-like qualities, accepting others no matter who they are. The fives learn much through their embodiment, their physical bodies, and their sexuality. So this month could be a magnetic time for strutting your stuff and enjoying your physical incarnation with your loving partner. This is a month infused with sensuality and passion, and a great time to open the heart for love, self-love, and forgiveness. So drink fearlessly from the chalice of life. Precisely the shape of this number. No coincidence there. This is a great month for learning as much as you can about the earth, your journey here now, your purposes, filling yourself to the brim with everything there is to experience in the physical realm through every inch of your body. Earthly pleasures, such as music, elixirs, food, those will be tempting and seductive. But this number warns us to not get lost in the addiction or extreme indulgences. And it is precisely there where the five wants us to awaken, to embrace courage for the passions of our heart and soul, so that we can fulfill our purposes. This is a time that opens and beckons us to share our powerful healing and love capacities, which heighten with the magic of this number. It can be through our devotions, our daily practices and prayers. But it also warns us not to let fear shut our hearts, not to wither our prana, not to push ourselves off our path. This month opens abundance and magnetism, all flowing your way. The importance is that we choose from our soul's perspective, so that our choices serve our evolution and our highest good rather than short-lived decisions that could derail us. In this way, the five almost resembles a sickle, a tool that you can use to cut away energies that are not aligned with your highest evolution. The five warrants save yourself some energy and pain by not falling for hard lessons all the time. Use your intuition for what will benefit your growth, your health, and your happiness in a more long-lasting way. This month our senses heighten, our intuition widens, and we are shown more wisdom by the divine realms. Trust what you're receiving. Your intuition is guiding you through the wisdom of your higher self, your angels, your guides, your spirit team, your spirit family in heaven. They are all helping you make the path easier. The five speaks to training your mind to be your ally, while also utilizing your gut instinct and your intuition, merging them all. The five reminds me of the symbolism of the nineteen sixties: love, freedom, expansion. All of what we've shared so far carries those qualities, and this energy definitely opens the door for stepping outside of routine and conventional ways of living. This month you will want to try new things, things that free you, expand you, widen your adventures, and feed your life with fearlessness. Change will be fast this month. The five is all about alternative ways. Embrace it. And this theme will really correlate well later on in the podcast when we talk about some of the downloads of the Saturn-Neptune conjunction that professional astrologers have been talking about. We will circle back to this theme. Now the five says, yes, this is all wonderful, but because it carries more airy qualities, it pairs beautifully with the earthy qualities of Taurus to ground you when we hit Taurus around April 19th. Utilize the uplift of the five and also the grounding of Torahs to anchor yourself so your life can have more meaning and purpose, becoming less chaotic and more organized. The five opens opportunities for our spirituality to grow, amplifying our health and wholeness. As we open to a mystical journey, we become able to help others who are lost in fear, grief, or illusion. This may be a wonderful time for a spiritual retreat if you're seeking peace, deeper connection, or a closer relationship with the divine in your soul. As compassion and love open this month, let them in so you can heal yourself in the world. Let them brighten your inner pilot light so you can guide others around their pain. The five also urges us to deeply heal ourselves from addiction, paralyzing fears, grief, unfocused or ungrounded spirituality, so that we can move forward in our purposes on earth in this lifetime, able to provide healing and comfort for others too. If you have mastered something, help others who are still walking that path. The five carries humanitarian energy, scooping others up from the hard places and the gutters with its latal architecture, to take them in with its loving heart. So this is also a beautiful time to volunteer, to serve, to give back. Be the light this month. Encourage others, help others find their truth through your sharing of your wisdom. The five encourages us to partner with people who bring out the best in us: adventure, sensuality, expression. So go enjoy yourself this month in your deepest passions. Get ready for expansion, the unexpected and big turning points. Because this month it moves fast. There's lots of action. So take that trip. Investigate opportunities aligned with your passions, especially romantic ones. This energy helps rid us of monotony and boredom. It encourages us to eliminate conditions and people that are holding us back. Make room for the new. After all, this is the fresh start of a new zodiac cycle. Make room for new thoughts, new experiences, new perspectives. And remember that you can align with the field three times a day, morning, afternoon, and evening to attract what you are calling in in terms of all these themes of the five. Invite the spirit of freedom and resilience to help you adapt to the big changes this month. I um Just recently put three alarms in my iPhone with my favorite ringtone and with my favorite number that I feel is aligned with the divine realms. For example, like if your number is 22, you could do 822, 222, and 822 again in the evening. And those are your three alarms throughout the day for reconnecting back to the field and with your higher intentions. Sometimes we just get lost in all the you know back-to-back doing of life, and having these little alarms help us to time to pause, reconnect to my intentions, my heart, my prayer, reconnect with the field, and our manifestations and desires. So go enjoy your senses and pleasures this month. They are gifts of disincarnate experience. Open up to the supercharge of this month. Revive your romance with your partner, especially with the magical Taurian Venus energy that will abound quite soon. Even your work environment can benefit from this new energy. And since this episode is releasing into April, I will cover Aries and Torah so that this podcast can stretch us much more into the future. So let's talk about Aries, which has been in the air since March 20th and 21st around then with the March Equinox. So Aries' energy is bold. Aries is not here to live under a rock. Hide out, play small, or do your work quietly and humbly. Sorry, this is just not you. Think about the mountain ram. Just recently, I was watching wild rams in the canyon near home. These little baby rams were standing on these steep, high cliffs, balancing on rocks high above the ground.

SPEAKER_00

And I wondered, are those rocks even stable? Oh my god, I can't look at them. I feel like they're gonna fall. I could barely watch. I was telling my husband, drive, drive, drive. I can't watch this. I was so scared of them falling. I was holding my breath. I was thinking one of those rocks might slip beneath them. Nope.

They stood there naturally, fearless, and there was a line, a long line of cars that had stopped on the road just to watch them. I mean, it's impressive, and it's so amazing. I felt like I was watching a mirror of the airy spirit because that's exactly what they are: mountain rams, tenacity, courage, forward motion, fearlessness. And something inside of me said, You see that? That is what you're capable of. Wow. These rams do not eat, breathe, or know fear. Aries is that powerful and bold. Just like the sun increasing its light during the vernal equinox in the northern hemisphere. The light grows stronger, and it grows stronger with Aries. And with that light comes understanding, inspiration, and action. What one of my teachers says, inspirection. I love that. Aries shines so brightly that fear has nowhere to hide. Its purpose is to face fear with courage and transform it into love. Aries is ruled by Mars, the warrior planet. It carries immense power and presence. But with this energy, it's important to remember something. As much as Aries enjoys standing in the spotlight, true maturity comes when we learn to shine the light on others too. So during Aries season, spread that light around, uplift those around you. Your leadership becomes graceful and powerful this way, and this syncs beautifully with the energy of the five. Here are some Aries qualities that may permeate during this time. High spirit, amplified energy, independence, being first in what you do, a love for taking risks, boldness in entering situations where nobody else will tread. Aries is brilliant at starting new projects, a powerful time for incredible initiations. Finishing things can be a little harder, so let Taurus energy later on in April, which is more grounding, to help you carry your projects into fruition. Aries is a natural leader, not particularly fond of following. During this time, you may also feel the urge to launch something new, to spearhead it, to step into your own leadership. Aries can also move quickly into anger, but just as quickly it returns to its heart, often regretting what was said or done, and just as quickly saying, I'm sorry. So pay attention to your impulses and emotions during this season. Aries is simple and direct, blunt and honest. Use this energy to have the conversations you've been wanting to have, especially with someone you deeply care about, but soften it with humor and with kindness. Let your intention be rooted in goodness. Even if others feel resistance to your boldness at first, your sunny nature and the sun shining on you, and your true intentions will shine through when people know that you come from your heart. Let your heart open to the beautiful fiery qualities of Aries that also synchronize and pair up real well with the five energies we just talked about. Leverage this bold energy to help you manifest your visions this year. And just like in the southern hemisphere, fall is setting in and the daylight shortens, Aries goes where nobody else dares to go, into those darker, harder places with bravery in order to heal, create, and transform. So wherever you are, north or south, leverage this courage to move further into your visions. Let your pioneering spirit come alive. And then we move into Taurus, represented by the bull around April 19th. Taurus carries incredible solidity and willpower. Aries was a fire sign. Taurus is earth. And once the bull has chosen its spot on the earth, who can move it? My son has his moon in Taurus and many other placements too. And when he decides something, there is absolutely no excavating him out of that idea. He is a force of nature. Taurus is practical, far more practical than Aries, but sometimes that practicality can easily turn into stubbornness or even an impending block. Its grip can become too tight, holding on to ideas, routines, or comforts so strongly that it can even cause connection, hard connection, love, or growth. This obstinate energy can be really challenging in relationships, so openness becomes key this month. Taurus loves comfort, beauty, luxury, pleasure. After all, it is ruled by Venus, the planet of love, beauty, and money. This makes it a beautiful time for home upgrades, office beautifications, and creating environments that feel nurturing and aligned. And this would pair really well with spring if you're in the northern hemisphere, creating outdoor sanctuaries and gardens, peace gardens. The Taurus energy is warm, affectionate, loyal. It tends to form long-lasting attachments, which can be so beautiful. Sometimes, however, that can lead into possessiveness or resistance to change. So just hold that with awareness this month. Growth for Taurus often comes through opening to new ideas, new perspectives, new possibilities, a shift in consciousness. And this aligns perfectly with the energy of the five we talked about, which is encouraging us to expand, explore, and step into the unknown. Taurus can sometimes be slower to get going. But with a little sprinkle of adventure from the five, it can help to loosen its grip, oil up those gears, and bring movement back into the system. Because when Taurus balances its love for beauty with spiritual awareness, it becomes an incredibly powerful creator. It builds beautiful things, lasting things, homes, art, communities, experiences of comfort and harmony. So utilize this energy to spark your creativity in these areas. Let it support the seeds that Aries planted. At the same time, be mindful of overindulgence, which is also part of the five, especially with food or elixirs or pleasure taken too far, and needing external motivation to get started, or slipping into inertia. Taurus is calm, deliberate, steady. That is a different energy than the impulsive and more passionate and quick to react Aries, that fiery quality it has. But Taurus can also resist being pushed or rushed. Outwardly, it may seem at ease, while inwardly it's a whole other story. It holds its tension well and hides it. So remember, stay flexible. Sometimes the gears just need a little oil to start moving again. And remember to utilize the expressive nature of the five to get in touch with your innermost feelings, processing them, healing them, and releasing them so that you can move forward into your purposes and your visions and dreams. Together, Aries and Taurus create something beautiful this month with the five. This is truly a unique sensual month. I can already feel the softness and the excitement and the beauty of it. It feels tasty already to me. Aries initiates, Taurus sustains it and it carries it forward further. Aries sparks the fire. Taurus will build a foundation. So as we move through April, let yourself be bold, let yourself be grounded and let yourself begin and also continue. And just like everything else I share, I take these in as insights, reflections, and I weave them through my own understanding and experience. Here is some insight from the March energy carryover. There's this feeling that the energy we've been moving through has not been simple. Rick Levine speaks about this in such a grounded way, and sometimes he says the only way out is through. When you're in it, you keep going. And I really feel that because what we've been moving through has been kind of a transformation. It is the caterpillar becoming the butterfly imagery and metaphor that is available to us right now. And that process is not always graceful and it's not always clear. There's also this reminder that astrology doesn't just flip a switch from one month to the next, it's a gradient. There's trailing energy, there are revisits of old themes, things that resurface, asking to be seen again, to be healed more deeply. Some things may feel stirred up right now, maybe not going the way we intended. There's a desire to heal, but the energy can feel complicated, not easy. And yet there is hope. Because at the same time, there's this expansive, optimistic energy helping us plan to stake in our dreams. Change is unfolding. Even if it doesn't feel perfect, we are making progress. This moment feels like a dynamic turning point where we are being asked to keep our feet on the ground, but also look beyond what meets the eye, to think cosmically, to stretch our minds beyond old limits, because what we thought was true may not be the full truth anymore. Old answers are not working the same way. And as we moved into April, there's been this sense that we're stepping into something much bigger. A really interesting time in human evolution. Almost like we're still in recovery from everything that has unfolded since 2020. But by now, we're stepping into a completely new world into the later years of the 20s, from 2026 to 2030. There's this rare alignment energy happening right now, this sense of a reset point, a beginning point, especially with so much energy in Aries right now. The Saturn-Neptune conjunction at zero degrees Aries, something we spoke about deeply in episode 32, reflects that we are living in a very potent moment in our evolution. It feels as though a new world is emerging. This conjunction is something we haven't experienced in 6,000 years at zero degrees Aries, which is the start of a new zodiac cycle. And this is what so many astrologers have been talking about lately. There's an intensity in the air right now, one that can feel disorienting, like a loss of direction. But maybe that's part of the process because it's asking us to reimagine where we are heading individually and collectively, with deeper meaning and integrity. Astrologically, this may not feel like a very stable time, but perhaps that instability mirrors something important, the pain of birth. Because before anything new emerges, there is labor, discomfort, pressure, and then there's also letting go. And maybe that's exactly where we are in the labor of a new era, again, collectively and personally. This moment is asking us to step outside of our comfort zones, to take action towards equanimity, balance, and harmony, to contribute in our own way to the peace we so crave in a world that feels out of sync. And I personally feel this in my own life too. I am being asked to transform all the patterns so that I can uplift myself to more ultimate and true peace, especially around judgments, judgments in our relationships, and to remember that we all belong. Everything has been part of the curriculum, except my challenges, and see them now as trophies towards compounding wisdom. This is a practice for me. And now it's time to apply this peace and equanimity. In essence, unconditional love, but with self-love and clean boundaries at the center. I am keeping my side of the street clean, speaking my truth, and following my intuition and gut instinct, all the while choosing a higher path of love, regardless of others' reactions or motives. I live with me, so I take care of what goes on inside of me, activating my peace, practicing my equanimity. What others are thinking or doing is their business, not mine. That is their reality for them to live. And so this honors my values. I take the lessons I've gathered and turn them into clear loving boundaries. But primarily, those boundaries are for myself, so that I can protect my peace and activate my self-love. I'm no longer bending myself to fit in because after all, we all fit in. And in standing clear within, I'm still choosing to walk this path with kindness and with compassion and with love. Both realities can coexist together. The messages I keep feeling again and again, especially when I invoke as a shortcut the beautiful role models, such as like angelic beings and cosmic beings. It all comes back with these little downloads and messages that keep reaffirming. Life is too short to be holding on to grudges, regrets, and remorse. Forgiveness to self and others is ultimate peace. There's a lot of planetary bodies that are in Aries and stepping into Aries in April. A powerful new moon mid month. Planets moving direct. It's like everything is beginning to. Move forward again and picking up speed. But with that can come intensity, sometimes even the feeling of loss of direction or not fully knowing where we are going just yet, and that's okay because we are being asked to reimagine, to move from fantasy into something that has meaning and integrity. This is not necessarily a stable month, according to Rick. It's a month that asks us to step outside of our box, take action, move towards balance and harmony. There's also a strong message of awareness here, because this energy can exaggerate things. Over expansion, over-reaction, moving too fast, doing too much too quickly without thinking of the consequences. So we are asked to find balance, to remember, any tonic annexis is not good for you. And again, this links up so well with the energies of the five that we talked about earlier. Even something positive, when overdone, can pull us off center. This energy is motivating, it can feel electric, it can stir something in you that says, I need to do something. And that can be beautiful as long as we stay grounded because we are moving into a new paradigm. The old may try to hold on, but it's not really succeeding. The energy is moving us forward into the unknown. And this connects us so beautifully to what we just talked about with Aries. That pioneering spirit, that courage to step forward, that willingness to go where we haven't gone before. But again, not throwing all the logs into the fire at once, not burning ourselves out. There's also something here about how do we forgive without forgetting? And that feels important. A deeper level of healing without holding remorse. And then as we begin to move into Taurus energy, there's this image or green shoots coming through the earth. Life moving forward, but slower, more grounded, more real. Say what is real, be willing to readjust rather than forcing something that is no longer aligned. It brings us back to fact, truth, reality. And it gently says, slow down. Don't bypass reality with overly optimistic thinking. There is still movement, still energy being released, but it becomes more embodied, more integrated. Another beautiful reminder here is to take care of yourself, fill your own cup, because only from that place can you truly give to others, and that connects so deeply to everything we've been talking about here with the five, with the Aries and Taurus messages that we talked about before, with grounding and expansion, working together. Beautiful messages, and it is all coming back to full circle and being integrated with one another. We are all reflecting from each other, and it sounds like what these professional astrologers and what we've been talking about through my little downloads are all lining up really well. And here's another spiritual layer from one of my teachers, Sue. And it brings a more spiritual lens to the discussion. There's also this theme of rebirth now and ascension, a movement from ego into a higher perspective that is more cohesive and from a divine lens. And remembering that we are supported by our divine team, our angels, the first responders on earth, and our guides. And that these forces of light are stronger than chaos, stronger than difficulty. The love always wins. We are not alone in this. We are like spiritual light warriors on earth, learning how to walk through difficulty with light and love as our sword. There's also this awakening happening to our true gifts, to our higher frequency that is available for us at any time. And that as we awaken individually, we also awaken collectively because every single one of us matters and is interconnected and entangled to the wider mandala of existence. And one of the most comforting reminders is this that there is no true death, there is continuation to the soul. Now there's an idea of exodus here, and it is not just a historical or religious concept, it's an inner one, too, that it's available for us. It's the moment we decide I am no longer living in fear. I am no longer identifying only with my thoughts, I am no longer confined by limitation. It is a movement into freedom, and the way through is not outside, it is available right where you are, inside, through your heart. You don't have to go far. By going deeper within and trusting our own inner wisdom and the messages that we receive through our intuition and gut instinct as messages from the divine too. So when we take it all together, the five, Aries, Taurus, and the collective shift, we are being asked to be courageous, be grounded, be discerning, be open, to move forward, but not from urgency alone, from alignment, from truth, from true connection to the field. And to remember, even in the intensity, even in the unknown, there is support, there is guidance, there is purpose unfolding. Now, here are some ten key takeaways from this whole episode so that we can tuck it in our pocket and let them carry us through. One, this season invites new beginnings. Aries energy asks you to start even before you feel ready. Two, the numerology of the five brings change, freedom, sensuality, and magnetic expansion. Three, you are being called to experience life fully through your body while staying mindful of overindulgence. Four, intuition is heightened. Your higher self, guides, inner wisdom, angels, spirit family in heaven, they are all speaking more clearly now. Five, this is a time to choose from the soul, not from short-term comfort or distraction. Six, Aries initiates bold, courageous, honest energy that helps you take action and speak truth. Seven, Torah sustains it, grounding, stabilizing, and helping you build something long-lasting and meaningful. Eight, growth comes through balancing expansion with grounding, not swinging too far in either direction. Nine, you're being asked to release what no longer aligns and make space for new energy and opportunities. And ten, above all, stay connected to the field, to your heart and to your truth. This is how you navigate the hard moments and big changes. And as we begin to close up this episode, just know there is still so much more that I wanted to put through in it. There were notes, insights, and so many stories and layers that simply just couldn't fit into this one conversation. So this is not the end of this exploration, but rather a doorway into what's unfolding next. Stay close, because in our next episode, we'll continue building on what we opened here, weaving in more reflections that connect back to this moment and deepen the journey even further.
