Sometimes healing doesn't ask us to do more—it gently invites us to slow down, soften, and come home to ourselves.

In this deeply reflective and heart-centered episode, we explore the energetic transition from Taurus season into Gemini season through the lenses of astrology, numerology, nervous system healing, spirituality, nature observation, meditation, embodiment, and emotional growth.

Inspired by a recent Taurus masterclass from one of my mentors, numerology insights, women’s circle rituals, motherhood, bird migration, and the changing seasons in the Dakotas, this episode weaves together themes surrounding receiving, emotional regulation, intuition, self-love, overworking, spiritual awakening, creativity, grounding, and the healing power of slowing down.

This episode also explores:
✨ Gemini season themes and shadow work
✨ The spiritual meaning of the number 6
✨ Nervous system regulation and embodiment
✨ Taurus wisdom and learning to receive
✨ Meditation and breathwork practices
✨ Nature symbolism, migratory birds, and seasonal awareness
✨ Emotional healing and sacred self-care
✨ Returning to yourself through gentleness instead of urgency

You’ll also be guided through a calming meditation ritual inspired by a Mother’s Day women’s circle and the symbolism of nurturing tiny succulent plants as reflections of our own physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and social nourishment.

Whether you are blooming, resting, grieving, rebuilding, nesting, migrating, or awakening into a new chapter of life, this episode offers a soft space for reflection, grounding, and reconnection with the wisdom of your own soul.

Opening Reflections & Spring in the Dakotas

SPEAKER_00

Today's episode is inspired by so many beautiful things that have been unfolding lately in our little corner of the world. There's the swift transition from winter into spring, finally arriving within our little ecozone out here in the Dakotas. Although we're still receiving cold rains and a lot of dramatic weather shifts, this winter is truly reluctant to fully let go. This episode is also inspired by a beautiful women's circle I attended in Wyoming around Mother's Day weekend. I'll be sharing some of that. And there's numerology insights from my favorite numerologist Sue Frederick, who has also been my teacher, along with some of my own numerology and astrology downloads. There's also a meditation ritual born from emotional breakthroughs I have personally been experiencing lately. And I've also noticed many others moving through similar stuff as well. And there's also beautiful sharings from a Taurus master class from my beloved teacher and mentor Kathy Heller and the beautiful community now known as Kathy's Circle. This month also carries extra tenderness because it is my mother's birthday, which we continue celebrating even though she now lives in heaven. Mom, we have a special birthday gift for you this year. On May 29th, just for you, we are releasing a more polished and cleaned up version of the song I made in her honor. It's called Nana I Love You. It is still far from a professional studio recording, but hey, it's the best I can do within my own learning curves and my devotion here at home. We love you deeply, Mom. Enjoy this episode too as we speak a little bit about your Gemini sign back when you were incarnate with us. We think of you so fondly and feel your presence daily and so often. And so let's begin this

Birds, Nature & Seasonal Wisdom

SPEAKER_00

episode with the backdrop itself, nature, the great holder of time, memory, rhythm, and the seasonality that affects us all. Lately, the dawn chorus outside my window has intensified beautifully. I leave the windows cracked open at night so I can awaken to the sounds of the birds before the human world fully begins to buzz. Everyone seems incredibly busy this time of the year. Have you noticed? The mating, the nest building, the feeding of the young, the birds calling back and forth to one another. And honestly, these birdies, they look a little frazzled and adorably overworked. They're flying in and out of nests with beaks overflowing with insects, seeds, fibers, and offerings for their babies. And then their babies, as they feel the parents coming back, are just making their cute sounds. And it's just so adorable. One of my favorite rituals lately has been pointing out newly discovered nests to my son and turning it into a little game between us. Can you find the nest hidden in this tree? Can you hear the begging calls of the babies? Notice the close contact calls between the mates. Who is this new bird in the neighborhood? The gray catbird. And boy is he singing his heart out finding a mate. Also, can you observe how differently they behave this time of the year compared to deep winter when it feels kinda lonely and quiet. There is such abundance everywhere right now. Insects emerging from the earth, blossoms opening, seeds scattering in the wind, dandelion seeds flying gently in the rhythm of these prairie winds. The trees are thickening, the branches are filling with blossoms, and the entire landscape is humming with urgency and life. This is the orchestra of spring up in the northern hemisphere. Around Mother's Day, every year, almost like clockwork, the gray catbird returns to our neighborhood. This year, our local street catbird has been a little quieter than previous seasons. I found myself wondering, is this perhaps one of the younger birds that hatched here in years prior? Do they return to the same territories where they were born? Is this a different singer now occupying the thickets? The gray catbird feels like such a mysterious little messenger to me, often heard far more than ever seen, hidden deep within the lilacs and dense shrubs, elusive, secretive, singing from somewhere just beyond visibility. The flickers have also become especially active lately, flying dramatically to the tops of the cottonwood tree canopies, announcing themselves with such authority. I once learned that some native traditions encourage paying close attention when the flicker appears or calls out. Play around with that. You never know. And then recently, one of my favorite little birds arrived, the lark sparrow. I learned that lark sparrows migrate into western South Dakota and the Black Hills region during spring and summer to breed, and then they raise their young. They arrive around late April and early May, inhabiting the grasslands, shrubby edges, open country, and pasture lands around the Black Hills. There is something so poetic to me about migratory birds. These tiny feathered little beings somehow navigating entire continents, and they do so quantumly. Turns out I recently learned that birds sense the Earth's magnetic fields in their retina. A protein called cryptochrome reacts to the light. Each reaction produces two electrons with spin correlated to quantum states. Then the earth's magnetic field changes, how these spins evolve. The bird then sees the field as a pattern. They run this in the living eye mid-flight. The biology runs quantum mechanics in living tissue. Through instinct, magnetism, memory, and invisible to us maps that we still barely understand, that is how the birds move. Wow. Amazing. The lark sparrow especially feels symbolic right now as

Taurus Energy & Nervous System Healing

SPEAKER_00

Taurus season slowly begins giving way to Gemini. Taurus roots us deeply into the body, the earth, the nervous system, nourishment, slowing down, and boy does the Taurus love stability. Gemini, hmm, it starts to begin to stir movement. It's all about communication. Curious. And migration, storytelling, and the movement of the breath. Again, isn't this so amazing? Perfect timing. How it all comes together from nature, reflecting the language of the stars and the numerological resonance that is in the sacred geometry and the hum of the universe. And perhaps that is exactly where many of us find ourselves now. Somewhere between nesting and becoming, between rooting deeper and preparing to move again through the stirring air qualities of Gemini. Now, as Taurus season slowly begins giving way to Gemini, I wanted to sit with some of the deeper themes that really stayed with me. Themes surrounding the nervous system, receiving softness, healing, embodiment, and what it truly means to feel safe enough to allow more goodness into our lives. One of the biggest takeaways Kathy shared in her Taurus master class was this idea that the nervous system is your bank account. And wow, that really made me pause. Because so many of us say we desire more abundance, more love, more support, more peace, more rest, more freedom and creative freedom. But if the body itself does not feel safe receiving these things, we unconsciously resist them. The body begins to brace, it tightens, the body remembers because it keeps the score. And as someone currently writing a memoir and reflecting deeply on my own healing journey, this hits home in a profound way. Especially when I continue exploring themes around grief, how the body can reflect our unhealed wounds through discomfort or dis-ease, burnout, nervous system dysregulation, over-efforting, and we suppress our emotions. I mean, I spend many years running hard on myself, believing that exhaustion somehow equaled worthiness or perfectionism. Another phrase that Kathy shared that deeply resonated with me was the body is the vessel, not just the mind, and it's not about mindset. We've covered the approach of the body being the vessel many times in previous episodes. The body, it carries the memory. It's like a canvas. The body carries old beliefs, it stores emotional residue, our survival patterns, the inherited fear, heartbreak, and our forms of urgency, and even the identities we no longer consciously choose, but that are still embodied physically. And I think many of us, especially women, mamas, caretakers, and creators, have spent years overriding the whispers of the body in order to survive. We normalize overworking. We normalize being depleted and rushing and being back to back. Oh, and the buzzword, I am busy. And in the end, it ends up catching up on us and depleting on our health bank. In fact, we often celebrate it when we say, Oh, I am busy. I have big material possessions to reflect that. But overworking can also become an addiction. Whereas we worry for the alcoholic, do we also worry about the workaholic? We normalize not resting. Yet the body quietly keeps the score until one day it asks us, sometimes gently, sometimes not so gently, that we finally need to listen. So can we listen before the crisis? Another concept from the class that I absolutely

Being the Moon

SPEAKER_00

love was this reminder that we are meant to be the moon, not the sun. Don't you feel that also in resonance with the divine feminine and the goddess emerging to create balance and healing on the patriarchical world? And what we mean by this is that we're not meant to constantly be forcing, improving, over-controlling, overproducing, over-efforting every aspect of our lives. The moon does not generate its own light, it reflects the light, it receives, it softens, it magnetizes through the presence rather than through force. And honestly, this metaphor feels especially important right now in a world so addicted to urgency, performance, constantly being stimulated. Recently, in a tiny post, I said, When you become nobody, you become everything. And it just descended to me as I looked at the clouds and the blue sky with the radiant sun. They don't even use words for themselves. They're just part of the cosmic dance of the everything. The somebody suit that we often wear is truly expensive. Expensive onto our prana and our health. When all we really need is just to be, to be ourselves. Slow it down enough to actually inhabit our lives again by tasting our food, breathing deeply, savoring the moment, and exhaling longer than the inhale, and so to announce to the body that it is safe, that we are here. We can savor these moments and not have to constantly be filling up the white space on our calendar. To walk slower, feel your footsteps on the ground, to stop abandoning ourselves in the name of productivity, in the name of fame, in the name of creating a name. We can feel worthy within our stillness, quietness, emptiness, just simply being, being a human being over a human doing. That usually tends to be the place, the birth of creativity. Let's remember that slower does not mean lazy. Slower can actually be the power, the birthing of imagination and creativity that truly starts to shift the needle. One of the most beautiful reminders from the class was the idea that sometimes we slow down in order to finally speed up spiritually. That when we soften the nervous system and regulate the body, intuition becomes clear. Creativity flows more naturally. Synchronicities increase. We're not rushing past someone. We can slow down, look at their eyes, smile, and have a moment, a little connection that we have no idea could fill the life of that other person. The soul gets to drive again and becomes the true north, the compass, the director. Instead of being in survival mode, constantly gripping the wheel, as we allow the mind and the ego to align with spirit, we become then a clear channel, like an empty flute that creates music with the wind, the breath of God, the spirit, the soul. And this really brings me into today's numerology segment surrounding

Numerology & The Energy of the Number 6

SPEAKER_00

the number six. May carries the number five plus one of the resonance of this year. Five plus one is six. So the number six is very special to me because I am a 33-sixtpath, and it's just really hits home. It drops straight into the heart. The number six is all about nurturing. It has Venusian qualities. It's all about the heart chakra, the heart-centered energy. It represents home, beauty, devotion, emotional care, healing, softness, and the sacred responsibility of motherhood. It also talks about harmony, the divine feminine, the goddess, social consciousness, the teacher, and the desire to create loving environments, not just externally, but especially within. The six may marry early in life, since home and family are primordial, and one of its biggest helpers is to not lose herself and family needs. Because growing your own person too is truly important. There is something very resonant of Taurus to the six as well. The six has angelic charisma with the full potential to heal the world, the longing to build a beautiful, nourishing life rooted in presence rather than performance. However, in order to get to this healing leadership, the six must be healed to begin with. You can't help another unless you have helped yourself first. Just like in the airplanes, oxygen masks first to oneself. Remember who you are, your unique qualities. Watch out for depletion, due from overgiving. These are lessons that the sixth passes on to us. The sixth says meet your own needs to be content and happy. While the true art of the six is how they make others feel when they are around the sixes, sixes make others feel validated, seen, heard, and feeling deeply loved. Now we are in the energy of the six in May. So whether you are a sixth birth path or you're on a sixth year or a sixth pinnacle, or not, you will be affected by the resonant energy of the sixth within May. Now let's look at its figure. It is full of curves and softness, the belly extending from the stem like a pregnant lady, like a ladle or a cup with a handle, ready to receive and to give the liquid light of love. But just as one side of the figure is a curved line and the other a rounded shape, the six can slide down a dark path of self-destruction if it is not fully healed. The six has to choose spiral up or down. Oftentimes it may need to experience both sides before choosing to heal herself and the world. And I've certainly been revisiting these themes in my own book writing. I actually picked up that project again and continued to write my memoirs, and some of them take me to places where I really had to learn hard lessons. And choosing to have gone there perhaps as part of my life purpose too. Because in order to help others heal in these dark places, it's not something that you learn from a book, but it's from your own personal experience too. Let alone healing the karmas from past lifetimes, past lifetimes with others. For me personally, the number six feels like an invitation to stop treating tenderness as weakness and to romanticize and enamor self-nourishment again, creating homes within ourselves that feel safe so that our souls can merge in and finally exhale at the alignment of body, mind, emotion, and spirit. The six has a profound intuition. It can sense energy, but this has to be anchored with spirituality in order to become successful, in order to not fall into obsessions, especially of being super critical about herself and others. Spirituality will truly help heal the anger and the blame game, the self-righteousness and the mental loops, obsessions, the OCD qualities that the six has, so that it does not become self-destructive. The six also cautions us not to become slave to others, to not fall under codependency, and to avoid becoming super critical of our loved ones. The six must not forget to be herself because the six's heart is designed to heal others' pains, but not getting lost in them either. The six is the great comforter, and it shines love and compassion for the world to blossom. Like I said before, I carry the 33 sixth path vibration, and I can firmly say that these revelations on the six are so true to what my life has been all about. The six advances her soul evolution as you shed the compassion, even in the hardest of circumstances for humanity. That's her job to heal and inspire the world as it moves from those self-destructive self-indulgences to healer, teacher, and leader. And long and behold, sixes oftentimes don't realize their true greatest work until later in life. Wow. Bingo. So true. So true. Like I remember being in college and being like, I don't really know exactly what I'm supposed to be studying. I'm doing it because it's been said to me, it's been told, it's been passed down. You must make money, you must study this, being, you know, doing business. And uh I ended up studying economics in Latin American politics, which to this day I feel like everything is everything and it affects us and it's part of our constitution, but I don't use that as my primary life purpose. It's part of me, but it's not my focus. That didn't happen until much later in life, and definitely after having navigated some really rough patches. And this actually, all of it flows so beautifully. In a recent numerology reading, I was listening from my favorite numerologist and teacher, Sue. These reflections around the energy of April and May are so resonant with everything so many of us have been moving through lately. So in those lectures,

April Fires & May Healing

SPEAKER_00

it was described April had a lot of that Aries influence. And it was almost like a forest fire season of the soul. Dramatic, impulsive, courageous, uncomfortable at times, but ultimately it was clearing the space for new growth that may not fully reveal itself until a little later when the green shoots start to come out from the regeneration of the fire. And that imagery really landed so deeply for me because sometimes transformation does feel exactly like that. Ungraceful, definitely not polished, and definitely not linear. More like parts of our lives, identities, the way we cope, our relationships, and these old beliefs and fears suddenly catching fire so that something more authentic can eventually emerge from the ashes that have actually fertilized the soil within. And let's remember too that this year in Chinese astrology is the year of the horse. And that's a powerful and active sign. We covered a lot of this energy in episodes 28 and 29. If you wish to revisit this aspect of the cosmic vibes. So April carrying strong Aries energy, courageous, but a bit reactive, passionate, fire, right? Sometimes forcing us to choose between love and fear in real time. And one of the biggest reminders that stayed with me was this invitation to trust our higher selves, to trust our angels and guides, even when the external circumstances are confusing, uncertain, or emotionally charged. We're not bypassing our reality, but we are remembering that things are not always what they first appear to be, just from the surface level or just from the way we perceive things. And wow, I think so many of us can relate to that lately. We are in the beginning of this new nine-year cycle as we speak. We are in the year one, universal year one, and many of us are entering collectively and personally asking this question. How are we going to choose to use our power now? Are we going to navigate it through fear, through reaction and control, or through greater consciousness and awareness, self-awareness, devotion, compassion, and remembering that we're just seeing reality through a tiny, tiny little lens through our perspective. It could be true, but also how we see things may not necessarily be true. Something I personally love is the reminder that even in spiritual paths, we are still deeply human. We still struggle, and we will, as we grow, experiencing new things that rock our world, we will still become triggered. We can still feel grief, fear, exhaustion, anger, uncertainty, heartbreak, and confusion. But the sacred practice becomes learning how to pause, self-aware, self-heal, create safety from within, utilize your breath, utilize your sacred practice, and then move from reaction mode, but let the body have that space to transform instead of pushing, pushing, pushing, and slamming the brakes later on. So here's what we could be asking: what is the lesson? What is my soul learning right now? What deeper understanding is trying to emerge through this experience? And now, as we move into May, the energy is softening considerably. After these metaphorical fires of April, May carries a vibration of the six, which is deeply connected to the heart chakra, healing our community, and all those qualities we spoke about earlier, like nurturing and compassion, the beauty, the harmony, unconditional love, being responsible for our emotions, understanding ourselves. And honestly, this feels so aligned with everything we have been speaking about today regarding Taurus, the nervous system, slowing down, embodiment, and learning how to soften enough to receive, knowing we are truly worthy. The number six often asks us to notice where we move into judgment instead of love. Judgment towards ourselves, others, the ones we love, life circumstances, even judgment towards our own healing journeys. And instead, the invitation becomes: can I love this moment instead of fearing it? Can I remain open-hearted instead of reactive? Can I just give it some time to breathe and trust that there may be hidden gifts here within this uncomfortable challenge? Not because pain is necessarily enjoyable, but because sometimes our greatest soul growth arrives then, disguised within the very experiences we initially resist the most. So many of us have this reaction because we have met our ceiling, our limits, and it is all new uncharted territory. So if you're feeling those hesitations and resistances, don't be hard on yourself. No, it is the voice of growth. Kind of like a green chute breaking through the cement sidewalk. It's twisting, it's turning, it's meeting a ceiling that is freaking hard and just like you know, solid. But somehow that little green chute is being flexible and moving through little cracks and finding the way to get towards the sun, towards the light, breaking through the hard shell of fear and doubt. So May brings greater access to the heart space itself. Let's put our hands on our heart. All that old emotions are rising. Sometimes gently, not so gently sometimes. They want to be felt, released, they want to be heard and softened and eventually healed. A reminder that angelic guidance, loving energies, higher frequency energies, and your cosmic brothers and sisters that are a reflection of you, Palladians, Archturians, whoever you work with, all that spiritual support may feel especially close right now when we slow down enough to listen. I found that so comforting. Especially because so many people I speak with lately seem emotionally exhausted from the intensity of even past years back. Collectively and personally, there is this shared longing I keep noticing for softer living, the divine feminine arising, the goddess, meaningful and deeper connection, repairing our nervous system, paying attention to this incredible highway of emotional communication, being honest with ourselves about our emotions, connecting with our community, who is our community, and grounding ourselves in spirituality with a deeper alignment with what truly matters as we invite our soul, our higher self, the divine realms, and our spirit team into these incarnate earthly lives. And perhaps that is part of the medicine of the number six as well. Remembering that healing is not meant to happen entirely alone. Again, let's look at its shape. It's like a lasso and a rope that is hurting it all closer and within. That love itself is actually one of the highest forms of intelligence, and I'd say the highest vibration that is available to us on earth and anywhere in the universe. And maybe the deeper lesson here is not to avoid challenges altogether, but learning how to continually return to the open heart after life inevitably stretches us, humbles us, it cracks us open, transforming us again and again and again. Remembering our soul purposes here, because we don't just have one, not for our soul and not for our incarnate soul self. There are many purposes throughout our lifetime. Remembering why we came here anyway to begin with, and to slowly become a safer vessel where love can rule instead of fear.

Gemini Season Reflections

SPEAKER_00

And now, as Sora slowly gives way to Gemini, we begin entering a very different energetic landscape altogether. Gemini is ruled by Mercury, and that's the planet of communication, thought, perception, language, information processing. It's curious, storytelling, it's the conscious mind itself. In many ways, Gemini energy is deeply tethered to the intellect, learning, exchanging ideas, observing patterns, asking questions, making connections, and mentally moving very quickly through life. Honestly, Gemini is absolutely brilliant. It is the hungry mind sign, the collector of perspectives, the conversationalist, the messenger, the bridge builder, storyteller. Every sign carries its shadows as well. And one of the deeper challenges often associated with Gemini energy is the tendency to become overly identified with the mind, while doubting the quieter wisdom of intuition, embodiment, and the higher self voice. This can sometimes create rapid perspective shifts, inner duality, overthinking, inconsistency, or difficulty staying anchored within decisions and commitments. Because once the mind begins racing, it goes towards the next possibility or interpretation. And perhaps this is partly where that symbolism of the twins originates. The experience of holding multiple perspectives and identities, different emotions and truths and stories, and especially different internal dialogues all at once. So Gemini energy can absolutely produce brilliant thinkers, creators, innovators, communicators, and accomplishers, but it can also become emotionally disconnected when the mind fully takes over the heart. Because words hold tremendous power. Thoughts hold power. Think spelling, spelling, casting spells through the words. Perception holds power. Communication holds power. And when we become too mentally scattered, reactive, restless, and ungrounded, the mind itself can unintentionally create confusion, disconnection, heartbreak, projection, and emotional inconsistency, not just within ourselves, but with our relationships. Think

Meditation, Breath & Returning to Yourself

SPEAKER_00

grounding, like literally sticking your feet on the earth to ground. And meditation as a healing practice this month and during the Gemini season, so that the air qualities of the sign can be grounded and the energy can flow more swiftly and smoothly between your body vessel and the earth and the sky as like one continuous loop. Think nature connection as a way to restore oneself from this avid imagination time, which is why I think meditation becomes so especially important during Gemini season. Not to stop thinking entirely. I mean, that doesn't really happen. The mind thinks, the dog barks and the cat meows. But about creating stillness so that we can hear that deeper wisdom of the soul underneath that buzz of the world, the noise, and the movement that is so fast within life. To quiet the endless mental chatter long enough so that intuition can reenter gently the conversation. And honestly, I think the softer heart-centered energy of the number six supporting us this month may help to cushion some of that mental overstimulation. The six keeps inviting us back towards compassion, honesty, nurture, tenderness, opening the heart chakra itself. Gemini's true compass is not found through intellect alone. Its highest expression emerges when the brilliance of the mind begins working together with the wisdom of the heart and the higher frequencies of intuition. Otherwise, the path can become entirely driven by mental loops, fear, doubt, distraction, and fragmentation. So perhaps this Gemini season is asking us this. Can we remain curious and not feel disconnected? Can it all belong and be part of the whole? Can we stay mentally open without abandoning ourselves? Can we communicate more consciously? Can we slow the mind enough to hear the soul speaking? If Taurus asks us to root deeper into the body and soften the nervous system, Gemini begins asking, what conversations now emerge from that softened place, from the work we have done in Taurus? What truths are ready to be spoken and kindly, respectfully? What stories are ready to be shared? What ideas are finally ready to move through us now? Gemini reminds us that healing is not only something we feel internally, it is also something we begin to articulate, exchange stories with others about our journey, writing, singing, speaking, and sharing with others who are like minds and have been through similar journeys like us. The breath is the medicine, the conversation is the bridge building, the curiosity is part of your expansion. And for us at home, that is such divine timing. I mean, oftentimes we don't even need to know this stuff. We're just organically doing it. Since we have attuned our bodies to respond to the shifting ethers and the energies of the cosmos. I have been lately writing the outlines and emergences of my books. All of this just naturally by feeling the vibrations of the moment, being in that zone, the mood. Moving not into spring's blooming energy, but slowly towards autumn and winter's inward pull. I can't wait to be able to experience those seasons like that in a place like New Zealand or Australia. That would just be so mind-blowing. Oh my god, what a shift in consciousness to experience it that way. So let's explore that. That's so beautiful to me, too. While here in the Dakotas, the birds are mating and nest building and filling the mornings with their little urgent lives and feeding the young. Down there, many of you may be feeling the quieter invitation to slow down. Hey, like Taurus, simplifying, decluttering, letting go just as the leaves fall down, reflecting, conserving the energy, cocooning inward, and listening more deeply beneath the buzzing and the surface noise. And that is the greater wisdom of nature itself, that we are never all moving through the exact same season at the same time. Some of us are blooming, others are shedding, some of us are nesting, others are migrating, some of us are resting before the next becoming. And all of this belongs in the great earthly dance. So wherever this episode finds you today, my hope is that you remember you do not always have to push so hard to feel worthy, to feel worthy or be worthy of receiving love, support, rest, or the life quietly waiting for you, to soften enough to allow it in. Remembering to pause and receive, truly receive the compliments that shower you in a day, saying thank you, I receive that. Not saying things like, oh, I don't know about that, or you're just being sweet and nice to me. No, truly, really, receive it. Because those words are for you. And how oftentimes we second guess them, the words and the person saying it. They must want something from me. No, those words are like bouquets of flowers for you. You deserve them. So maybe the stores to Gemini Threshold is not asking us to become someone else entirely new, but simply to become safe, cozy enough to finally receive what was already trying to find you all along. So before we close today's episode, I want

Women’s Circle Ritual & Closing Blessing

SPEAKER_00

to share a small meditation and ritual practice that was inspired by everything I have personally been moving through this month, emotionally, spiritually, creatively, and within my own nervous system too. One of the biggest realizations slowly settling into my body has been this. I'm not trying to become an entirely different person anymore. I am learning how to return to myself. Not the rushed version, not the survival version, not the hyper-vigilant version, constantly bracing for the next thing to go wrong, something's about to go wrong, it's not gonna work, or triple checking my texts or emails. But the softer version, grounded, regulated, the one that knows peace is paramount and not weakness. Maybe you're feeling this too. So wherever you are right now, if it feels safe to do so, allow yourself to soften your shoulders a little. Let's unclench our jaw. Let the belly just be relaxed, blooming outward softly, becoming softer as we exhale, letting the exhale be longer than the inhale, taking a slow breath in through the nose, savor it, hold it for just a moment, and exhaling all the way out again, just a little longer than the inhale. Let's do it again. Breathing in. Exhaling. Because this is not just breathing, this is communication. Continue at your own pace. Your body is receiving the signal. There is no danger here. You're safe. You are allowed to soften. One of the most powerful things I have been learning lately is that we cannot truly receive when we are internally braced and stressed. Breathing. We can desire love, abundance, healing, purpose, but we can be physically close to receiving that too at the exact same time. Continue to breathe sweetly and softly at your own pace. The nervous system must begin feeling safe before the body can open up to enjoy, relax, and receive. Just like a flower blooming under the sun. And maybe that is part of the deeper healing journey. So many of us are walking now. Not about becoming impressive. Look at me, shine the spotlight on me. Not becoming more productive. I'm so busy. I'm so busy, I just don't have time. Not performing so that we can be worthy and working harder. Abundance does not come from working harder. It is all already in the field. We just need to slow down, become safe, widen the vessel to receive, softening it too, so that the jug, the vessel, doesn't just break open, becoming safe from within. I keep envisioning myself lately, sitting peacefully within a space that reflects the healing I have been slowly building within my own life. Soft, grounded, present, comfortable within my body, trusting the lessons, allowing it all in, and being clear in my voice, crystal clear intentions. Not because we have perfectly arrived somewhere, but because we have walked through enough fire, enough experience to finally stop abandoning ourselves. And this is the truth. Many of us did not come from ease, many of us did not come from emotional safety and support and regulation and all this consciousness around stability. Keep breathing slowly at your own pace. And yet somehow we still created awareness. We finally got here. Healing ourselves, loving ourselves, forming family, inviting purpose and purposes, creativity, becoming devoted to your callings, expanding through your community, and new directions opening. And that is not small. That is amazing sacred work. One of my favorite reminders is this: I'm already on the way. I can't fall off my path. Not about, oh, I'll finally be worthy once I arrive. Not once everything is perfect, then dot dot dot dot dot. But rather, I'm already becoming the person capable of holding that dream, that life I actually envisioned for myself. That's the deeper work right now. Organizing our external lives so they slowly begin to match the truth of the internal dream and healing without rushing, forcing, proving it's exhausting that somebody's suit is expensive. We're simply returning to what we have always been and who we are at the core of everything to our soul, returning again and again to ourselves. And this became especially emotional for me recently during a women's circle around Mother's Day weekend in Wyoming. During the gathering, each of us was given five tiny succulent starter plants, and they were to mirror and represent five areas of self-care and intention setting: physical care, mental care, emotional care, spiritual care, and social care, social nourishment. And we each wrote down in our journals what we would do, what we would intend for each category. Each little plant mirrored that category with that intention that we set. So that when we took these plants home and we would water the tiny plants, we could reflect on the ways we too require consistent care, nourishment, gentleness, attention, sunlight, being patient, allowing the environments to be safe so that these little baby plants could grow. And as they would grow, they would mirror back the growth of our intentions that we set when we planted those little succulents onto the earth. I love that ritual so much. Getting yourself a beautiful ceramic vase with a little bit of volcanic soil, planting the little succulents and just watching them grow as you water them every day, having your little, you know, journal piece of paper with the intentions that you set and retuning yourself and remembering them. It wasn't just I went to this women's circle and now I'm on to the next new project and thing in my life. It's an actual living remembrance in my kitchen that I see every morning. I'm like, oh yeah, sit spot, self-care in nature, self-love practice, going to bed early, a beautiful early night routine. Whatever it is for you, healing is often less dramatic than we imagine. And sometimes it looks less like a lightning bolt awakening. It's more like remembering to water ourselves every morning. Tiny acts, tiny breaths, tiny returns, tiny boundaries that compound into the shape of who we are becoming. Those tiny moments of choosing love over fear. And over time, the roots strengthen quietly beneath the surface before anything visibly blooms. So here's the invitation. What in your daily life keeps your nervous system trapped in urgency? And what is one small thing you could chef this month, just one, to create more safety in your body and in your nervous system? It's not about another new strategy. Maybe it's just enough to let safety in, let life in. And so, before we close, let us anchor gently together. I return to myself again and again and again, and maybe that alone is already enough for today. And take another sweet inhale, pause, savor it, hold it in, acknowledge it, give it thanks, and then exhale, breathing out until you're completely empty. Thank you so much for being here with me today. I know how much we all have going on. Your time is the most precious gift that we can share together and give to one another and give to ourselves. That we deserve this time to nourish ourselves and together, knowing that we're not alone in the journey as we're going through these experiences, that wherever you are on the planet, we are part of the collective ascension and uplift of higher frequency living. So, beautiful souls, thank you always for being here with me, with each other together, and thank you to all my teachers and guides, inspirations in the divine realms. Thanks to them all for continuing to inspire each of us into deeper reflection and healing, expanding our lives into our creative paths. And mom, thank you. I know you can hear me. We're celebrating your birth month down here. Thank you, Spirit Family, yours and mine, and all of us for continuing to walk alongside us. So until next time, slow down, breathe deeply, enjoy your breath and your life. It's a precious gift. And soften your shoulders, open your heart, and let the soul drive a little more often and keep looming exactly as you are and who you are becoming. Namaste and so much love.
