Outside of work, Harry is a devoted food enthusiast, sourdough baker, and hands-on creator who loves cooking over fire and tackling garden or building projects.

Jon Berry

Jonathan Berry is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Tyler Grange, a 120+ strong environmental consultancy specialising in arboriculture, ecology, landscape planning and green infrastructure, with offices across the UK. A Chartered Landscape Architect and Arboricultural Consultant, Jonathan brings over 26 years’ experience providing expert advice on the landscape and visual impacts of change. With more than 15 years as an expert witness, he is known for delivering robust, reliable insights that support successful planning outcomes. Hannah Cox - Project Salt Run

Hannah is the Director of betternotstop and the Better Business Network, helping purpose-led businesses create practical, positive impact. Through betternotstop, she supports organisations with sustainability strategies and impactful reporting.

She founded the Better Business Network, a UK community offering tools, training, and collaboration, and hosts the annual Better Business Summit, featuring changemakers like Patagonia and B Lab UK.


In 2025, she launched the Better Business Standard, a practical UK accreditation for SMEs focused on seven key impact pillars—accessible, evidence-based, and community-driven.


That same year, Hannah will undertake Project Salt Run—running 100 marathons in 100 days across India to retrace the colonial Inland Customs Line. Having started running in 2024, she aims to raise £1 million for 1% for the Planet and highlight climate injustice and inequality.
