Andrew Alvarez

Andrew Alvarez is the Sports Information Director at Immaculata University. He is in his fourth year with the Mighty Macs in 2025-26.


Before Immaculata, Andy was as a service supervisor and pro shop coordinator for the University of Delaware Ice Arenas from 1999-2001. He was also a long-time youth ice hockey coach in the area, having coached with youth club programs, the Quakers, Valley Forge Minutemen, Philadelphia Little Flyers, Team Philadelphia, and high school programs.


While a student at Millersville University, Andy was a four-year member of the ice hockey club. He was the club president and served on the University sports club council.


Andy earned his bachelor’s degree in communications with a minor in Athletic Coaching from Millersville in Dec. 1994. He completed his master's in Public Administration with a graduate certificate in Sports Management and Athletics from West Chester University in 2022.

Larry Diehlman

Larry Diehlman is the Director of Athletic Communications at Immaculata University. He is in his first year with the Mighty Macs in 2025-26.


Most recently, for the 2024-25 season, Larry was the Sports Communications Manager at Delaware State University. He was the media contact for women's soccer, equestrian, women's tennis, women's lacrosse, and baseball, and the secondary for football.

Prior to Delaware State, Larry started his sports information career as an Athletic Communications and Operations Assistant at Widener University. While at Widener, he was the primary media contact for men's and women's soccer, women's basketball, baseball, and women's lacrosse.

Larry graduated from Rowan University in Dec. 2022 with a B.A. in Sports Communication and Media and a B.A. in Journalism. He also has a German minor and a certificate of undergraduate study (CUGS) in Esports.

Connor Kakowski

Connor Kakowski is a student-athlete on the Immaculata men's cross country and track and field teams.


Connor is a student assistant for Immaculata's sports information department.

Aubrey Donahue

Aubrey Donahue is a student-athlete on the Immaculata women's cross country and track and field teams.

Brittany Whalen

Brittany Whalen is Immaculata's head women's basketball coach, currently in her third season in 2025-26.


In 2025-26, Whalen led the Mighty Macs to their second consecutive AEC Championship win and NCAA Tournament appearance. In those two seasons, Immaculata was 28-0 in conference play (regular season and postseason).


Whalen was a four-year member of the women’s basketball and softball teams. Following graduation, she returned to her alma mater as an assistant coach from 2015-18. She would take on the head coaching role in 2023 following a career change.

Whalen earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science, Pre-Occupational Therapy from Immaculata in 2015. She earned an Associate of Science in Occupational Therapy Assistant from Harcum College in 2018.

Whalen currently resides in Wilmington, Del. with her husband, Dan, a former four-year Immaculata student-athlete for the Mighty Macs’ baseball team.

Carly Coleman

Carly Coleman is a forward for the Immaculata women's basketball team. In her freshman season in 2024, she was also a forward on the women's soccer team.

John Flood

John Flood is in his first season with the Mighty Macs as a women's basketball assistant coach in 2025-26.

Flood is a 2025 Immaculata graduate, with a degree in Finance. He is currently pursuing his MBA at the University.

During his collegiate career, Flood was a four-year member of the Immaculata men’s basketball team, serving as a three-year starter and a team captain. He looks forward to bringing his leadership experience, dedication, and passion for the game to the women’s program as the Mighty Macs continue to build on their tradition of excellence.

Josh Copskey

Josh Copskey is in his fifth season as the Mighty Macs' head baseball coach in 2026.

Copskey led Immaculata to a 13-27 (7-8 AEC) record in 2025. The Mighty Macs made the conference playoffs, but fell to Neumann in an elimination game in 10 innings.


Under Copskey's leadership, the Mighty Macs won the Atlantic East Conference Championships three straight seasons from 2022-24.

The 2024 season saw the Mighty Macs go 27-18 (12-6 AEC), and they claimed the "three-peat." While the Mighty Macs would defeat Scranton in the NCAA Tournament, the season ended against North Carolina Wesleyan.

Before Immaculata, Copskey served as the head coach at Penn State Abington and the head assistant coach at Rutgers-Camden.
  
Copskey got his start in collegiate head coaching in 2004, when he served as an assistant coach at Rider University for the 2005-06 seasons.
  
Copskey is a 2004 graduate of Siena College.

Josh Pace

Josh Pace is Immaculata's head men's and women's swimming coach, currently in his third season in 2025-26.


Pace came to Immaculata after spending seven years as an assistant swim coach at Cabrini University and has served as Cabrini’s Aquatics Coordinator since 2019. He helped lead the Cabrini men’s team to the 2022 Atlantic East Conference Championship.


Pace also spent 13 years as the head girl's swimming coach at Springfield High School.

As a swimmer, Pace competed at the Ridley Area YMCA for 10 years and earned All-Catholic League honors at Monsignor Bonner High School during his junior and senior years. He was a member of the inaugural men’s swim team at Cabrini in 2007-08 and set eight program records during his college career.


Pace earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Penn State Brandywine, and a bachelor's from Cabrini University in Political Science and Government.

Kent Snoddy

Kent Snoddy is in his first season as the Mighty Macs' head men's lacrosse coach in 2026.

Snoddy steps into the role following a historic 2025 season as an assistant coach, where the Mighty Macs secured its first Atlantic East Conference Championship and NCAA Tournament appearance. His contributions to player development, game planning, and recruiting were instrumental to the team’s success.


Snoddy helped guide five defensive players to All-Conference honors, including three on the All-Atlantic East First Team. Aidan Lawrence was named Defensive Player of the Year under Snoddy’s tutelage in 2025. Immaculata had the highest save % of all conference teams at .594 %, as well as the second-lowest GAA at 9.56.
 
A 2023 Randolph College graduate, Snoddy was a four-year player and two-time captain of the Wildcats' men’s lacrosse team, later earning a Master of Teaching from UVA in 2024.

Kyle Stramara

Kyle Stramara is in his first season as the Mighty Macs' head men's basketball coach in 2025-26.

Stramara comes to Immaculata from Eastern University, where he had served as the associate head coach of men's basketball since 2022. Stramara began at Eastern as an assistant coach from 2019-22 before being promoted.


Stramara helped lead Eastern to the 2024 MAC Commonwealth Tournament Championship, and they advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament.

Prior to his time at Eastern, Stramara was the assistant men's basketball coach at Lancaster Bible College in 2018-19. He served as the boys' varsity basketball head coach at West Shore Christian Academy from 2016-2018 after serving as a boys' varsity assistant coach in 2015-16.

Stramara earned his Bachelor of Education degree in American History from West Chester University and earned his Master of Business Administration from Eastern.

Matthew Murray

Matthew Murray is in his second season as the Mighty Macs' head men's and women's track and field coach in 2025-26.


Murray comes to Immaculata after spending two years as an assistant performance director at Power Train Sports and Fitness in West Chester, Pa. He developed and led training programs for school-aged youth to professional athletes. Murray also spent time as a strength and conditioning coach at Moravian University.


Murray was a student-athlete at DeSales University, where he was named track and field team captain for three consecutive years. In his senior season, Murray earned national qualifier status in shotput and competed in the NCAA National Championships, while also being named First-Team All-Conference and receiving USTFCCCA All-Region honors.

Murray earned his Bachelor of Science degree from DeSales in Sports and Exercise Physiology in May 2022.
