Josh Copskey

Josh Copskey is in his fifth season as the Mighty Macs' head baseball coach in 2026.

Copskey led Immaculata to a 13-27 (7-8 AEC) record in 2025. The Mighty Macs made the conference playoffs, but fell to Neumann in an elimination game in 10 innings.

Under Copskey's leadership, the Mighty Macs won the Atlantic East Conference Championships three straight seasons from 2022-24.

The 2024 season saw the Mighty Macs go 27-18 (12-6 AEC), and they claimed the "three-peat." While the Mighty Macs would defeat Scranton in the NCAA Tournament, the season ended against North Carolina Wesleyan.

Before Immaculata, Copskey served as the head coach at Penn State Abington and the head assistant coach at Rutgers-Camden.

Copskey got his start in collegiate head coaching in 2004, when he served as an assistant coach at Rider University for the 2005-06 seasons.

Copskey is a 2004 graduate of Siena College.
