Chris Falk
Chris Falk is an Executive Vice President for Newmark Mountain West in Clearfield, Utah. As a broker in commercial real estate, Chris has handled over 800 transactions exceeding $1 billion. Born and raised locally, Chris understands the unique qualities of the region, its great capacity for business, and maintains dynamic relationships with decision makers therein.
Chris has worked with many large companies throughout the state including Boeing, HCA Healthcare, Intermountain Health, JP Morgan Chase & Co., Pluralsight, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, the United States Air Force, Weber State University and Wells Fargo. Chris secured 350,000 square feet in a build-to-suit lease for Pluralsight’s new world headquarters in Draper, Utah, the largest office lease in Utah at the time.
