Branson Wood holds a degree in psychology from Utah Valley University, where he was a standout athlete on the lacrosse team, earning multiple All-Conference honors. At Mountain West Commercial Real Estate, Branson works with Chris Falk and Braxton Willie in the Northern Utah office, focusing on leasing and sales of office and industrial properties. Bryce Blanchard joined Newmark Mountain West in 1999 and became a principal at the firm within a few years. Over the course of his 26-year real estate career, Bryce has closed over 550 investment sales transactions with a combined value more than $5.2 billion. In 2024, Newmark awarded Bryce with Agent of the Year for the 4th time in his career, an award given to the highest producing agent.

In addition to private client sales, Bryce transacts some of the most noteworthy deals in the marketplace each year. In 2017, he brokered the largest retail deal in Utah, followed by 2018’s largest industrial sale in the state. In 2019, Bryce set a record for the highest achieved price per square foot for a historic office investment transaction in Salt Lake City CBD’s history.

Chris Falk is an Executive Vice President for Newmark Mountain West in Clearfield, Utah. As a broker in commercial real estate, Chris has handled over 800 transactions exceeding $1 billion. Jason joined TerraForm at the end of 2013. Jesse Smith is a respected commercial real estate executive who is currently the President of Management Services for Newmark Mountain West. Prior to joining Newmark Mountain West, Jesse worked for Hines, Newmark and a boutique firm in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Kristopher Mortensen is a top-performing broker recognized throughout Salt Lake City. Preston Miller began his career in commercial real estate in 2008 shortly after graduating from the University of Utah with a degree in economics and a minor in business. Before moving to Mountain West Commercial in 2020, Preston diversified his professional experience by working with both corporate and boutique firms: CBRE, Cushman Wakefield, and Pentad Retail/Hospitality. Skye Galley, a Salt Lake City native and double major in marketing and finance, started her commercial real estate journey in March 2020. Spencer Greer began his commercial real estate career at Marcus & Millichap upon graduating cum laude  from the University of Utah.  He first graduated with a Bachelor’s in Chinese Literature and a minor in sociology; he is professionally proficient in Mandarin Chinese. In 2021, Spencer completed a Master’s of Real Estate Development from the University of Utah.

In the summer of 2018, while working at Pentad Retail/Hospitality, Spencer formed a team with Preston Miller. Spencer focuses on tenant representation and landlord representation, while Preston focuses on investment, owner/user and development acquisitions.
