Allen Greenwell

Allen Greenwell is Head of Marketing for Newmark Mountain West, providing marketing support to the agents and promoting the company throughout the intermountain west. Prior to joining Newmark Mountain West, Allen spent nearly 19 years with Newmark in their Salt Lake City office. Initially hired as a GIS Technician, Allen grew in his role to eventually be able to provide graphic design support and was later promoted to the be the local Marketing Manager in the Salt Lake City office. As the Marketing Manager, Allen provided marketing, graphic design and mapping/GIS support to the local agents.

Allen especially enjoys meeting with agents and creating marketing materials that will best showcase their listings, utilizing photography, maps and other design elements to tell the story of the listing and market its appeal. Allen also enjoys helping agents create pitch presentations, bringing together all the elements of the company and the agents’ strengths to win new business.

Ai graduated from Utah Valley University in 2011 with her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Photography. She has spent time as a website template designer for a SaaS CMS provider, a motion graphics animator on the Learning Experience team for a university and has lived the past few years in Japan doing freelance design prior to joining the Mountain West Commercial team. Bryce Blanchard

Bryce Blanchard joined Newmark Mountain West in 1999 and became a principal at the firm within a few years. Over the course of his 26-year real estate career, Bryce has closed over 550 investment sales transactions with a combined value more than $5.2 billion. In 2024, Newmark awarded Bryce with Agent of the Year for the 4th time in his career, an award given to the highest producing agent.

Spencer Greer
