I'd love to hear your feedback! What would you like for me to discuss next?

What happens when you stop holding it all together?

In this episode, I’m pulling back the curtain and sharing what’s actually been unfolding beneath the surface of my life lately — the fears, the shame, the quiet realizations, and the unraveling that comes when you stop performing strength and start telling the truth.

Inspired by my experience working through The Artist’s Way and the daily practice of morning pages, I talk openly about being in a season of uncertainty — financially, emotionally, and identity-wise — and what it’s brought up around worthiness, independence, and the lifelong role of being “the strong one.”

This episode isn’t about solutions or tying things up in a neat bow.
It’s about witnessing the unraveling… and being okay with it.

Along the way, I explore the deeper thread that connects all of this:

  • how our mindset is shaped by the roles we learned to survive
  • how our nervous system equates control and self-reliance with safety
  • and how manifestation isn’t about forcing outcomes — but about whether our body feels safe enough to receive support, stability, and expansion

When your nervous system has learned that love is conditional…
 that worth comes from usefulness…
 that needing help equals rejection…

No amount of positive thinking can override that.

This conversation is about what happens when the armor comes off — and why that moment, as uncomfortable as it is, might actually be the doorway to everything you’re trying to create.

If you’re in a season where your life doesn’t look the way you thought it “should”…
If you’re terrified but also strangely alive…
If you’re questioning who you are when you’re not the fixer, the strong one, or the emotionally responsible one…

You’re not broken.
 You’re not failing.
You might just be integrating a new identity.

And you’re not alone in it.

Want to embody the shift instead of just thinking about it?
I host donation-based Wednesday Breathwork every Wednesday at 9PM EST (virtual).  Come regulate, release, and train your nervous system to feel safe receiving — now, not “someday.” Sign up here: Return to Self: Wednesday Breathwork

Every Sunday at79PM EST, I hold a small, private Breathwork Ritual designed for deeper identity integration. This is a slower, more intentional space to expand, embody, and reorganize safely. Limited spots available each week.
