I'm Lisa, and here, your mindset, your energy, your messiness, and your wildest dreams are the only currency. Are you ready? Let's fucking go. So today, um, our version of talking about manifestation, um, I do want to quickly just side note in the fact of I know the last couple episodes, um, I have been talking a lot about kind of the situations that I'm going through this whole big transition where I'm giving up my apartment. I don't know exactly where I'm landing, still in that spot. Um, but for me personally, right now, in this moment, talking about it and being able to sort through it, I feel so fucking confident in my choice, in my decision. Um, the place that I live, I absolutely love this apartment. Um beautiful wraparound parch porch and backyard, and but it's not me anymore. And I know that I have to feel uncomfortable in moving into this next phase of vulnerability in order to grow and expand into the person that I am supposed to be. And I have so much shedding going on, and I know that there's definitely other people that are either feeling this pull or going through it right now, and I want to be able to let them know that it's okay, like there's other people going through this, and it's going to be okay. Um, and knowing that manifestation, a lot of people like to joke and think that it's this thing of this woo-woo thing of just, I closed my eyes and I thought of $50 and it just landed in my hand. No, fuck that bullshit. That's not what manifestation is. Manifestation is getting deep, dark, gritty into who the fuck you are and understanding why you have the thoughts and the compulsions, and you keep repeating cycles and loops. And once you're able to actually understand those and being able to break out of them, that's how you're able to then create and attract and bring things into your life because you understand the perception and the reality that you are viewing, and being able to then rearrange your thoughts and your patterns to actually attract in what you want and what you actually desire and who you fucking are and what you can actually hold. So this is why I keep going on about these things, and I hope that you've been enjoying it through the way or going through and understanding, or even if you're going through and like, what the fuck is this crazy chick doing? It's fine. I thank you, and I really appreciate you guys listening. So, with that for today, we're gonna be talking more about like the shedding and that in between before you kind of go into the right phase. Like when you're like everybody talks about like when you're stepping into the higher self or becoming the version of you who has it, um quantum leaping into your life. But what about the part where your life is starting to feel like what the fuck is actually happening? Like everything feels a bit off, you feel off, the things that used to feel normal aren't feeling normal anymore, and you're sitting there like, wait, I thought I was doing everything right with my affirmations and my tapping and my meditation. So why does this feel like everything is kind of falling apart? And one of the most important parts of this entire process is actually the shedding part. And if you don't understand what's happening here, this is the exact moment where people begin to self-sabotage and go backwards because uh we've been sold on this idea that manifestation is about adding things into your life. You're trying to add more money, you're trying to add a better relationship, uh, improving your body, adding more confidence. Like it's presented as if we're trying to stack things on top of who we already are. But that's not actually how it works, it's not addition first, it's actually subtraction. And that's the part where it feels a bit uncomfortable because your body, we've talked about this, your body is not wired for your dream life, it's wired for what it knows. So even if your current life isn't ideal and you're going through crazy bullshit and you keep having these repeat cycles that fucking suck, it's familiar. Your nervous system is like, cool, we're good here. We've survived this before, we know what's coming. But the second that you're like, hmm, nah, I I want more, I'm done with this version of my life. Your system isn't there cheering you on, like, yeah, queen, let's expand. No, it's like uh absolutely the fuck not. That feels unsafe. I don't know what's happening, and yeah, fuck no. This is the part where. But when you actually allow it to happen, this is the part where you start outgrowing people, but you don't know fully where you belong yet. Your routines don't hit the same. Things that used to excite you don't anymore. You feel kind of in-between versions of yourself, and honestly, it can feel a little fucking lonely. Like you don't fully resonate with the old version of you anymore, but you're not fully locked into the new one yet. Like these fears and doubts and and some of those limiting beliefs are starting to melt away. So you see the world through this whole different lens, and your perception of everything is changing. Your thinking is different, you're what you're pulling in, the people that are around you, just don't feel comfortable anymore because they're not fitting into that timeline and that perception and that version of who you're expanding into. And this is a lot, a lot of where you then kind of hit that fork in the road where because it's starting to feel uncomfortable, you're like, all right, do I keep pushing through and allowing myself to feel this discomfort? Or do you go, I don't like this, it doesn't feel warm and cozy. Let me go back to what's comfortable. And especially right now, in this time, in this place, in this moment, um, I'm actually recording this just after the Aries new moon. Uh, in case this is heard years later or whatever, this is the year 2026. Um, I'm recording this April 19th. Um and we just had this beautiful new moon in Aries, which happened to fall on this incredible stallium where there's so many planets in Aries right now, and Aries is the energy of newness and action, and let's fucking go. So that's literally the energy that we're sitting in. So, and I with an Aries moon feel this so fucking much right now because Aries isn't gentle, Aries is like, we're fucking doing this now, figure it out as you go, and it's very much I'm becoming someone new, and I don't care if it's fucking uncomfortable. So that's where this part of just this expansion is like becoming so much more. You're going to feel like you're losing this old version of you. And if you don't understand that that needs to shed, you're going to think that something is wrong. So at this moment is where a lot of people try to just fix the discomfort and they go back into old habits and old patterns and old relationships just to try to feel normal again. And that's one of the things that I personally am fighting through, where because I'm unsure of exactly what's going to happen, I saw myself almost trying to go into circumstances where I thought I would feel comfortable, where the reality is I would not grow in those circumstances, and being able to go, you know what, even if that would allow me to feel comfortable in this moment, is it going to help me grow? Is it going to allow me to be this version that I'm working so fucking hard to become in this life that I see in my vision that I know 100% will come to reality? If I go into that that cycle or that pocket of comfort right now, is that really going to fucking help me? No, no, no, no. So instead of doing that, I want to give you something that you can actually do in those moments because I know how easy it is to spiral when everything feels off. So one of the exercises I want you to do, I want you to either pull out your phone or a notebook because I want you to write something down. If you're driving or walking right now and can't do it, you can you can also do this in your mind. I want you to ask a question. The first question is who is the version of me that I'm outgrowing right now? Don't overthink it. Just notice what comes up. Are you outgrowing the version of you who overthinks? The version who stays in situations too long because it feels comfortable, the version of you who plays small. Now, I want you to think of the version of me that I'm becoming, the version of you that you're becoming. Not perfect, but just the next level version of you. Because remember, it's in steps, you don't get there like that. Like you have to become, you have to shed, and you have to grow. So who is this next level version of you? Are you more calm, more decisive, more self-trusting? And this is the part that matters. The next time that you feel triggered, uncomfortable, or like you're about to make some action that's going to cause you to go backwards into a cycle or into a loop, I want you to pause and ask yourself which version of me is about to make this decision? The old one or the new one? And then just choose one small action that aligns with the newer version, but not a hugely, but just something different. You don't become a new version of you all at once. You become her in moments like this, because becoming a new version of you isn't something that just clicks overnight. It is built in those moments where you choose differently again and again, even when it feels uncomfortable, even when it feels unnatural, that's the work. You guys fucking have this. So if you're in a space right now where things feel off or like you're kind of in between versions of yourself, remember, we're technically always in in between versions of ourselves. If you are not growing and expanding every fucking day, month, year, decade, you're stuck in some crazy fucking loop because you should be wanting to expand and grow a little more every single day. This is not something that's going to, oh, I became the higher version of myself and now I'm just living this magical life. This is an ongoing thing, hopefully for the rest of your life. And I hope that doesn't scare you. I hope that excites you and you're open and willing to meet every version of you that is yet to come. And while you're going through it, I don't want you to panic. I don't want you to think that you're doing anything wrong when it feels uncomfortable. I want you to recognize this is the part where it's actually working. You're not falling apart, you're shedding the version of you that can't come with you.
