She is CEO of dotted, an advisory firm focused on forging strategic partnership across the health industry and industries it intersects. As success requires leveraging complex laws, regulations, and policies, Delphine founded 1928 LAW so that extraordinary companies can work with highly specialized & strategic legal counsel.  

Prior to designing a new paradigm to bring healthcare silos together and accelerate growth, Delphine was a Partner in Goodwin’s Healthcare & Lifesciences practice - and launched its pioneering Women's Health & Wellness Industry practice. Delphine's return to private practice came after over a decade in the health system world as a healthcare executive with Ascension.  Delphine also teaches at Columbia Law School and serves on a variety of advisory & governing boards.

Lorine Pendleton is a seasoned venture capital investor and former media and entertainment attorney with a background spanning sports, media, entertainment, and technology. She has established herself in the angel and venture capital investing ecosystem for over a decade. She is the Founding Partner of 125 Ventures, a VC fund investing in the future of sports (with a particular focus on women’s sports projected to grow 300% through 2030), and media and entertainment companies at the intersection of tech. In addition to the rise of women’s sports, investment areas include AI/Data Analytics, Creator Economy & Fandom, College Athletics/NIL, and Live & Immersive Events. Previously, she was a Partner at two top-performing funds with Portfolia, where she co-launched the Rising America Fund I in 2020, targeting high-growth sectors including sports, media, entertainment, fintech, and health.
