GLP-1s are everywhere right now — Ozempic, Tirzepatide, Retatrutide… and if you feel like everyone and their neighbor is on one, you’re not wrong.

But here’s the real question no one is asking loud enough:
👉 Are these making us healthier… or just skinnier?

In this episode, I’m diving DEEP into the conversation I feel like I’m having every single day — with clients, friends, family, and honestly… strangers at this point.

And listen, I’m not here to bash GLP-1s.
I actually think they can be incredible tools.

But what I’m seeing right now?
A whole lot of people using them the wrong way… and paying the price.

We’re breaking down:

  • What GLP-1s actually do (beyond just “you’re not hungry”)
  • The real differences between Ozempic, Tirzepatide, and Retatrutide
  • Why some people are THRIVING on them… and others are crashing
  • The side effects no one is talking about (muscle loss, bone density, hormone disruption 👀)
  • Why “just eating less” is NOT the flex people think it is
  • And how to use these as a tool to build your body — not break it

We’re also getting into:

  • The two (honestly THREE) types of people using GLP-1s right now
  • Why your approach matters more than the peptide itself
  • The biggest dosing mistakes I keep seeing
  • How microdosing can completely change your experience
  • And what to stack with GLP-1s if you actually care about your muscle, metabolism, and long-term health

Because here’s the truth:

You can lose 20 pounds…
…and still end up in a worse place metabolically.

Or —
you can use this season to rebuild your body the way it was designed to function.

Around here, we’re not chasing skinny.
We’re building strong, fueled, thriving bodies that last.

So if you’ve been:

  • Curious about GLP-1s
  • Confused by all the information out there
  • Or wondering if they’re right for you

This episode is going to give you clarity, conviction, and a whole new perspective.

Because the question isn’t:
“Should I take a GLP-1?”

It’s:
🔥 “Am I willing to do this the right way?”

Let’s get into it.

Hey guys. So I wanted to talk to you guys today about a conversation that I seem to continue to have lately with my clients when I'm working, with friends, with family. Um, and the conversation is GLP1s. So I feel I've I've done a couple shows now talking about peptides, but I feel like I need to dive in a little deeper here. And I feel like there is a lot about GLP ones that is misunderstood, a lot of things that we need to cover here. So I'm talking Ozempic, trzepatide, retitrutide. And I want to be straightforward about this. I am not here to bash them. I think that they can be incredible tools. However, what I'm seeing right now is a whole lot of people not using this tool correctly and hearing about a lot of issues that are resulting from GLP1s. And so today I want to get into what they actually do, which I've covered a little bit before, but I want to go a little deeper. I want to talk about why people are loving them, not just the weight loss and the side effects that nobody is talking about, good and bad, and how to use them in a way that actually builds your body instead of breaking it and what could be completely life-changing for some people, good and bad. As always, I'm not a doctor. This is just my opinion. This is just my research. These are just some real-world conversations with people actually doing this. So let's dive into this. Hey friends, and welcome to the Fit Nerd Podcast. This is the podcast where faith, fitness, and science all collide. I'm Abby, and I'm here to help you work with the body that God gave you so that you can feel stronger, you can feel healthier, and you can feel happier in your everyday life. Around here, we geek out on all the good stuff. I'm talking genetics, nutrition, training, hormones, biohacking, even the spiritual side of health. Because you are fearfully and wonderfully made, understanding how your body works is one of the best ways that we can honor that design. For me, this isn't just about looking good today. It's about feeling good as I age. I want to be fit when I'm old, and I want to enjoy life to the absolute fullest, which means feeling my best. And I want that for you too. So whether you're lifting, running, meal prepping, momming, or just listening on your drive, let's dig into the current fads in fitness, the truth in science, and the hope that we can find in faith so you can make the best choices for the amazing body that God gave you. This is the Fit Nerd Podcast. Let's get started. So I just feel like there are so many conversations going on right now. As I've said before, I think that peptides can be completely life-changing. I think they're gonna change our whole medical world if they haven't already begun the process. And right now I feel like what we're seeing is this trend that a lot of people have jumped on the peptide train. Typically, if people start one, they're gonna try a whole bunch more because you see the results and you see the benefits of them if done correctly. But then I feel like there's this whole other world that has heard about some crazy side effects and they are on this train that they peptides are bad or GLP ones are bad. And as you know, if you listen to my first episode on this, I was on that train too. I thought that Ozempic was awful. And I thought that we were gonna see these terrible things that resulted from Ozempic later on. Then I did my research and I've actually looked into a lot of this stuff. And I do feel like it's a little bit different than what actually a lot different than what I thought that it was about. But in the GLP1 community, because I feel like it has just boomed, it has just exploded. And I feel like there are so many people on GLP ones right now, but there's a lot of misinformation. And I feel like there's a lot of companies that are producing these peptides that people are getting on, people are selling them, and they're not, people are not receiving the right information from it, and they're not utilizing them correctly that is going to benefit their body the way that's gonna make them healthier. And, you know, I'm all about everybody getting healthier. That's the goal here. I feel like for everybody, we should all be trying to be healthier. I know not everybody is always on that same track with me. I think there's a lot of people that are doing GLP ones just simply for the weight loss. Then they receive some other great benefits. Maybe there's people abusing them and they're getting some really negative benefits, but I want to dive into all of that because I feel like these are conversations I am having daily with people interested in peptides, talking to me, calling me, my clients when I'm doing hair, just friends, family, everybody. I feel like we're I'm talking about this all the time. So I want to put out this episode, help get some information out there from what I know of it. Obviously, not a doctor, right? So this is just personal experience with peptides. This is also just my research that I've done, the science behind peptides, that's what this is about. Okay, so I want to jump back a little bit. Let's rewind and let's talk about what peptides truly are. Um, and this is all peptides. GLP ones are included in this. I know GLP ones are the hot topic here, but GLP ones are a peptide, which was confusing to me when I was first learning about this. But, anyways, let's get into it. So peptides are essentially the little text messages of your body. So peptides are just these short chain amino acids. Think of them like little messages that your body is sending to other parts of your body, like, hey, we need to burn fat. Hey, we need to release insulin. Hey, let's heal this tissue. Your body already does these things. Your body already produces those amino acids on their own. But when you take a peptide, either you inject a peptide, maybe it's a nasal spray, maybe it's a pill you're taking, some people are drinking peptides. What it does is it essentially just turns the volume up or it replaces a weak signal. So, and it depends on the different type of peptide, how that works. It could potentially replace your own or it can add to it. Either way, it's very powerful because it's triggering your body to do what it already does. It's not a random chemical that's being put into your body, like a medicine. People who call peptides medicine, they're not medicine. They're bioidentical. It's what our body already produces, giving our body the instructions it already does, but it's just amplifying it. So, this is also why I believe this is gonna explode in five to 10 years, because I think we're gonna see peptides for everything, you know? So there's a few major players in here. GLP1, of course, I feel like is at the top of that. And the GLP one simply just you have you create GLP1 already. Our bodies already do that. So when you're taking a GLP one, um, either an injection or a drink or whatever, I do think most people are injecting GLP1s at this point. A GLP one is going to just amplify the GLP one that you already have and add to it. So it just tells your body I'm full. So all that's all GLP1 does. It just signals your brain, hey, I'm full. We don't need to eat anymore. Um, but it's a lot deeper than that. It's not just a food thing like I thought it was. So let's dive into that a little bit. Everyone in their neighbor right now, I feel like is on a GLP one, even people who maybe aren't talking about it, maybe they're not mentioning it. But I think that there's a lot of people that are on them, right? And let's be honest, our country is in a metabolic crisis right now. I think the majority of people, and I say majority because that is accurate, accurate representation. Majority of people have insulin resistance. Majority of people are chronically inflamed, majority of people are under muscled and overfed and oh and undernourished. So think about that. I'm gonna say that again. Under muscled, overfed, undernourished. Okay, that's the majority of people right now. So when something comes along that says, hey, you can lose 20 pounds without feeling like you're starving and it's not gonna be a whole lot of work and you're just gonna be skinnier and you're not gonna crave food and you're gonna eat less. Of course, people are gonna be into that, right? Because we have two different, very, two very different types of users for GLP ones. And I think this is very important here. As I have seen, there are group number one, which are people who genuinely need metabolic help. People who have maybe abused their body to get to a place that their body is not responding the way that it used to. And within this group, this could be people like myself who like truly thought funfetti cake was a food staple for the majority of my life. Pasta and funfetti. I could have lived off of that, right? At the same time, I've always worked out. I've always taken care of my uh exercise part of my life because I love it and I need it. Diet-wise, I was not taking care of myself for many, many, many years. So I wreaked some havoc on my body. Um there's other people in this group too who are eating everything that they're supposed to, training the way that they're supposed to, and maybe their hormones are a little out of whack and their body's not responding the way that it used to. PCOS could be in this group, people with obesity, people with blood sugar issues solely. But there's there's a group of people that are looking for help to get healthier, right? And so the idea of a GLP one, because maybe they've done the research and they've seen how they reduce inflammation and help your insulin resistance and could help your hormones, could help there. I mean, the list I'll get into the list is pretty impressive. So that is group number one. But then we have a second group. And these are the people who are just chasing being skinny. I have seen a lot of this with older people that maybe were raised, you know, in the 80s, where skinny was ideal, not necessarily healthy, maybe not necessarily in the best shape, but skinny. Okay. So there's people that are going using GLP ones for that reason. But I feel like within these two groups, they are not approaching GLP ones the same way. One looking to get healthier and one looking to simply get skinnier. Um, and I and I think that's important here because I think we are seeing some really negative effects from that group number two. We'll get into that. Let me jump really quick first to kind of explain the different types of GLP ones, and then we're gonna get back to those two groups. Okay, so first thing is I wanna talk about the different GLP ones because I feel like there's a lot of confusion about this. There's a lot of people who ask me questions. So we're gonna talk first about the OG. Ozempic. Okay, so this was essentially round one, the first one that was released. Other names for Ozempic can be semaglutide, Wagovi, Rebelsis. These are all names that mean the same thing. This is the OG, this is like the celebrity, this is what people refer back to when somebody just randomly shows up 20 pounds less, like, oh, they must be on Ozepic. So this one is a GLP1 receptor agonist. That's all it does. So, what that means is you feel full faster, your food stays in your stomach longer, your blood sugar will stabilize because of this. Essentially, you eat less, so you lose weight. Pretty simple, right? I mean, we've all we've all been taught that. So the good news is that A1C drops, and that's around one to 1.5% in study in studies, appetite control drops, your cravings drop. Oftentimes inflammation drops because essentially your diet has improved. The problem is this doesn't teach your body anything, it just turns down the hunger. Okay. Unless you are using it to change your lifestyle, whatever, we're gonna get into all that. It simply just turns down the volume for your hunger. That's it, which could be really helpful for some people. But long term, it has shown to not be super effective unless lifestyle changes were made. So let's look into round two. And I say round because these were studies that were done. Um people long-term labs and long-term studies were done on people utilizing these different GLP1s. And so round two released one called trzepatide. Other names for trzepatide are Mongiorno or Zetbound. Okay, so, and the reason why there's more names for those is because some of these things have been already picked up by Big Pharma and are being utilized as a medicine. And so the doses are already pre-made. But we'll I'll get into that a little bit more. So trazepatide, second one we're talking about, also known as Mongiorno or Zetbound, these ones presented a second agonist here. So it's everything that Ozempic is, plus it also now deals with your GIP. So now we're not just suppressing appetite, but we're also improving how your body actually handles those nutrients and insulin when food is introduced. So it just essentially helps helps your body to utilize your food correctly by triggering your pancreas to release insulin differ more efficiently, and also to make your cells accept the insulin more efficiently. Essentially, you are helping here with insulin resistance, because that's um a big issue that a lot of people have. What we saw from this round, this release of trials, more weight loss, up to around 20% body weight in trials, which is huge. Um, better blood sugar control than semiglutide, and stronger appetite suppressant. And here's where I start raising my eyebrow a little bit. Some people are eating so little that their bodies are basically like, all right, cool, we're we're just not gonna eat anymore. Personally, I do not feel like this should ever be a goal of anybody's ever. If this is you, if you are on something that you are just excited that you are not eating and you're not hungry, I strongly encourage you to rethink your plans here. I don't think anybody should be happy about not eating. Our bodies need food. So, what we have seen with trzepatide is a lot of people dropping a lot of weight. And by weight, I don't mean fat. I also includes muscle. And that is a huge problem. A huge, huge problem because I think there's a lot of people in that group two that I mentioned that are just focusing on being skinny that trusepatide works really well for them. And I think we're gonna see some major issues come about from that that I'll get into. But let's jump then into round three, which reduce which produced retrutide. This one is wild. This one is a triple agonist. It is, so it's everything that trisepatide is, plus, it has an additional agonist called that deals with your glucagon. This glucagon piece shifts your body towards burning stored fat for fuel rather than for your muscle. So, as I talked about with those first two trials, essentially we saw people who just quit eating, and that is gonna result in muscle loss, which is terrible. As we know, muscle is the number one predictor for longevity. And if you are not, if you are breaking down muscle, you are gonna have issues long term that I will talk about. So this presented an issue, obviously. And people wanted to be able to receive the positive benefits that you were seeing from semaglutide and trisepatide, which was insulin, some of those insulin issues, um decrease in inflammation. Those are those are positive, right? Positive changes from those. And for people who are utilizing them, utilizing them correctly, but people were still losing some muscle. This retitrutide changed the game because this turned into not let's eat less, but it turned into use what your body already has stored. So in trials, we're seeing that there's up to 24% of body weight loss, and most of that is coming from fat. So that is huge. Um, there is better fat targeting, there is potentially better muscle preservation. And when I say potentially, that is when people are utilizing it correctly. Because, like I said, there's a lot of people not. The biggest difference is that you can actually still eat. That GLP one is pretty quiet. So it's not shutting your hunger down like a trusepatide. It is allowing you to eat. In fact, you have to eat in order for it to work correctly with your GIP and your glucagon. So sh this is shocking, right? Because you actually need to eat in order to stay alive and thrive. So this one is crazy because essentially you can eat, you just don't have the insane cravings, and you are able to see fat loss while still utilizing muscle. So hold on, pause. There's actually a group three here that I haven't addressed yet. This is people who are very, very heavy into working out. Maybe we're talking bodybuilders or we're talking people, gym rats, people who care very much about the health and wellness of their body and they like to try out different things. It is people who are taking care of themselves, people who are working out hard, and people who want to see some additional targeted fat loss that they are trying to curve with their diet. They are trying to curve with their workouts, but they can't necessarily target it exactly the way they want for whatever reason their body is not responding the way that they want. So this RETA, it can be very, very helpful to those people for sure. So let's get into the side effects here. All right. Um, this is where I want to get honest with you because these things really work, but they can also completely wreck you if you don't respect them. And I say that with all the warnings that I possibly can. You can completely destroy your body if you are not utilizing these as a tool and you are not utilizing them to help your body get healthier, you are gonna end up in way worse shape. So the number one issue, the number one side effect, negative side effect that I am super passionate about and super frustrated about is muscle loss. This is, I believe, the silent killer. It's a huge one. Studies suggest that 30 to 40 percent of weight loss can be from your lean mass. So let me translate that. You're not losing just fat, you're also losing your metabolism, you're losing your longevity, you're losing your blood sugar control, your hormone regulation. If you lose that, you might look smaller, but internally you have completely downgraded your system. You are gonna be in way worse shape metabolically than you were before. You are going to also potentially have issues with your bones. I saw a study the other day that said people who have been on Ozempic for a little while are losing 30% of their bone density. That is so scary to me. And what have we learned about bone density? It comes from your muscles pulling and your tendons pulling on your bones and making your bones produce more osteoblasts and making your bones regenerate. If you are losing muscle, you're you're targeting, you are going to lose integrity of your bone. And that is really scary for people as they get older. So that is the number two issue, is this bone density issue. Um, because also rapid weight loss plus low nutrients plus no resistance training is gonna be like giant sirens going off in my head. There is evidence showing that declines in bone mineral density during aggressive weight loss phases happen because of two reasons that there's no, there's no mechanical pulling, like I just talked about. But also, if there is too rapid of a weight loss, your bones will actually release some nutrients into your body to try to help you survive. You know, our bodies are constantly trying to reach a good equilibrium and to help us to thrive and survive the best way that they can. So if your body notices that it's low in Some nutrients, it's going to do everything it can to help. And your bones can release some vital nutrients in order to try to help. So not only are we seeing huge rapid weight loss within our muscle and huge rapid muscle loss and not having that mechanical pulling on our bones, but we're also seeing those bones trying to help you survive if the weight loss is too fast. So, number three issue is people are seeing hair loss, skin changes, and weak nails. This isn't random. This is your body saying, we don't have enough nutrients to maintain everything. We're gonna abort some of the things that are not as important and we're gonna cut some corners here. Your hair is pretty optional. Your skin glowing, that's pretty optional. Your hormones, we don't really need to deal with those right now. We need to live. So let's get rid of these things. And this is an issue for people who are not utilizing GLP1s the correct way. Number four, some people report having what's called anhedonia, which is like this flat feeling. And this one really fascinates me. Um, some people report like less excitement, less joy, just feeling very bleh. So the GLP1 pathways interact with your dopamine systems. So, yes, you're gonna lose your cravings, but you might also lose some of that spark if your dosing is off. Once again, these side effects only happen if you're not doing this correctly. Doesn't happen if you're doing it correctly. So if you are dosing incorrectly, or if you are not utilizing them correctly, you're gonna, you could potentially have these issues. Number five, GI issues. You could be suffering nausea, constipation, bloating. And this is completely dose related. So your body's essentially saying this is too much. So I get very frustrated when I hear people who are like, oh my gosh, I've been on a GLP one and I'm so nauseous all the time. I'm feel so sick, I can't even eat. Well, then your dose is off because that should not, that should not be the case. You should essentially lose some of your cravings. That's what it should feel like. You should not feel so sick or so tired. That could be that you're it could also mean that you are not taking in enough nutrients. That's gonna be a huge issue too. Obviously, you don't eat, you don't have any fuel, you're gonna feel terrible, right? So you need to eat. You need to have your dosing needs to be correct so that you can have enough nutrients so that your body can can actually thrive off of this, not feel worse. That'd be terrible. I don't care how skinny somebody wants to be, if they feel terrible, that's that's not that cannot be good. So this is let me just basically sum this up here to this point. If you start a GLP one and you barely eat and you do not lift weights, and you live on protein barbs, bar protein bars and protein powders and or nothing, and you lose 20 pounds, and everybody's excited because you lose 20 pounds. But if you have not actively been trying to retain your muscle or produce more muscle, that means your muscle has dropped. That means your metabolism has slowed, that means your nutrient stores are completely depleted. And then you come off of it and your body is like store everything this person eats because we almost just died because we didn't eat for this amount of time, and boom, rebound weight. And we're seeing this a ton. People are gaining everything back plus some because now those muscles that are supposed to be helping your metabolism, that's supposed to be helping all the other processes of your body, you don't have as much anymore. So now your body is just storing everything in the form of adipose, which is fat, because it's scared, doesn't trust you anymore. You just showed it that you didn't eat. That's terrible. That had that would be so frustrating for everybody. But this is the difference here. And listen up, turn, turn it up. If you are thinking about a GLP one, if you are scared of a GLP one, if I scared you by all those things there, I hope I didn't, because there is absolutely a right way to use them. These can be tools that can be used well, that can completely benefit your body. Of course, there are non-negotiables here. Protein, number one, is your best friend. You have to have around 0.8 to one gram per pound of your goal weight. And you have to eat real food. So just drinking protein shakes in there or protein bars or whatever, that's not gonna be great for you. You need real whole food the way that God intended. Shakes maybe as a backup, absolutely, but not as your foundation, right? So you need that protein in order to retain your muscle, in order for your body functions to actually work the way that they're supposed to. Also, a non-negotiable is you have to lift weights. And this is heavy-ish weights, and this is consistently at a minimum of three times a week. By doing this, you tell your body we need to keep this muscle, we need to utilize this muscle, we cannot get rid of this muscle. You have your body has to know that the muscle has to stay. No, there's we cannot cannot do this any other way. And we also need to eat like an adult. You need to eat protein, you need to eat fruits, you need to eat veggies, you need to eat healthy fats. You cannot starve yourself. You have to have nourishment. You have to. And you have to hydrate like you mean it. This means you have to have electrolytes intentionally. Sodium, potassium, and magnesium, these are all essential here, especially if you're on a GLP1, it's gonna burn through these things. You have to do those things. So if you are actively eating your protein, strength training three times a week, eating whole foods and hydrating appropriately while also microdosing in GLP1, you're gonna see some insane positives. You're gonna see blood sugar control. This can be for people with insulin resistance, this is gonna be huge. You're gonna see cardiovascular protection. Studies are showing that GLP1s can reduce the risk of major adverse cardiovascular events. Essentially, people who are high risk are typically obese. Reduction in obesity is gonna be better for your heart. People having heart failure, obviously, we're gonna see better stuff with that too. We have also seen kidney health improving, reductions in major kidney disease events, especially with people with diabetes. People who have issues with their liver see drastic and significant improvements from GLP1s. Of course, there's gonna be a reduction in food noise, people who maybe have some addictions, some sugar addictions, also a reduction in addictions for alcohol. There's been a huge reduction in alcohol with people on GLP1s, and a lot of people report not even wanting it at all. So that's big if you have an issue with that. A huge thing that I see is reduced inflammation. GLP1s are associated with reduced inflammation throughout the entire body, including low levels of that C reactive protein, CRP, which is gonna help reduce cardiovascular risk and it's gonna help everything in your body altogether. Inflammation is a major, major issue for a lot of people and GLP1s help with that. Also, people who have sleep apnea, we have seen now that GLP1s really help improve sleep apnea. So those are huge positives, right? Not to mention that a lot of people, you know, that anhedonia is in extreme cases where people just feel flat all the time. But some people, if your hormones are kind of all over the place, it can make you feel very steady and very, very even, make you feel good because you're used to these high highs and these low lows. So it can be a huge positive if done correctly. Now, if you are still not doing it correctly and you're still not eating your protein and lifting heavy and eating whole foods and hydrating like you're supposed to, you're gonna see all those negative things that I talked about before. So another thing we need to talk about here is dosing. Now, a lot of issues that people see, some of those negative side of negative side effects are from misinformation on dosage. So you don't need to race to the highest dose. In fact, like Redatrutide, if you are seeing positive effects at a very low dose, you keep it there. You're not supposed to increase it. I think that everybody should start low. I think everybody should stay low and only increase if there is a big need to increase, but it's not a race. If you feel constant nausea, if you feel zero desire to eat, if you feel exhausted, if you feel emotionally flat, that's not success. That is overdosing, especially with Redotrutide, it works better when you're eating. So um dosing can be a major, major thing that I don't feel like people who are buying peptides from just random people off social media are not getting good advice on how to dose correctly. So that's something to definitely be weary of. Now, another thing that I think is huge that needs to be addressed is like I said earlier, once you start peptides, you kind of want to do them all. You end up wanting to stack things and because you notice these crazy improvements in your body. And it's not like taking a medicine where it takes over your body. It's you feel like your body is functioning better. Um, let's talk about stacking. If you want to do this smartly, there's different ways that you can support your body rather than just, you know, weight loss is not the only peptide that there is, right? So I've talked before about BPC 157, helps your gut repair, helps with nausea, inflammation, great for healing while you are working out and losing weight. That could be something great. CJC1295 plus ipamorelin, this is gonna boost that growth hormone, supports your muscle retention, improves your sleep, and helps you with recovery. A tessamorelin, this is gonna target visceral fat. It complements fat loss, helps keep your physique very, your quality very high, keeps your body, especially for bodybuilders. A lot of people stack Tesla with specifically REDT. And then creatine. Creatine is not one to skip. It will definitely help with muscle preservation, strength, and brain support. Now, it is important to mention here that when you take any sort of peptide, your body still has to do the work. So take, for example, BPC 157. It triggers healing in your body, right? Well, it triggers it, but your body still has to heal. So there are some people who report maybe headaches or being a little more tired when they're on BPC 157 at first because your body still has to do the work. It's still working, right? And so keep that in mind. A lot of these things do still require some work. It also takes about four to six weeks to actually see these peptides kicking in in your body to really accept them as part of your body. And so, with any peptide, four to six weeks is kind of the key there. A lot of them you need to cycle off of. How you take them during the week can be very different too. There's a lot that goes into this. GLP1s are typically dosed once a week, but there are some people who dose them twice a week in half the amount. The half-life is what you have to take into account. So GLP1s have a half-life of six days. So at six days, they're almost completely out of your system. And so people usually take them every seven days in a shot form. It's also important to rotate where you take it, where you um, where you inject at, whether your belly, your love handles, your legs, your arms, it's important to rotate that as well. But other things like BPC 157, that can be taken daily. Some of them are five days on, two days off. Some of them can be done twice a day. Um, it's very dependent upon the peptide. That's why you need to make sure you're doing your research and not just by buying them from um the black market online or the gray market and actually be getting some good quality advice on how to move forward with that. So, my final thoughts here. I don't think that GLP ones um are magic, but I do think that they are magnifiers and I do think they can be incredible tools when used correctly. So creating good habits that maybe you don't have prior to the GLP one, using them to help you with your goals, help you to eat on track, or help you to help your body get healthier, these are all things that a GLP one can help you with when it's used as a tool. And you're gonna get incredible results if you do that. If you are creating worse habits while on it, like not eating or not eating well, continuing to eat badly while taking them, you're gonna create a lot of damage and you're not going to help yourself in the future when you decide to come off of them. So the question should not be, should I take one? The question should be, are you willing to build a lifestyle that deserves the results that you're chasing? If you do this right, if you don't just lose weight, you build a body that actually works better, the way God intended your body to work, the way God originally created your body to work, but you have maybe had some issues along the way of not taking care of it. If you are actively trying to build a body that works correctly, then these can be a fantastic tool for a lot of people. I'm not talking on the outside, I'm talking inside as well. So if you do it wrong, you might lose some pounds, but you'll end up losing other things as well. And that could that can be an issue. I truly believe that these can be and have been incredibly beneficial for a lot of people when utilized correctly. So, anyways, that's my hot take, guys. I know there's a lot of people out there trying to figure all these things out. Please message me with questions for them. I know I've had a lot of people talk to me about different ones, specifically retitrutide. I microdose with retitrutide. I love it. I absolutely love it. I still eat a lot while I'm taking it. I have just utilized it to help me hit some more of my nutrition goals. You know, it's been very helpful for me with that because my inflammation has drastically reduced. I believe I was dealing with some insulin resistance, but I have been able to up my workouts. I've been able to care for myself better and I feel healthier while I'm on it. And that should, that should be the goal. I am on like a super, super, super micro dose. I take very, very little. I dose very specifically for this because I don't want to get in a um situation that I'm not eating enough and getting negative side effects from that. And I care very much about my muscle retention. So I'm utilizing it as a tool. So if you guys have any questions, please reach out. There's some people who have swapped from different ones to other ones and they're not seeing results that they want. I can help you. So obviously not a doctor, once again, but just have done a lot of research. So, anyways, I hope this helps. I hope this answers some questions for people. And yeah, thanks for listening, guys.
