Hello and welcome to Head in the Clouds. Thank you very much for being here. I am so excited you've chosen the reconnection meditation for yourself. It's a beautiful invitation to connect to your inner landscape. So as to calm and quiet down your external environment because what happens within is reflected without. And so it's so important that we are tuning into ourselves, taking stock of what's going on, seeing if there's any beliefs, any patterns, any habits that we can refine to create the external world that we are creating. So for the next fifteen or so minutes, learn a little bit about yourself and reconnect meditation. Take a slow deep breath in through your nose. The energy that isn't yours. Repeat silently. I belong to you. Let the earth energy rise through your legs, steady, nurturing, grounding. Move your attention now to your lower abdomen, just below the navel. See a soft orange glow swirling gently like warm sunlight on water. Breathe into this space and allow any stuck emotions to drift away. Repeat silently. I release what isn't mine. I flow with ease and joy. Feel your creativity and passion begin to hum again. Softly but surely. Visualize the golden sun there, glowing brighter with each breath. This light belongs only to you. Repeat silently. Expanding from within. Bring your awareness to your chest. See a green light, threads of pink pulsing gently. With every inhale, draw love into yourself, receiving. With every exhale, send love outward in balance. Repeat silently. I give and receive love in harmony. Feel your heart soften and strengthen all at once. Visualize the cool blue light spinning softly. Release any tightness here. The words unspoken, boundaries withheld. Repeat silently. My voice is clear and kind. I speak my truth with ease. Let your next exhale carry away any self-silencing. Shift your attention to the space between your eyebrows. Deep indigo light shines there. Clear, calm and steady. See thoughts quieting, intuition sharpening, and your inner knowing anchoring. I trust my insight. I see truth clearly and stay centered in myself. Now imagine a soft white light above your head. Streams down gently like warm rain flowing through every chakra, every cell. Repeat silently. I am connected. Let this light continue to pour down until you feel complete, until your energy field is glowing softly, balanced. Visualize it, gathering gently into your heart. Reconnected with you once more. Repeat silently, I am home within myself. I am grounded and home.
