Meditation: Breathe in the Feeling You Desire Then Let It Lead You
Breathe into the future you want—and feel it now. We guide a slow, grounded meditation that helps you shift from thinking about desire to embodying it, using simple cues that calm the nervous system and invite clarity. You’ll root into the earth from the base of your spine, open a bright channel of white light through the crown, and connect those currents into a steady pillar so your body feels supported, awake, and ready to receive.
From that anchored place, we place hands on the heart or belly and ask a clear question: what do I truly want right now? Instead of forcing an answer, we let it arrive as a texture—confidence in the chest, abundance in the breath, freedom in the jaw, joy in the eyes. Then we give that feeling colour. With each inhale the colour brightens; with each exhale it expands through the body, into the mind, beyond the skin and into the space around you. The room starts to match the state you’re cultivating, turning visualisation into an embodied memory you can revisit any time.
This practice is gentle yet potent, whether you’re seeking confidence for a tough conversation, more abundance in your creative work, or a baseline of freedom when life feels tight. Expect clear guidance, unhurried pacing, and practical imagery that helps you encode your desired state at a cellular level. Hello. Welcome to a meditation practice to allow you to embody the future of what it is that you desire. Take a moment to allow yourself to get really comfortable. You can complete this meditation lying dine or in a comfortable seat. Wherever you are, just making sure that your spine can be nice and tall so that your chakras can be aligned. If you're seated, really grind and dine through the sip bones and lengthening up through the crown of your head. Allow your body to be nice and soft. Nice and open. Relaxing the shoulders, softening the belly. Take a nice big deep breath in. Bringing your awareness all the way down to the base of your spine. Just imagine in here that you are going roots from the base of your spine all the way down through the layers of where you're seated or where you're lying to the floor of the building or to the earth. And then imagining these roots traveling all the way down through the layers of the earth. All the way down until they reach the center. And then you might tie your roots around something there. Maybe a rock or a crystal. Connecting yourself in with Mother Earth. Rooting you here, steadying you here. Almost like you were sipping it up through a straw through your root system. All the way up into the base of your spine. And then bring in your awareness to the crown of your head. And imagining that there is this beautiful beam of white light. Traveling from the crown of your head all the way up through the building, the roof if you're inside, up through the sky if you're outdoors. Traveling all the way up as high as you can go. Up through the sky, up into the cosmos. Connecting you in with the universe, with your guides, with your ancestors. And then align that beautiful white channel of light to travel from the cosmos down through the crown of your head, down through each chakra in the body, the crown, the throat, the heart, the solar plexus, the sacral, all the way down to the base. So that you become this pillar. This pillar of light connected to source and connected to the earth. So that you become this beautiful channel for what is true. And here you might allow your hands now to rest, maybe on your heart space, maybe on your belly. Whatever allows you to connect in with your own place of wisdom, your own inner wisdom. And taking three anchoring breaths, filling that space, gathering your awareness, your attention there in this space of wisdom in your body, asking yourself the simple question What do I want? What do I desire in my life right now? Maybe this desire is something physical. Maybe it's something personal to you, part of yourself that you wish to come online, your confidence or your intuition. Noticing what comes up. Maybe it is that feeling of confidence. Maybe it's abundance. Perhaps it's freedom or joy. Just noticing for a moment here how you wish to feel. Maybe it's a recent memory. Maybe you have to cast your mind back a little. Maybe the color gets brighter with each round of breath in. And the color expands with each round of breath out. Allowing this feeling to expand into every facet of your being. Into each part of your body, into each little crevice in your mind. And then allowing this feeling to expand beyond the body. You might see this color expand beyond the layer of your skin, out into your aura. Maybe you start to allow it to fill the entire space you're in. Perhaps even take it out beyond the building you're in or the space you're in outside. Take it as far out and as wide as you can. Holding this feeling in your body and beyond your body, allowing it to become your reality. Allowing your entire system to be soaked in this feeling. Taking a few more breaths here, upgrading each little part of your system, allowing this feline to become a cellular memory, one that you can come back to any time you choose. Stay here with your eyes closed for as long as feels good for you. Bringing your awareness into the space through which you're seated. When you feel ready, you can gently reopen your eyes.
