Hello. Welcome back to this final episode on the pod for 2025. Thank you so much for being here. It has been so incredible bringing this podcast to life and connecting with you in this way over the past few months. And this episode has actually been born from a request that I had to share a little bit more around something that I had spoken about on my social media about my manifestation processes in moving home. And I was gonna actually record this final podcast episode as a little bit of a year-in review and reflections on business and personal life. And then I kind of realized that a lot of the things that I've moved through this year I've been sharing with you inside of this podcast already. So it felt really great to be invited to speak to something that I am practicing currently and that I know will really support you inside of this December energy. If you're listening to this live with me now, we're just 10 days off of Christmas. And December can hold a really funny energy. I spoke about this a little bit on the previous episode. You might feel like you are in a lot of reflection right now, which is a really powerful process to move through. I spoke about how I do that on the last episode. If you haven't listened to it already, how I integrate my own year. You might be in the middle of that right now. You might really be reflecting on your year, and that can do a couple of things sometimes. It might make you feel really motivated for the year that's ahead, or it might be leading you to feel other ways about the year that you've had. Maybe you've had a challenge in the year this year, maybe things haven't gone the way that you thought they might. And all of those things are welcome. Of course, we have a certain level of control over the year that we have, but also there are certain things that we move through that we absolutely have to surrender to and inside of as well. So, however, your year has been, I know that many of us, especially if you're an entrepreneur, you may be starting to plan out what you want 2026 to look like. You may be beginning to feel into what your desires are, how you want to lead the following year. Maybe you've had experiences that you've really learned from this year that you want to shift and change your life in some way next year. And so the thing that I was sharing on social media was really around my manifestation practices. And I have been doubling down on these a lot as I have moved home. These are practices that I incorporate particularly into my business at all times. But this is now a season of my life where all areas are in change and in flux, and so it has felt really powerful to me and for me to double down on these practices as I land into life in Ireland and really feel into what I want this to look like, because that felt challenging on the other side of the world, given that we haven't lived here in such a long time. So let me tell you a little bit about what I've been doing. I'm also going to share a little bit about why I do the things that I do, because something that I've learned through Joe Dispens's work, who is someone that I absolutely love and I feel like he's like the king of manifestation work because he really brings together the spiritual world and the scientific world, is that as humans, we actually function better, we actually follow through with things, we actually can get on board with practices when we understand why we're doing what we're doing. And so the ability to kind of understand what lives beneath these practices and why they work can really allow you to bring them to life, to bring them into your life. And so I wanted to share a little bit about that as well. So when I am going to do any kind of manifestation work, there are kind of some precursors that are really important inside of this. One is that our nervous system is regulated whenever we are beginning to feel into what it is that we want to expand into, and also that we are able to do that from a place of feeling emotionally connected to whatever that desire is. So let me tell you a little bit more about what I mean by that. When we are in a dysregulated state inside of our nervous system, it is very, very difficult for us to even begin to imagine what it is that we desire, to even be able to feel into what that looks like, or to be able to formulate any kind of a sense of what that could be for us. Because when we are in a dysregulated state inside of our nervous system, our amygdala tends to be overactive, which is that part of our brain that allows us to see threats, our prefrontal cortex tends to shut down. That's the part of our brain that allows us to be in decision-making and allows us to be creative, and our body starts to prioritize safety over expansion. And so you can hear inside of all of that that if we are wanting to create a future vision that is different to the one that we're leading right now, it is really important that our nervous system is regulated before we sit down to do that piece of work. So, what that looks like for me is super, super simple. It's just a couple of minutes of breathing to allow myself to come into and find my own center. A really great way that we can regulate our nervous system through our breath is just finding an even rhythm of breath. You might count in for four, you might count out for four. If you're feeling super dysregulated, you might elongate the axial a little bit more, just starting to bring that sense of calm into your system a little bit more. So maybe the rhythm looks like in for four, out for six, or if it's available to you, in for four, out for eight. And just notice as you sit down and do that practice how quickly your nervous system can actually begin to change as you find that beautiful steady rhythm that just sends a new message to your entire system that it is safe for you to begin to come into that place of relaxation. So that's just the very simple place that I start before I get into my manifestation practice is just a simple regulation of my nervous system through the breath. And then the next thing that I do is I write a gratitude list. So I think about all of the things that I am really grateful for presently in my life. And every time that I do this, I really try to think of new things. So I think about things that have happened to me the day before, I think about present moment things that are relevant to my life right now, so that I can actually allow myself to get into that frequency and that energy of gratitude before I sit down to do that manifestation practice. And the reason that getting into the frequency of gratitude is really powerful is because our emotions are actually neurotransmitters. As we feel particular emotions, it is sending messages to our body to create hormones like oxytocin and dopamine, those beautiful hormones that allow us to feel expanded and content. And so as we allow ourselves to feel into that sense of gratitude, we're then able to begin to attract more of what it is that we desire from that place of being almost in overflow before we even begin. So after I've written my gratitude list, the next thing that I begin to feel into is what are the things that I really want right now? What are the things that I desire? What is it that I want to shift and change in my life? Sometimes I will be really specific around business things. So as I shared before, this is a practice that I do all of the time inside of my work. And sometimes there may be other areas that I'm bringing into my manifestation practices as well. Maybe things like how I want to feel in my body, or how I want to lead my day-to-day life, or practices that I want to begin to incorporate in a deeper way. So I begin by simply writing out what all of those things are, what they look like. And this is a practice that when you do it, you want to become as specific as you possibly can. So if you're a business owner, what do you want your classes to look like? How many clients do you want to be working with inside of your business? How do you want to feel as you set up your day? What do you want to bring in revenue-wise in your business next year? Allow yourself to get really clear around what it is that you are calling in, what it is that you desire for whatever area of your life it is that you wish for it to look like. The more specific you can get here, the better. And so maybe that starts with kind of like a bird's eye view of what you want certain areas of your life to look like, and then begin to really allow yourself to drill down into the specifics of whatever that is. And something that you may like to invite yourself into here is stretching yourself around what it is that you're calling in. So not just moving from a place of only asking for things that you kind of already know are ahead for you or that are entirely possible for you to bring in, but really allowing yourself to expand into the vision of what it is that you truly want. Because as you call in whatever those are, as you allow yourself to even firstly admit that those are the things that you want, then you can begin the process of recalibrating your entire system to bring those things into your reality. And the reason that I am inviting you to get really specific here is because this is what is going to support the neuroplasticity of your brain. So, what I mean by that is our brain has a capacity to rewire through repetition, through repetition of thoughts, through repetition of visualization, through repetition of the feelings that we're calling in. And of course, that repetition pace becomes much easier whenever we are really specific around what it is that we are calling in. When our brain can actually visualize what that thing is, when we can create thoughts around it, when we can create behaviors around whatever that desire is. That is how we actually allow ourselves to be supported in the manifestation process. So if you feel like you're unclear in certain areas, keep allowing yourself to explore what that could possibly look like. And it only needs to be the first step inside of what it is that you desire. You don't need to know the entire picture of what your business, for example, is going to look like in 10 years' time. And once then I have my list or my desires in place, once I know what it is that I'm calling in and I'm working towards, there are a couple of different ways that I work with those desires. One of the ways that I frequently work with my desires is through my Reiki practice. So this will be relevant to you if you have a Reiki practitioner that you work with, so maybe someone you go to for sessions, or if you have your own Reiki practice, if perhaps you have been attuned yourself. So we are able to give our desires energy, Reiki, frequency, which basically means that as we call them in, we are asking to be supported inside of those desires. We're calling upon our support team, our guys, our angels, our ancestors, all the people that walk alongside of us. We're asking to be supported inside of that. And through the magic and practice of Reiki, we're also aligning the energetic frequency with those desires. So that is something that you can do for yourself as a practice, or it could be something that you bring to your practitioner and you share with him that this is a vision that you have for your life and something that you want to calibrate your frequency towards as you call it in to be in your reality and ask for your support team to guide you inside of that. So that's something that I also frequently do. I cannot tell you the magical moments that have happened to me, particularly inside of my work, as I have did this practice. I've even sometimes had a sense of who's gonna step into an offering as I've worked with these energies. So really powerful practice to do or to work with with your practitioner or inside of yourself. And the second thing that I do with this list of things that I create is I record a meditation. So something that I shared already is that when we're working with manifestations, the main thing that we are working with is that neuroplasticity inside of our brain, of course, alongside all of the magic that I just spoke about. So with that neuroplasticity and the repetition that it requires to bring it into our reality, as you can imagine, there are going to be things that we will need to rewrite if there are things that we wish to expand into that we haven't allowed ourselves to receive before, whether that's a new level of finances in your business or it's a new level of health that you've never experienced inside of your body. So the practice of repetition inside of that visualization that you're creating is what will allow your brain to get on board with it becoming your reality. As you have that neuroplasticity inside of your brain, as you have that repetition happening, that's what's going to support you to be motivated to do the behaviors. That's what's going to actually even allow you to see the opportunities arise as they come up because you're actually able to witness them because you're open to them. It's also the thing that's going to allow you to feel like you can go and do the behavior to be motivated to take the action around what it is that you want. So through the practice of meditation, what I do is I take those things that I desire, I write them out as if they've already happened. So a day in the life of me as the person who has called in all of these things into my reality, and I record them as a meditation that I listen to every single day. So whether it's that I want to sell out a particular retreat or I want to have a certain level of health, as I said, inside of my body, that is something that I am imagining has already happened for me. It is already my reality. And the beautiful power of doing this practice is that as we listen to that manifestation, we're literally calling in those feelings to our body. So as you write out your script for your meditation, the thing that you're really going to want to feel into is the actual emotions and feelings that are connected with that visualization. So if it is that you want to feel differently in your body, what is that feeling? What is it that you're calling to life inside of that? And how can you cultivate that feeling inside of your body right here and right now in this very moment? And that will be the thing that allows you to again call in more of whatever it is that you desire. And I listened to this year, I listened to the very same recording for the year that I desired from the beginning of the year for about four or five months, right up until, well, it must have been about four, four and a half months, because it was right up until my daughter was born, yeah, at the end of April. And almost everything inside of that meditation has came to life, bar maybe one or two things that have just panned out slightly differently. Every single other thing that I called in for this year has become my reality, which is actually wild to say out loud and to even reflect back on. So this is a really powerful practice. It is literally something that I've been doing since the very beginning of my business. It is what is allowing you to align your life into what it is that you want. You're literally calling in the energy of your support team. So you're being guided onto the path that you're here to be on. And it is so incredibly powerful to take the reins of your life and allow yourself to begin to guide your own ship into where it is that you wish to go. Not just allowing life to happen, because sometimes when we do that, we're allowing the days to roll by and roll by, even when things are not the way we want them to be, or things may make us feel a certain way that we no longer want to feel. When we have these kinds of practices, we are beginning to actually listen to what it is internally that we're being called towards, where it is that we wish to be, the life that we want to lead, and therefore we're able to take the action towards what it is that we want. We have the embodiment piece through the practices that we do, which allows us to therefore take the actions that are necessary for us to actually allow those things to become our reality. Of course, we can't just sit in the ideation of the things. We also have to follow through with whatever the actions are that are going to allow that to become manifest inside of our lives. So I hope this fills you with inspiration around some things that you can do to support yourself to call in the vision of what it is that you want for next year. With the meditation practice, a good resource is of course ChatGBT. If you've never recorded a meditation for yourself to figure out how to do that, it is super easy if you just want a really simple one that you can pop in your ears, maybe when you're out for a walk or when you're brushing your teeth or just before you go to bed at night.
