The GA Wellness Podcast With Georgia Ann
The GA Wellness Podcast
Hosted by Georgia Ann
The GA Wellness Podcast is the go-to space for women who are juggling a full life and craving real, sustainable wellness that actually fits into the chaos, not on top of it.
Hosted by Georgia Ann, wellness coach, former group fitness instructor and creator of the HNSF Method. This warm, down-to-earth show is for the woman who can lead a meeting, soothe a meltdown and throw dinner together in 20 minutes, but hasn’t had five quiet minutes to herself all day. We lovingly call that woman a Busy Bella and if that sounds familiar, this podcast was made with her in mind.
Each week, Georgia brings heartfelt stories, gentle guidance and science-backed strategies grounded in the four pillars of the GA Wellness philosophy: Hydration, Nutrition, Self-care and Fitness. These episodes go beyond quick fixes and offer tools to help women regulate their nervous systems, rebuild their energy and reconnect with their bodies.
There’s no hustle culture here, just real talk, relatable support and small shifts that lead to lasting change. With journal prompts, mini challenges, advice from experts and encouragement from a growing community, listeners are invited to move step by step from Busy Bella to Balanced Bella.
Whether tuning in on a lunch break, commuting to work, during school pickup, during soccer practice or in the quiet moments before bed, women will feel seen, supported and reminded that they are not alone and they are not behind.
This isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what
truly supports you in the season you are in.

This method was shaped by my years working in the fitness industry, my experience reaching burnout and the season of rebuilding my life as a solo mum after loss. These lived experiences sit behind everything I teach inside GA Wellness. The HNSF pillars are grounded in nervous system care and real life. They offer a steady foundation that evolves as your season of life shifts.

If your to do list includes client presentations, soccer practise, grocery pickups for your mum, and maybe one more thing you just can't remember right now, know this. You're not alone.
Plus, I know you've tried that twelve week transformation challenge or new influencers meal plan and wonder why it falls apart by week two or three. Here's the secret, you don't need another plan that burns you out. What you need is a foundation that supports your whole self and fits in with the schedule and the season you're in and today, I'm going to give you exactly that.
Podcast Intro
Welcome to the GA Wellness podcast, Small Steps, Lasting Change. I'm your host, Georgia Ann, health coach, solo mum, and a woman who's lived through the chaos, the curveballs, and the craving for something steadier. After 20 years in the fitness industry and my own journey through grief, motherhood, and starting over, I've learned that real wellness isn't about doing more. It's about doing what matters. Each week, we cut through the noise and get real with simple, doable tools to help you feel stronger, calmer, and more like you. This isn't about perfection. It's about steady soul led progress. Because you deserve wellness that fits into your full life, not just one version of it. Let's dive in.
Welcome to Episode One
Hey lovely. Welcome to the very first episode of the GA Wellness Podcast, Small Steps, Lasting Change. I am so excited and so happy that you're here.
If you've ever found yourself juggling a million things, trying to take care of everyone and everything, while also trying to take care of yourself, well, you're in the right place. This space was created for women who's got a lot going on.
Maybe you're sitting at a desk in a meeting all day long, answering emails, running errands, figuring out dinner for the family. Maybe you're also caring for ageing parents and also making sure everyone's needs are met, and then somehow you're supposed to take care of yourself too. I mean, I just got exhausted now saying all of this, but I know this is the reality that we're living in.
Busy Bella and Why You’re Here
I also know that you're always putting yourself last. Does this sound familiar? You, my lovely, are what I call a Busy Bella.
A Busy Bella is the woman who's got big dreams, big goals and a mountain of responsibilities, but in all of that, she often feels like she's never got enough time for her.
She's running around making sure everything and everyone is in a good space. But at the end of the day, she's always feeling drained, disconnected from her body, and maybe even feels a bit lost when it comes to her own needs.
If you're nodding right now, then I'm talking to you. This podcast is for you, and it's what I lovingly call you a Busy Bella.
So I know that managing all areas of your life can feel overwhelming sometimes. Well, here's the good news, you're not alone in this.
Why I Created This Podcast
There is a way to move through life without constantly running on empty and this is exactly why I created the GA Wellness Podcast.
This podcast is going to help guide you back to a place of balance, using a method that's actually doable for women like you. Women who have a full plate and are craving some real, sustainable wellness.
There are four pillars which will be guiding this podcast and the work that we do here. These are going to fall under the titles of Hydration, Nutrition, Self Care, and Fitness, which I call the HNSF Method.
So, the HNSF Method and four pillars aren't about being perfect and I just want to reiterate that. So, we're not looking at perfection here. We're looking at finding a wellness routine that works for your current life, making sure you're not sacrificing your wellbeing in the process.
A Foundation That Evolves With You
So this method is grounded in the reality of everyday life. No extremes, no guilt, no perfection and yes, life shifts and we know that. So, your partner might take a FIFO job. Your kids might be in a busy season with sports and a mountain of extracurricular activities. You might be in a school holiday season.
Your priorities will evolve and that's okay, because this foundation evolves with you.
These four pillars are the heartbeat of the podcast and are the same ones that I come back to in my own life on a constant basis.
They're also the foundation of a group coaching space I hold as well, where we slow down, get curious and gently support each other as we bring this rhythm to life in real time.
So, it's not about fixing or forcing. It's about feeling seen, supported and reminded that you're not alone.
If You’re Craving Support, Stay With Me
If this is something your heart might be quietly craving, some soft structure, a supportive community, or just knowing where to start, I'll share more at the end of this episode about how you can stay connected and get involved if and when this feels right for you.
So, if you're craving a rhythm that's doable, fulfilling, and aligned with the woman you're becoming, stay with me. This is just the beginning.
Now, you've probably tried a bunch of things, right. Cutting carbs, doing an eight-week challenge, and I have spoken about this before, but trying that influencers supplement stack, especially with what we see on Instagram.
And I mean, maybe it's worked for a while and then life happened and then suddenly you found yourself back to where you started or even further behind. And honestly, I get it.
My Story and Where Nutrition Clicked
I've been there too, and I did exactly the same thing. So, I can tell you a bit of a story.
In my 20s, I worked in the fitness industry and I was there for about 20 years, running classes, teaching clients, doing all the things and I really only stopped because of COVID.
Looking back, I mean, I remember that time quite fondly, but the focus, especially right at the very beginning, was about aesthetics. How you looked, how lean you were and the presentation when you got up on stage and what people thought when they looked at you.
So, I actually truly believed at this stage, if I ate chicken, broccoli and brown rice on repeat, I was doing the right thing, but behind the scenes, my body was struggling.
You know why? It’s because I wasn't fuelling it with what I actually needed and this is when the nutrition pillar of the HNSF method really came to life for me.
Working With Your Body, Not Against It
So, I began learning about macronutrients, which are your protein, carbs and fats and how each one supports our energy, hormones and mood.
I mean, this is when things started to shift and started to change for me. So, I started moving away from restriction and into real nourishment, from constant pressure to feeling supported and I want the same thing for you, because when you start understanding how to work with your body, not against it. I'm going to say this again, working with your body but not against it, you actually stop chasing wellness as a finish line and you start living it as a foundation.
So that's the energy I want to bring to every one of these four pillars. Hydration, Nutrition, Self-care and Fitness.
So, you're not just ticking boxes, but building something sustainable, powerful and deeply supportive.
What the HNSF Method Actually Is
So, let's break this down together. What exactly is the HNSF method?
So it's not really a program, it's not a detox and it's definitely not another wellness trend that fizzles out in a few weeks.
The HNSF method is a framework for coming home to yourself, for creating a life that feels abundant, resilient and deeply aligned with who you are and what you need.
So, let's walk through this pillar by pillar.
Pillar One: Hydration
Hydration ,so this is where it all begins, and no, I'm not just going to be talking about just drinking more water, but, I mean, that does matter.
Hydration is about supporting your body to function clearly and calmly. From digestion to mental clarity to energy regulation.
It's the most overlooked form of self-respect and there's a reason why it's the first pillar. We'll dive deeper into this next week.
Pillar Two: Nutrition
Nutrition, so this pillar is about fuelling your body in a way that's both supportive and joyful.
So, we're not talking about cutting out carbs or chasing food guilt. It's about learning how to nourish your gut, your hormones and your mood in a way that actually fits your lifestyle.
No food rules here, especially the rigid ones. We're actually going to be talking about real, intuitive nourishment.
Pillar Three: Self Care
Self-care. This is the pillar so many of us skip, and, I mean, I was one of them.
You'll find this is especially true if you're used to putting everyone else first.
It's foundational ad it's not just about face masks and bubble baths, although I love those too and actually, I'm due for a mini spa day.
It's about pausing, checking in and asking, what do I need right now to feel safe, steady and grounded.
It's nervous system care. It's finding boundaries and choosing yourself even in those small moments.
Pillar Four: Fitness
Fitness - and finally, movement.
But not to shrink yourself or punish your body like I did in my early days.
Movement is how we honour our strength, our joy and our ability to show up. Whether that's a workout at the gym, dancing in your kitchen, going for a walk, listening to this podcast or running around with the kids, it all counts.
We move not to earn rest or food, but to celebrate what our bodies can do.
So these four pillars, hydration, nutrition, self-care and fitness are the heartbeat of this podcast.
Why the Pillars Are in This Order
There's a rhythm I come back to in my own life and the structure I teach inside my programs and community and yes, there's actually a reason why they're in that order, because when your cup is empty, everything feels harder.
So, we start with hydration, then nourishment, then care, then movement, this is the rhythm we'll keep coming back to over the next few episodes.
We'll explore each pillar deeply and intentionally in a way that actually fits into your real, messy, beautiful life.
Whether you're balancing work, raising little humans, navigating big transitions, helping elderly parents or simply trying to catch your breath, this is for you because the HNSF Method isn't just about wellness. It's about wholeness. It's about resilience.
It's about knowing yourself so deeply that your choices start to flow from a place of alignment, not pressure or perfection.
This Is Bigger Than Wellness
This framework supports every part of your life. Your physical health, yes, but also your mindset, motherhood, relationships, work and identity.
It becomes a quiet rhythm that holds you steady when your life gets full. The soft voice that calls you back when you start to forget who you are.
So, before next week's episode drops, I've got a little reflection for you.
This isn't a homework assignment and it's not something to tick off your list. It's more a moment for you to think about, and especially when you've got a bit of stillness.
So maybe it's while you're walking, listening to my voice in your ears. Maybe while you're scribbling something in the notes app on your phone, or jotting down something in a quiet moment in your journal. However it meets you, that's perfect.
Your Reflection Prompts
So here are the gentle prompts to think to yourself.
Which of the four pillars feel strongest for me right now?
Which one might be calling out a little bit more in terms of a bit more love or attention?
What's one small, supportive step I can take this week to bring things back into better balance?
That's it. No rush, no pressure to change everything overnight. This is really just about awareness. It's about tuning in because that's how change really starts to happen. Not through force, but through noticing, through choosing, through kindness and I'll be right here walking alongside you, my beautiful, busy Bella, every step of the way.
Wrapping Up and What’s Next
Okay, so let's gently come back full circle. Today we laid the foundation, and we now know what the HNSF method is, and most importantly, what it's not.
You've met the four pillars. Hydration, Nutrition, Self-care and Fitness.
Maybe you've even started to feel how these pillars are actually working together in your life, or if they're calling out for a little bit more attention.
So, just to reiterate, the method isn't about overhauling your life. It's about creating a rhythm that supports all of you in all the seasons as you move through them and I want you to hear this clearly in case no one has said it to you lately.
You are not behind, and you don't need to do this perfectly. You're allowed to take your time. You're allowed to begin again as many times as you need.
This is your space to feel supported, not pressured and that's what this podcast and community are here to offer you.
So next week, we're diving into our very first pillar, which is hydration and I promise it's going to shift the way you think about energy, focus and even your emotional wellbeing.
If you're ever feeling tired, groggy, or just a little bit off, this might be the reset your body's been quietly asking for and I honestly can't wait to go there with you.
You'll find today's reflection questions in the description and if you want to take things a little bit deeper alongside a small group of women who walk this path with you, you'll find the details as well, including how to join the waitlist.
So, I usually have between eight to ten women into each group, so I like to keep these quite intimate and I mean, this is where you'll find the transformation really starts to take shape.
Until next time, be gentle with yourself. You're doing much better, you think and I'm so glad you're here.
