On this 12-week rhythm within journey, and we are, we have arrived at week 12. Oh, I feel so grateful for every single one of you tuning in week after week. Thank you so much to the very beautiful Marina Beach. I've gone ahead and I have shuffled the award-winning Akashic Oracle deck. And you know what? What a beautiful card for us to finish on. I'm not sure if this has actually come out before, but I just think what an amazing card to finish these 12 weeks together. And the card that I have that has flown out of the Akashic Oracle deck is gratitude practice. This one really fills my heart because it is a practice. I'd love to know, do you practice gratitude and how do you practice gratitude? So for me, I remember, I think it was back in 2020, and I that was the year that I was going through so many journals. And you know, you got the type of journals that actually give you the prompts, you know, three things to be grateful for. And I remember for a few weeks, even though I am a grateful person, I was, I wouldn't say struggling, but like, oh, what am I grateful for? And for a few weeks I was writing the same things, which is fine. And then all of a sudden, those three things became four and five and six and so forth. And I was like, my goodness, like there is so much to be grateful for. Even if you're going through a time in your life right now where you feel maybe you feel a little bit stuck or you feel like that you're moving through something, or you know, there's we're all going through things, right? We all go through different cycles, and yet there's always, I promise you, there's always something to be grateful for. And now in 2026, the first thing I do, um, as soon as I open my eyes in the morning before I get out of bed, 10 things minimum of what I'm grateful for. And it really sets the tone for my day. So whatever happens for the rest of the day, it really anchors me in. And then what happens is the more we, and it does say the word practice, meditation practice, gratitude, practice, affirmation practice, abundance practice, movement practice, everything we do is a constant practice, it's a constant learning. Like we don't just arrive, there's constant moments of moving through all of these practices and enhancing these practices. So whether you write the gratitude, whether you say out loud or in your mind, what will happen is the more you practice, the more you consciously and unconsciously go about your day and you will find things to be grateful for. So I would love you to get out your journals or notepads and start writing that gratitude practice or observing when you're out in nature, you see a butterfly, and it makes you feel so beautiful. I'm grateful for that butterfly. You see a feather land on your, you know, your feet. I'm so grateful for the signs and the synchronicities which came out within the last few weeks. That was one of our cards. You are grateful for the loved ones in your life, your animals and your pets, and you know, you're grateful for your heartbeat, your body, all of these things. You're grateful for your morning cup of coffee or cacao, whatever you drink, or you know, these things, just these beautiful things to be grateful for all of the time. So lean in to gratitude. And I'm gonna say, I'm really, really grateful for every single one of you listening to this podcast. Like that is I gives me so much gratitude. So thank you. Thank you for being here. And before we get on with our little mini Diddy guidance today, which we're all going to lean into kindness, self-love and kindness today, and that gratitude for that, for ourselves, for the love that we can give and the love that we can receive from others and from ourselves. But I just want to say a couple of things before we go into that is that also, again, it's really coming back to gratitude. Is that many of you know that I had the courage, and it was courage, to listen to my intuition fully and step into that last year, 2025, when I launched Rhythm Poetry for Your Soul. That book featured 111 women, and I'm so grateful for every single one of them. We became a number one bestseller in multiple categories. Nanny Peggy said that this was just the beginning to call in more voices, and I did. I I once again I lent into that intuition, that knowing, stepping away from logic and into the heart. And Rhythm Poetry for Yourself special hardback edition featured an additional 33 women, 144 women all together in this beautiful glossy hardback, which also became a number one bestseller in multiple categories. And now, you know, I'm not a silence in the call anymore. This is the beginning, this is really the beginning, and I'm so grateful for every single one of those women who stepped boldly and bravely and let their words land on these pages. And now, now we're in 2026, and I am calling in more amazing voices. So if you fancy yourself a poet, you do not need any experience. You could be the most experienced, or you might just have no idea, but just are like that. Oh, this sounds intriguing. This sounds like I want to be part of this, then I would love, love to welcome you on this journey. So, what have we got coming up? We have got two books coming up, two collaborative, collaborative even books coming up. One is called Rhythm Poetry for the Soul, and that will feature 111 men. So if you're a man listening, I would love for you to be involved. Or if you're a woman listening, but you are involved in men's support groups, mental health, anything like that, please get involved because men, it's time that you step forward bravely and courageously. We want to hear your voices. And then rhythm poetry guided by angels. This is open to all. So this is a book that will be channeled by our angels, our spirit team, our archangels, and even our earth angels is going to bring so much love, comfort, and joy to the collective. Both books are going to be very beautiful, very powerful, and so needed. So the link to sign up to those books submissions are now open. But I will say one more thing. This is not gonna be the end. We've had so many messages with you all wanting to do some more meditations and activations. So I have listened and we will definitely be bringing some more to you very soon. Anyway, my loves, let's get ready for week 12. I'm very grateful for you all being here. Let's practice that gratitude, that self-love and kindness together. As we arrive together at the 12th and final week of the Rhythm Within Journey, take a moment to acknowledge yourself for showing up, for listening inward, and for making space for your healing, your growth, and your becoming. So find a comfortable position now, allowing your shoulders to soften and clench your jaw, and let your hands rest gently wherever they feel most natural. And when you're ready, take a slow deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth. Again, a slow deep breath in through the nose. Exhale through the mouth. One more time, a slow deep breath in through the nose, and this time a long, steady breath out. Now allow your breathing to settle into its natural rhythm. There's nowhere else to be right now. Nothing to prove, nothing to fix. Just you and me in this moment. As you sit here today, I want you to reflect how far you've come, not just through these 12 weeks, but through every challenge life has placed before you. You are still here, my friend, still learning, still growing, still choosing yourself, and that matters. I want you to bring your awareness back to your heart space. Imagine a gentle light glowing softly at the center of your chest. With every inhale, the light grows warmer, and with every exhale, it expands. The light is kindness, the light is compassion, the light is your own loving presence. Perhaps for a long time you've offered love and understanding so freely to others, while you've forgotten that you also deserve the same love, kindness, and tenderness. But today we remember. So silently repeat after me. I am worthy of love exactly as I am. I do not need to earn my softness. I release the need to be perfect. I honour the person I'm becoming. I just want you to picture one thing today that you are grateful for. Allow that to come into your heart space. Whatever arises, let that be enough. Placing your hand over your heart if that feels comfortable. Bring in that piece of gratitude into your heart. Let this gratitude move through you gently like warm sunlight. And now imagine the same warm light within your heart expanding beyond you, filling the room around you, extending towards the people you love, towards strangers, and towards life itself. You are connected to something greater, and every act of kindness you offer yourself, it ripples outwards. So take in another deep breath in. You are enough right now in this moment. And as this journey comes to a close, remember this: healing is not a destination. Self-love is not perfection, and growth is not linear. It is rhythm, it is returning again and again to yourself. So whenever life feels noisy, uncertain, or overwhelming, come back to your breath. Come back to your heart. Come back to the quiet knowing within you. You are deserving of kindness. You are deserving of rest. And you are deserving of love. Especially from yourself. Now take one final breath in and exhale slowly. Begin to bring your awareness back to your surroundings. Noticing the surface beneath you. Notice the sounds around you. And when you're ready, gently open your eyes. I want to say thank you so much for sharing this journey.
